Abstract: The stress relationship between the artifical knee-joints of the same pairing and crossed pairing was studied by the contrastive contact analysis of finite element simulation in different angles and conditions. The service lives of the artifical knee-joints of different pairing were studied based on the above result and Archard wear design calculation theory to expand the application of existing artificial knee-joints. The result shows that, the maximal contact stresses of the artifical knee-joints of crossed pairing are more than those of the artifical knee-joints of the same pairing, and the more different pairing types are, the more obvious stress growths are. The service life of the artifical knee-joint of 3/3 pairing is 28.42 years, and the service lives of 3/2.5 pairing and 3/4 pairing are 27.08 years and 25.76 years respectively.

Abstract: In this paper, the PVA film with clove oil/β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was used to package cherry tomatoes Experiment on cherry tomatoes showed that weightless rates increased along with time, and sensory equality score of cherry tomatoes began to decrease sharply in the 2nd day of storage. PVC antibacterial film had a controlled effect weightless and sensory change obviously, when the clathrate adding is 15%, the effect was the best.

Abstract: This study evaluated the extraction of oil from sturgeon (Acipenser baeri) muscle using supercritical fluids. Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to identify and quantify the variables, namely extraction pressure, extraction time and CO2 flow rate on the yield of oil. Statistical analysis indicated that for all three variables, the quadratic terms and interactions between the variables had significant effects on yield (p < 0.05). Polynomial regression model predictions were in good agreement with the experimental results, with a coefficient of determination of 0.9936 for yield. Maximum yield from sturgeon muscle was 26.83% with a pressure of 315.8 bar, extraction time of 10.8 min and CO2 flow rate of 3.5 l/min, which closely matched the predicted value (26.70%). The characteristics of the fish oil extracted with the supercritical fluids were superior to those of oil obtained by other methods.

Abstract: To obtain high quality yoghurt starter with low post-acidification, the characteristics of mixed fermentation of yoghurt strains were studied. Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus KLDS 1.9201-11 with reduced post-acidification and Streptococcus thermophilus KLDS 3.9210 were cultivated in 2.5L fermenter with different culture temperature, initial pH and proportion of inoculums, and of which reproductive activity and ratio of viable cell count were compared. It was beneficial for the balance of final ratio of viable cell count between starter strains at the end of fermentation, when grew at 42°C, pH6.2, and the proportion of inoculums of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus KLDS 1.9201-11 and Streptococcus thermophilus KLDS 3.9210 was 2 to 1. These results showed that different culture conditions could affect symbiotic growth of yoghurt strains, and different growth mode was an important prerequisite for collaboration growth of mixed strain and acquisition of yoghurt starter with high quality.

Abstract: An ultrasonic-assisted procedure for the extraction of polysaccharides from Melaleuca ahemifolia was investigated using response surface methodology (RSM). A Box–Behnken design (BBD) was employed to investigate the effects of extraction time, ratio of water to raw material and ultrasonic power on the extraction yield of polysaccharides. The statistical analysis indicated that three variables and the quadratic terms had significant effects on the yield (p<0.05). The experimental data obtained were fitted to a second-order polynomial equation using multiple regression analysis and further analyzed by appropriate statistical methods (ANOVA). The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction time of 21 min, ratio of water to raw material of 40, ultrasonic power of 170 W. Under the optimization conditions, the experimental yield of polysaccharides was 6.194%, which was in good agreement with the predicted value (6.288%).

Abstract: The effect of the addition of stearic acid on properties of wheat, mung bean and potato starches were studied. Soluble amylose content in three kinds of starches was significantly reduced. Both λmax values and the 630/520 nm ratio were decreased. Stearic acid added starches showed a significantly higher pasting temperature, breakdown and setback compared to the native starches as measured by RVA. Texture properties analysis showed that hardness of wheat and mung bean starches significantly decreased, while that of potato starch significantly increased after the addition of stearic acid. Diffraction peaks of wheat, mung bean and potato starches appeared at 22° which indicated that complex formation by X-ray diffraction

Abstract: Controlled and alternating induction magnetic field generation device which induces plant seeds to breed on floor space has been developed. The incentive ferrite induction coil is used in the device to produce induced magnetic field. In order to improve the conversion efficiency of the system electrical energy to magnetic energy, the RLC series resonant circuit is chosen in the circuit of output magnetic field. The induction magnetic field in the air gap is the work area for seeds experiment. The frequency and intensity of inductive magnetic field in the air gap changes as the current changes in coils. Its adjustable frequency range: 20~200Hz, adjustable field range: 0~500Gs. Changing the magnetic field frequency, magnetic field intensity and duration, can provide different growth environment for the seeds in order to increase production. The experimental study of rice seeds shows that the test result is obviously better than traditional biological magnetization induced breeding technique of fixed magnetic poles.

Abstract: Plant light interceptions directly impact on plant photosynthesis, and thus have an impact on plant growth. According to the characteristics of plant photosynthesis and growth and development, we abstract plant growth form as the geometry. Based on solar elevation angle, solar azimuth angle and spacing of plant cultivation, we get the relationship model of plant light interception and planting cultivation form under assumptions. In the simulation environment, we set spindle trees as an example and analyze the best cultivation form of plants under the conditions of the specific latitude.

Abstract: This paper establishes correlation analysis model to calculate the profile of trees and the distribution of leaves, and estimate mass of leaves. The establishment of the proposed model makes an in-depth analysis of sample data and determines the interrelationship of all relevant factor which make it easy to operate and applicable to all types of trees. If there are sufficient types of trees, more factors can be considered to make the model more accurate.

Abstract: Energy, environmental protection and climate change are the major topics of industry development and production research in recent years. The trends of energy saving and carbon reduction have grown up, and the green products are gradually to be emphasized. Among the various green products, the solar cell is a kind of successful product after many years of promotion and development. Also, the utilization and improvement of solar cell technologies and products have been advanced and diversified, and the territories of application are gradually expanded. According to this trend of green products and environmental issues, this paper discusses about the application of solar cell on textile design. The categories and characteristics of solar cells have been examined, and the requirements and system of textile utilization are also described. Finally, the technologies and methods of textile design with solar cells are explained to promote the solar textile application.
