Abstract: In view of the life cycles of automotive product are currently getting shorter, and customer-driven manufacturing had been a mainstream situation, a kind of car customization method which is based on the EON studio and the WEB was proposed in this paper firstly, the development environment and system architecture of custom system was described. Then focusing the research on virtual construction and optimization of car model, car model tree establishment and management, JavaScript-JavaApplet-Eon communications and remote interactive event routing mechanism. The mathematical method of car customization rules was given. Faunally, the automotive customization system was realized in the JSP platform, and this system is running well.

Abstract: A novel type of 4-RPUR spatial compliant parallel manipulator which named whole compliant parallel manipulator (WCPM) is presented in this paper. Compared with traditional design method, a novel 4-RPUR type spatial compliant parallel manipulator which satisfy the geometrical constraint conditions in spatial is proposed. By using ANSYS software, the proposed two kinds of compliant parallel manipulator are analyzed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation and experiments.

Abstract: This work aims to develop a proper digestion method for measurement of heavy metal content in municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) bottom. Different digestion methods by HNO3, HNO3/HCl, HNO3/HCl/HClO4, HNO3/HCl/H2O2, HNO3/HClO4, HNO3/H2O2, were compared in digestion efficiency, and Cu, Pb, Zn and Cd were analyzed using atomic absorption spectrum (AAS). The method using mixed HNO3/HCl/HClO4 was recommended for digestion of MSWI slag for measurement of Cu, Pb, Zn, and the method of HNO3/H2O2 recommended for digestion for measurement of Cd.

Abstract: The scale of modern systems is increasingly large, the system safety requirements have become more sophisticated, a single access control model could not do. In view of this situation, this paper presents a core RBAC, integration MAC, DAC thought and proposed a hybrid access control model - M-AC model (Mixed Access Control Model). The model is fully three kinds of advantages of the traditional access control model to eliminate each other's shortcomings, to meet the large-scale complex systems, the stringent requirements for access control. In the formal definition is given of the model, as well as rules, with an actual project, the implementation of the model methods are analyzed and studied.

Abstract: This work was done to develop a methodology for analysis of heavy metals in municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) slag. It performed analysis of heavy metal content, leaching concentration as a function of pH and vibration time. It was found that content of heavy metals followed the decreasing sequence of Zn > Pb > Cu > Cd. Proper vibration time period was 1.0 h for extraction of theses metals, and their leaching concentrations increased with increasing pH from 1 to 11. Hence, an acidic environment could enhance leaching of the four heavy metals.

Abstract: This work investigates the application of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithms in the field of evolutionary electronics. PSO was developed under the inspiration of behavior laws of bird flocks, fish schools and human communities. PSO achieves its optimum solution by starting from a group of random solution and then searching repeatedly. We propose the new means for designing electronic circuits and introduce the modified PSO algorithm. For the case studies this means has proved to be efficient, experiments show that we have better results.

Abstract: Bottom ash from municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) has been previously suggested as an adsorbent for removing heavy metals from wastewater due to its high porosity and large surface area. In this study the adsorption characteristics of heavy metals were investigated using various particle sizes of MSWI bottom ash. The adsorption experiment was conducted using synthetic wastewater containing Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd as a function of residence time, initial pH, ash dosage and particle size, respectively. The adsorption rate increased with decreasing particle size and with increasing residence time. Through the above analysis, this work proved that bottom ash was effective in adsorbing the four heavy metals.

Abstract: The recognition of coal-rock interface in the top caving was investigated via the vibration signals of the tail beam of the hydraulic support. Wavelet packet transform was used to process the vibration signals. A newly feature based on wavelet packet energy spectrum was proposed to identify the coal-rock interface in top coal caving. The interface was determined by comparing the features in the two cases of coal dropping and rock dropping. The experimental results show that the energy proportion of vibration signal in high frequency bands when rock dropping is greater than that when coal dropping.

Abstract: By Means of Fluent 6.3,the paper simulated the solid-liquid two-phase flow to a type of centrifugal sewerage pump under different sand size and contain arenaceous concentration conditions, using Eulerian Mixture Model, adopting SIMPLE algorithm, k-ε-Ap turbulence model and partitioning non-structure hex grid in the area of flow passage in the pump. The paper analyzed wear characteristics in different parts of centrifugal sewage pump impeller and put forward some means to decrease attrition for impeller. The results can be as theoretical reference for the optimization design of the centrifugal sewage pumps

Abstract: The finite element method has been extensively used to predict forming difficulties of die forging problems. However, the analysis for die forging problems with finite element method can lose considerable accuracy due to severely distortional meshes. Based on the equality of elements, an automatically coupling algorithm has been proposed to analyze die forging problems, which converts the FE analysis into the EFG computation to preserve the accuracy in the region where meshes have been severely distorted and still employs the FE method to ensure high computational efficiency in the region where the quality of the FE meshes is acceptable. Numerical example shows that the present algorithms exploit the respective advantages of both the FE method whose computational efficiency is high and the EFG method which can throws out mesh distortions.
