Abstract: The influences of the consumer’ preferences on the remanufacture are studied and coordination issue about the ration of remanufacture is addressed. The conclusions show that the level of re-manufacturing will be higher when more of the consumers are environmentalists. In addition, when the environmentalists’ preferences are stronger, the optimal level of remanufacture is higher. In the supply chain context, the manufacturer's optimal remanufacturing level is less than that of the entire supply chain. In this situation, retailers can use a kind of environmental subsidies to entice the manufacturer and then achieve supply chain coordination.

Abstract: In this paper a hybrid algorithm named IPSO-VND is proposed and applied to solving the vehicle routing problem with simultaneous pickup and delivery (VRPSPD). The IPSO-VND algorithm combines two meta-heuristics: Improved Particle Swarm Optimization (IPSO) is used to find a group of excellent solutions, and then the Variable Neighborhood Descent (VND) is implemented to deeply search to achieve the optimal solution around these solutions. During the IPSO procedure, in order to make up for the change of a particle’s position, a velocity component is added to the movement of any particle which has been optimized or made feasible. During the VND procedure, three different neighborhood structures: insertion, swap and cross are successively used. Computational results on the benchmark problems show that our IPSO-VND algorithm is effective.

Abstract: The asymmetric quality loss functions with the triangular distribution for determining the optimum process mean are studied. The condition of using the linear and quadratic asymmetric quality loss function in the model is considered. The eight mathematical models under an asymmetric quality loss function with the triangular distribution based on the analysis of the linear and quadratic asymmetric quality loss function are presented. Finally, the validity of models is verified by the examples.

Abstract: Based on the FMEA and risk assessment analysis method, authors proposed 25 kinds of failure modes about the door system of high-speed train, conducted a risk assessment from the risk grade and criticality. Four kinds of failure modes are obtained with the highest level of risk and criticality in the door system of high-speed train. They are control failure, communication failure, compensator failure and poor function. Four key components, affecting the door system safety of high-speed train, are identified in terms of door control unit, driving device, locking mechanism and platform compensator. Research outcomes can be used in analyzing the failure causes and specific solutions to reduce and avoid the high-speed train operation risk.

Abstract: Service-oriented manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing mode focused on integrating service with manufacturing. The remarkable importance is known to be strongly associated with the development of service-oriented economy in the period in which China transfers the traditional equipment manufacturing industry to the service-oriented manufacturing. We take a close insight into basic theories of service-oriented manufacturing, and then we analyze the characteristics, profiles, as well as the present situation of the equipment manufacturing. Finally, we propose some countermeasures for transferring the equipment manufacturing to the service-oriented manufacturing from the views of the aggregation mechanism, the network of innovative mechanism and manufacturing value-added chain.

Abstract: The prime task for limiting SMEs’ technology innovation systemic risks in materials and manufacturing is to exactly measure and warn the systemic risks. Before the SMEs’ technology innovation crisis in materials and manufacturing ,most of the research focused on how the macro economy shocked the l system, while few of them were interested in the correlation between and among different sectors and markets. This article tried to analyze the latest development of systemic risk measuring method based on the data the models needed, especially for the correlation measurement.

Abstract: Applying competing newsvendor model, we studied the contract choice games between supply chains, each consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer. We investigated the effect of the competition intensity on the equilibrium strategies of contract choice games. It can be found that, counter to the earlier literature, in the context of competing supply chains, the choices of quantity-discount contracts are the Nash equilibrium structure for both manufacturers, however, the manufacturers will get into classic prisoners’ dilemma if the degree of competition intensity is high.

Abstract: One-piece flow is one of the effective tools of lean production. Many garment enterprises expect to implement it in their own enterprises, but a lot of difficulties exist in the implementation process. In this paper, it takes an example of a well-known processing enterprise and to study the one-piece flow implementation process of a pair of jeans pipeline. By nearly a year of tracking and research, the paper systematically summarizes the pre-production preparation and production maintenance in the implementation of the One-piece flow. It demonstrates in detail on how to achieve the improvement of the hardware, software and personnel in order to reach the requirement of one-piece flow. Then, it systematically discusses the wage system of one-piece flow and will provide a theoretical and practical basis for the implementation of a single-piece flow production.

Abstract: The paper analyzes the main factors affecting logistics information platform’s user growth based on system dynamics theory and predicts the user number in the next few years taking a Zhejiang logistics platform as an example. The research supposes the growth is divided into users gather period and stable operation period. At last, the paper gives the influencing rule of service pricing and attractive coefficient on user growth.

Abstract: The mechanical and electrical installation is a broad concept, involving a wide range, subjects span, although its inherent characteristics, but its versatility is also very strong. Only by grasping the electrical and mechanical installation of construction technology and quality management, in order to increase enterprise efficiency, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the mechanical and electrical installation projects, pointing out that the idea of the mechanical and electrical installation project management, summed up the connotation of the mechanical and electrical installation project management, and has some theoretical guiding significance for the further improve the management of mechanical and electrical installation projects. Electrical and mechanical installation is an important part of the construction work, covering the various types of equipment in industrial, residential, public works, the installation of electrical, water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation, fire, communications and automation control systems. Mechanical and electrical installation works activities covering equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, trial operation, the various stages of completion and acceptance, and ultimately use of the building function is to meet the goal.
