Abstract: This paper deals with the dynamic parameters of the combination of the tong, the tong-carrier and (or without) a forging (link TCF). Two linear form equations of the dynamic model of link TCF about the dynamic parameters are obtained. And then based on two linear form equations, the least square method is adopted to identify the parameters. Simulation results show that the identified dynamic parameters, mass m, moment of inertia IL and the mass center parameter b1, have a small relative error that no more than 5%.

Abstract: Solar updraft tower is an alternative technology for electricity generating from solar energy. It’s suitable for use in remote area, where there is high potential of solar radiation, because the constructions are cheap and the technologies involved are conventional. From the study of small scale solar updraft tower by using the computation fluid dynamics program and experimental, show that the hot air velocity in the solar updraft tower from the computation fluid dynamics program similarly with the experimental data. From this study, the small-scale solar updraft tower with 72 m length in each side of solar collector, air inlet height of 0.5 m above the ground, an updraft tower of 30 meter high with 1.2 m length of each side was studied to determine the performance. It was found that the electricity generating from this model was 6893 W/day, enough to supply electricity for up to 13 families of small community in the rural area.

Abstract: Firstly, structure component of the 6PUS-UPS PMT (Parallel Machine Tool) was introduced. Secondly, errors during the machine tool debugging were analyzed and measured, and those determined by the 6PUS-UPS PMT structure character were focused on, including the clearance error between the slider and the guide way, the vibration error and the verticality error and so on. Lastly, the verticality error was measured using the digital display micrometer and the frame level, which has great influence on the 6PUS-UPS PMT precision

Abstract: In the dynamic production environment of supply chain, based on information sharing among enterprises of supply chain, this paper designs an expert system aided multi-agent intelligent ant colony algorithm system to solve the production scheduling optimization model. Where ant colony is constructed with multi-agent and the order decomposition structure and constraint are expressed by expert system. And then it builds a system using JESS and JADE to confirm this algorithm applied in a mass customization supply chain scheduling model

Abstract: Signals of Low speed, high-loaded bearings in incomplete rotating state have some characteristics, such as nonstationary, varying load, multi vibration resources and no character frequency. Traditional frequency analytical method can’t solve the problem of fault diagnosis of this kind of bearings. Start with angle domain, a new fault diagnosis method based on characteristics of angle domain is put forward in this paper. And the new feature characteristics, touching frequency and parts contacting angle, are extracted from the vibration signals and rotation signals. This method is applied to diagnose the fault of Low speed, high-loaded bearings in incomplete rotating state. The diagnosis result proves this method is feasible and valid.

Abstract: The precision is impacted when the robotic grinding path is discontinuous and the gripper needs to be replaced during manufacturing. In order to solve this problem, a new type PPPRRR grinding robot was proposed. The mathematical model for the robotic grinding paths was set up. The factors including the pose of the workpiece respect to the end joint and the position of contact wheel respect to the robot base frame {O}were analyzed to influence the grinding ability of the system. Base on the Monte Carlo method the posture and position factors above had been optimized, and the grinding ability of the system was increased. The optimization methods were proved right and workable by grinding golf head experiment.

Abstract: Normalized fuzzy neural network has complex structure, long-time study and other shortcomings. For these shortcomings, this paper applies an improved fuzzy neural network to predict market clearing price. The model is simple, just by k-means clustering to determine the number of fuzzy inference layer nodes, and with strong applicability, higher prediction accuracy.

Abstract: A novel redundantly actuated parallel machine tool was introduced. The inverse kinematic of 5-UPS/PRPU PMT with redundant actuation was analysed and the driven force of redundant actuation limb was planned. The force/position hybrid control strategy and dynamic differential calculation control strategy were proposed. Then the experiment of evaluating dynamics in the position control mode and in the force/position hybrid control was carried out respectively. The experiment shows that, the force/position hybrid control can improve driven torque of each limb better, balance the load of each limb and is of great help for enhance the dynamic performance of entire PMT.

Abstract: Aiming at relieving the mode mixing of the intrinsic time-scale decomposition (ITD) method used to process the intermittent signals, the improved intrinsic time-scale decomposition (IITD) method is proposed in the paper. The IITD method employs white noise which has the uniform power distribution in different frequencies as a reference to resolve the problem. Furthermore, a simulation signal was utilized to examine the performance of the IITD method as well as that of the original ITD method. As a result, the comparison between the results from the two methods indicates that the IITD method reflects an obvious improvement on the original ITD method for processing the intermittent signals.
