Abstract: In order to research the technology of impregnated diamond core bit and turbodrill which can be applied to the oil and geological field, this paper here designed a set of downhole motor drilling experimental system. We built a virtual prototype simulation model by using Solid Works which can help us dynamically design and optimize the key components and the overall structure of the whole system. In this paper, virtual assembly is available to assess the feasibility of the overall design. While the model simplification and the simulation check of the key components were carried out. Finally, we will be able to verify the correctness of the virtual prototype simulation analysis by setting up a physical prototype.

Abstract: This paper describes the working principle of the steam in the drying process,the structure of the steam heating system and the drainage system composition. Meantime the function and role of each component are described and studied how to build an efficient performance of the steam heating drying line.

Abstract: The Kane equations were applied in the dynamic analysis of a 3-DOF parallel mechanism, whose sub-chains consisted of three pairs of parallel legs. According to the characteristic of the parallel mechanism, it was simplified to 3PSS structure. Dynamics equations were derived based on the kinematical analysis. Computing simulation example was presented through MATLAB programming and verified by ADAMS simulation. The results showed that the approach was correct. It provides theoretical reference for the actual experiment and the choice of subsequent control method.

Abstract: Biological invasions caused by Ballast water is always one of the diffcult problems of marine environmental protection, and the technology of ballast water treatment is an effective way to solve biological invasion. This article introduce many equipments of ballast water treatment, introduce physical ballast water treatment, chemical treatment and comprehensive treatment, then describes the advantages and disadvantages of these metheods.

Abstract: In order to research the influence of moving flat speed on carding force between cylinder and flat, the carding force test was carried out under the condition of seven level speeds of the flat with a specially developed dynamometer. Experimental results show that the flat speed has an obvious effect on the carding force, which on the first to tenth flats have been more influenced. The carding force increases as the flat speed rises. When the flat speed is 650 mm/min, the carding force is the largest. Raising the flat speed is equivalent to reducing load on the flat clothing surface. Therefore, average carding force increase on single fiber explains the basic reason that incremental flat speed results in the carding force raising. Cotton fibre carding process has been basically completed between the 14th and 20th flats.

Abstract: Through methods, such as microscope analysis, mechanical analysis, chemical analysis, metallography examination etc, the causes resulting in water wall tube bursting of 300MW station boiler have been analyzed. The raw material defects is the primarily inducement of bursting failure. In welding tube, the measures of reducing residual stress, such as lower welding heat input, reducing thickness of welding layer and so on, were taken. The welding repair succeeded greatly.

Abstract: With the resources exhaustion of medium-thick and thick coal seam, the mining technology of thin coal seam has attracted more attention. Due to the little working space for mining in thin coal seam, blasting mining and high-grade conventional mining are main mining methods that were used in thin coal seam. Taking the 17th coal seam of Liyan mine as an example, in this paper we analyze the roof structure of the lower thin coal seam under the goaf of the upper coal seam. The fully mechanized mining equipment is selected on the basis of the new roof structure and applied in field. Finally, safe and efficient mining is achieved by improving the adaptability of the equipment.

Abstract: A new measuring method and device were proposed in this paper. It is about the cavity bubble system temperature control factor. It provides reference for research workers in this field. The method is applied in the passive atomic clocks technology, especially the integration filter resonance absorption cavity system temperature control technology.

Abstract: Modal analysis of crankshaft for two-stroke marine diesel engine is carried out on the block lanczos method. The finite element models of crankshaft is created in ANSYS. The crankshaft first 13 natural frequencies and mode shapes are shown as the result and lay the foundation for optimal design of the crankshaft and dynamic response.

Abstract: The Gim tire model was adopted to set up the nonlinear dynamic model of tractor-semitrailer. Choosing slip angle of tractor, yaw velocity of tractor and semitrailer as variables, the state space equation was proposed. Based on the established nonlinear dynamic model, simulation in Matlab/Simulink software environment was described. The simulation consults suggest that for tractor-semitrailer, it would lose stability with higher speed and bigger steering angle. The conclusion can be useful for the system design of tractor-semitrailer.
