Abstract: For analyzing initial moisture content of corn stalks, feed rate, airflow temperature and airflow velocity which affect drying, the experiment bench of air drying was established, industrial analysis, single factor and multi-factors orthogonal experiments for corn stalks were done. The drying curves about various factors were summed up to conclude airflow temperature is the most important factor which affects drying effect.

Abstract: In this experiment, the main compounds of stilbene glucoside and anthraquinones from polygonum multiflorum extract were separated by HPLC gradient elution. SinoChrom ODS-BP C18 is selected as chromatographic column. The optimal experimental conditions under 254nm wavelength UV detector include the column temperature: 26°C, mobile phase: methanol/water, and flow rate: 1.0ml/mol. The gradient method can be optimized by changing the steepness and shape of gradient elution. Through optimizing gradient method, the separation efficiency is improved within a certain range of gradient elution strength. This article provides important reference for quality control and content determination of fleece-flower root.

Abstract: The research for Chinese herbs warm and cold natures classification is a significative thing for clinical. The paper put forward refining the very important value of mass to charge ratio (M/Z) from Traditional Chinese Medicine' Nature data using orthogonal signal correction-orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OSC-OPLS/O2PLS-DA) after normalization. The first , data standardizing for the metabolites sample spaces data; The second, Reducing dimensions for the metabolites sample spaces data using OSC; the third, distinguish TCM' nature using OPLS/O2PLS-DA ;The fourth, gain the very important value of Mass to charge ratio for TCM' nature; The fifth, According to the necessary of the research, repeat the fourth step and the fifth step, and refine the M/Z.The model was proved to be feasible and effective after tested with 6 types warm natures herbs, 6 types cold natures herbs.

Abstract: Explore the relationship between chemical components of complex prescription and blood flow of the ileus rats, and predict the best compatibility. Method: first of all, experimental design. with reference to the original formula, the herbal medicines in a prescription include Rhubarb, Mangnolia officinalis, immature bitter orange, mirabilite designed nine formula based on Mixing uniform design, obtain chemical components of complex prescription and intestinal blood flow data; Secondly, explore important variables and interaction affect the information; The third, mathematical modelling. Finally, the target optimization. Results: there are interactions in the chemical components of complex prescription, and have the best compatibility. Conclusion: conjunctive use correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis, orthogonal partial least square analysis, Partial least-squares Regression, Optimal Method to study the compatibility of the dachengqi decoction is feasible and effective.

Abstract: The separation and determination of pentachloronitrobenzene powder within 10 min by HPLC with HP hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm), isocratic mobile phase of 0.05 mL/L disodium hydrogen phosphate and acetonitrile (35:65, v/v) containing 0.3 mL/L triethylamine at pH 6.2 and UV detector at 254 nm are described. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. The intra-day and inter-day precision and accuracy, quantification limits and extraction yields are calculated for pentachloronitrobenzene at the sametime.

Abstract: In this study, we performed a single-factor experiment and an orthogonal experiment to evaluate different processing conditions during the extraction of polyphenols from grape skin using microwave-assisted ethanol extraction. In the study, we found that the best conditions for polyphenol extraction using microwave assistance were as follows: 50% ethanol (40 mL) was used to extract polyphenols from grape skin (1 g) while in a 540-W microwave for 3 min.

Abstract: Polysaccharide from Porphyra is a kind of important biological active substance. Therefore,it is significant to effectively develop and utilize the polysaccharide from porphyra and improve the economic and social benefits of porphyra. In this paper, polysaccharide was extracted by the method of hot water immersed extraction and ethanol precipitation. Extraction process of water-soluble polysaccharides from Porphyra was optimized by response surface methodology. The content of polysaccharide was determined by sulfuric acid to phenol method. The results show that the extraction time is 4.4 h, extraction temperature is 88°Cand the ratio of material to liquid is1:42(g/mL). Polysaccharide is precipitated with 5 folds volume of ethanol for 6 h. The proportion of the extraction of the porphyra polysaccharide under this industrial process conditions is 10.012%.

Abstract: Polyphenols from Porphyra are important biological active substances. The effects of temperature, times, ethanol concentration and liquid to solid ratio were studied for the extraction yield of polyphenols from Porphyra through a single-factor exploration. Then, through an orthogonal experiment, it was investigated to get the best extraction conditions. The content of polyphenols was determined by Folin-Ciocalteu method. Scavenging ability to oxygen free radicals was also assessed. The results show that extraction temperature is 75°C, the extraction time is 2.5 h, ethanol concentration is 70% and the ratio of liquid to solid is 25:1(mL/g).The proportion of the extraction of the polyphenols from Porphyra under these industrial process conditions is 6.263mg/g. Polyphenols from Porphyra have strong scavenging hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical. IC50 of polyphenols from Porphyra on hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical is 0.405 mg/mL, 0.539mg/mL, respectively.

Abstract: In this study, the protective effects of processing conditions and antioxidants on vitamin A in chicken liver sausage were investigated. The optimal cooking conditions were determined: 80°C 30min. Under this condition, vitamin A loss rate was lowest. Different types of antioxidants vitamin C (ascorbic acid)EDTA-2Na (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt)BHT (2,4-di-tert.-butyl hydroxytoluene) were added to protect vitamin A. The results indicated the added antioxidants have obvious protective effects on vitamin A, and the protection effect of BHT is better than the others.
