Abstract: At Jiangnan area, the south of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the water towns in where people live with a cultured life super abounded with resources and products, the traditional vernacular dwelling has made a reputation by their unique characteristics. The paper studies on the dwelling in the water towns, and presents to readers the changes the dwelling have gone through from the Hemudu culture in the New Stone Age to today. Through the research and analysis on the type and components in the local dwelling, this author brings about the characteristics of the dwelling and comes up with ideas of dwelling protection in the water towns.

Abstract: An analytical expression of the threshold pump power of the fiber laser with three-energy-level dopants has been obtained from rate equations including loss coefficients of the pump and laser radiations. And the rate equations describing the threshold pumped fiber lasers have been analytically solved following the derivation of the implicit expression specifying the pump variation along the fiber and expressions of the position dependent population densities on the three energy levels in terms of the pump variation.

Abstract: The theory of artificial immune system cluster analysis was studied firstly, the real encoding artificial immune system cluster analysis process was put forward, Then identify indexes of supplier classification were confirmed. Finally, according to a power company some supplier data, supplier were classed, using the cluster analysis with artificial immune system. Suppliers were divided into three categories: the first group includes 3 suppliers, 4 and 3 suppliers for the second group and the third group respectively. The results show that the calculation process of Artificial immune system clustering algorithm is simple, This method can minimize the requirements of professional knowledge and it is suitable to large volume of data while it is not sensitive to the different data order at the same time. So the artificial immune system cluster algorithm has many advantages in obtaining the optimal solution, and the artificial immune system cluster algorithm is feasible to be used in supplier classification.

Abstract: To a two-echelon supply chain system consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer under random demand, the game models about decentralized decision and centralized decision are constructed in which the manufacturer is the leader and the retailer is the follower. The retailer’s optimal purchasing strategies about two conditions above are given and the supply chain expected total profits under unique purchasing strategies of the retailer are compared with. Then the relations of supply chain expected total profit between with applying the revenue-sharing contracts situation and with the centralized decision situation are discussed. And the conditions to realize the supply chain perfect coordinating are defined. Finally, numerical analysis shows that applying the revenue-sharing contract in the decentralized supply chain could not only achieve the maximal overall expected performance but also allow both parties to benefit from it.

Abstract: Powertrain mounting bracket is a vital part in the car, its strength is more important for the vehicle lifetime, and lightweight is becoming the aim of structure design. According to the optimization design idea, a common formula of size optimization was deduced. And the structure of the mounting bracket was analyzed by using Optistruct software and the bracket in real work condition was studied. In the premise of meeting the stress, the optimal design of the bracket was finished. And the result show that the optimal design is right and reasonable, the quality of optimized bracket was reduced 37.28%, and achieved good results.

Abstract: In connection with the current problem of college students’ not very high learning efficiency, this research, based on feedback theory, aims to investigate the effects of Active Input and Active Output Learning Model on them. The author of the research has once done a four-month experiment on 36 first-year students of a certain university, the result shows that compared with the control class, the experimental class has a remarkable learning result. The research indicates that in the current non-immersion leaning environment, the active input and active output leaning method will not only help learners to form new acquisition of language, improve comprehensively their discourse behavior, but also to spur on learners to make use of all their resources to solve communicative problems. College students, who adopt such learning methods, show a higher enthusiasm and stronger confidence.

Abstract: The output of Terfenol-D is nonlinear and hysteretic under the effect of magnetic field and prestress. The nonlinear constitutive relation between magnetostriction and magnetization with magneto-stress coupling was built in consideration of the magnetostriction saturation and the prestress correlation. Then, the hysteresis behavior of Terfenol-D was modeled based on the Jiles-Atherton model. The error of magnetostriction between simulations and experimental data is less than 6%. This result indicates that the model can adequately predict the nonlinear hysteresis and magneto-stress coupling character of Terfenol-D.

Abstract: In the premise of ensuring the high yield of the crops in greenhouse, how to save water has became a research focus in precision agriculture. An intelligent water-saving irrigation system based on fuzzy control is designed in the paper. By the proposed system, the best water consumption can be calculated to meet the goal of high yield but low water-using. In the system, the soil moisture sensor TDR-3 is used to measuring the soil humidity data, whiles the radio frequency identification (RFID) modules, i.e., nRF905, is applied to transmit the data wirelessly. The control interface based on LABVIEW on PC is designed as well. Thus the goal of saving water consumption and querying historical data can be accomplished.
