Abstract: Water injection was a widely used method for oil exploration in China. The defects of water injection process, inject water quality exceed standard, Unreasonable of injection-production ratio and ,invalid of well control measures, during the water flooding process, may lead to These factors may lead to the occurrence of geological oil spill accident. This paper introduced and discussed these key factors which may lead to oil spill accident, in oil field development processes, for risk prevention and environmental protection in water flooding process.

Abstract: the China rebar futures contract position substantially transfer cross period, and basis is often larger and has large volatility, It has great effect on the hedging, and result in larger basis risk. This paper uses data from futures and spot market, on the positions and the basis for empirical analysis, and explores the regular pattern of changes in the position and basis. On this basis, it analyzes the traditional hedging risk with simulation, and estimates the optimal hedge ratios.

Abstract: The paper focuses on the issues of managerial competencies and the competency model in industrial enterprises. This paper deals with the theory of knowledge processing and its role as a theoretical basis for knowledge development in the area of managerial competencies. Managerial competencies, however, are becoming one of the key building blocks in the success of companies in terms of achieving both their mission and vision in adding value and improving business performance, and especially in the enhancement of the development of their own employees. A managerial competency is more than just knowledge and skills. It involves the ability to meet complex demands, by drawing on and mobilising psychosocial resources in a particular context. While skills and knowledge are part of a manager's competency, that can be measured fairly easily, intangible assets like effective communication and teamwork, while essential, are harder to pin down and evaluate. In the following parts of this article the concept of the competency model has been explained. A competency model organizes the competencies needed to perform effectively in a particular work setting.

Abstract: Using the dissipative structure theory (DST), the construction quality management system process of water project in China (WPCQMS) is analyzed in this paper. In the history of development, the process of the participants of WPCQMS gradually undertake quality management responsibility can be divided into the following several major stages: quality self-control stage of construction unit, quality collaborative control stage of owner unit, quality supervision stage of supervision unit, and quality supervision stage of government agency. Furthermore, the existing main problems of WPCQMS are analyzed, and it is put forward that the reforming orientation of WPCQMS should establish the three systems, including the main construction body quality management endurance system, the government quality supervision system, and the social credit assessing system.

Abstract: To establish a set of quantitative competition strategy choice evaluation pattern, hierarchy-fuzzy decision method were used, Panjin real estate market was taken as an example. The following conclusions can be drawn by the synthesization of qualitative and quantitative analyses:The real estate company should carry on variation strategy: ①Market localization variation. ②House product variation. ③Marketing variation. ④Service variation.

Abstract: As a great heavy industry province, Liaoning manufacturing industry plays a pivotal role in terms of the Social Economic Development. During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, How to promote the Positive Interaction between the Science and Technology Service Industry and manufacturing industry and realize the integration between industrialization and Information Technology is a significant historical task the Liaoning need to resolve. Based on the direct consumption coefficient, using the clustering analysis technology .his paper discusses the contribution of Science and Technology Service Industry to manufacturing industry and improvement space for providing advice in promoting the technical Transformation of manufacturing industry, optimizing Industrial Structure and realizing economic transitional development .

Abstract: In recent years, various types of unexpected environmental accidents occurred frequently in China, which had caused great harm to economy and social development of China. The environmental risk assessment (ERA) model was built based on the related factors was described. Take the case of the proposed project of Cangzhou-Qiantongzhen freeway, the environmental risk was assessed by ERA model, and the corresponding countermeasures and emergency plans were put forward in the construction and operation period. The results show that the probability of water pollution in the sensitive sections along the freeway is 0.000927 to 0.011563times per year.

Abstract: Malaysia ranks 54 out of the 163 countries under the Environmental Performance Index and Environmental Management System (EMS) is becoming an important requirement for the manufacturing industries and companies are obtaining the ISO14000 EMS certification. However the real benefits are not realized by manufacturing sectors. Hence this research would be addressing the need to value the environment and the critical dimensions of ISO14000 EMS leading to effective implementation thereby helping in achieving corporate sustainability and examines the mediating relationship between the dimensions and corporate sustainability by proposing a model. The research is planned as a cross-sectional survey of manufacturing firms that have obtained ISO14000 certification and will be conducted in Klang Valley of Malaysia. Questionnaire-based survey will be used to obtain information and Structural Equation Modeling will be used to analyze the data. The findings will generate an effective EMS in line with the national agenda and will generate new ideas and knowledge by identifying the problems and giving innovative solution helping the Malaysian manufacturing industries to contribute positively towards valuing the environment endowment.

Abstract: Foreign literatures are mainly about analyst forecast dispersion, liquidity risk, equity market volatility, default risk, taxes, credit risk, and the interaction of credit risk and default risk and other factors that influence bond spread. The literatures including the research on the impact of equity market index, but little literatures refer to the impact of bond complex index on bond spread. There are different opinions about the impact of systemic risk on bond spread

Abstract: Air traffic flow management is the key to evaluate airspace capacity reasonably and accurately. Based on the flight features of terminal route intersection, this paper builds a mathematical model for scattered flight of departure aircraft, and then evaluates the terminal capacity based on this model. By combining data from Flight Data Recorder (FDR) and flight schedule with the model, an example-runway 02R of Guangzhou Baiyun airport terminal was given to show the effectiveness of the proposed model.
