Abstract: Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) is one of interventional imaging modalities widely used in clinical diagnosis of vascular diseases, especially coronary artery diseases. Segmentation of IVUS images to extract vessel wall boundaries is of importance for quantitative analysis and 3D vessel reconstruction. A 3D parallel method for segmenting IVUS image sequence is proposed in this paper. Firstly, original images are preprocessed to reduce possible noises and eliminate ring-down artifacts. Then, several longitudinal cuts are obtained and intima-lumen and media-adventitia boundaries are detected. Once these boundaries are mapped onto each cross-sectional slice, initial plan of vessel wall boundaries in each frame is obtained. Finally, these initial contours evolve continuously until stop at target contours. Consequently, segmentation of each IVUS tomographic frame is implemented simultaneously and the efficiency is greatly raised compared with 2D sequential approaches.

Abstract: In order to improve the precision, speed, integration and reliability of the linear CCD system, A method of data acquisition for high resolution output signal of linear array CCD using FPGA is introduced. The CCD signal acquisition circuit with high speed and high sensitivity is designed based on the combination of FPGA with high-speed A/D conversion chipset to gather the signals of high-speed. The experimental results demonstrated that defects within 50μm~1000μm were inspected effectively by the CCD scanning defects inspection instrument, that this method has a repetition error no more than 2.24 pixels, with high precision and good anti-noise ability.

Abstract: A new kind of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) jamming method is proposed: the 2-D interrupted-sampling repeater jamming. The fundamentals and implement of this jamming method are investigated. This jamming method can realize two-dimensional jamming in range and azimuth, and cause the SAR image ambiguous, and achieves the effect of multi-false targets. The research shows: both the suppression and deceptive jamming effect exist. Its validities are proved by the simulation.

Abstract: In many pseudolite systems which recently have been proposed and tested for indoor navigation, the method of ambiguity resolution was static initialization. Using pseudolites for static initialization, the equations are correlated with each other at observation epochs and the ambiguities can’t be calculated from the equations. The initial position of rover needed to be known in this method. In this paper, an ambiguity resolution on the fly method is proposed. The method uses kinematic initialization for ambiguity resolution instead of the assuming the initial rover position is known. To demonstrate the validity of the method, simulation results based on realistic indoor positioning environments are also studied.

Abstract: Data structure and the algorithm teaching difficulty lies in their abstractness and the dynamic, teaches in the classroom uses the graphical representation to be possible to melt to a certain extent as intuitively, but very difficult to unfold the object the instantaneous dynamic characteristics and the algorithm dynamic implementation. This article utilizes the visualization programming technology, object-oriented technical and the computer graph processing technology carries on the dynamic interactive simulation track to the typical algorithm, has realized the abstract construction of data and the algorithm dynamic synchronization visualization. Each kind of abstract data type (ADT) definition and realization concise clear, vivid direct-viewing show abstract data structure, adequately demonstrate classical algorithm dynamic and execution detail process.

Abstract: This paper expects to get the real-time changes of traffic flow by researching the relationships among the three basic parameters flow, speed and occupancy. we firstly carries out the statistical correlation analysis and grey relational analysis to study the connection between the traffic flow parameters flow and speed, flow and occupancy to get a conclusion that there doesn’t exist a significant linear relationship between neither of the comparisons, and the influence of speed on the flow is a little bigger than that of occupancy. Then we try to establish the binary linear regression model without the intercept and GM (0,3) model to do the data fitting, the final simulation results illustrate that the two methods has effects in some extent, also explain the complexity of traffic flow.

Abstract: Designing an evolutionary multiple classifier system (MCS) is a relatively new research area. In this paper, we propose a genetic algorithm (GA) based MCS for microarray data classification. We construct a feature poll with different feature selection methods first, and then a multi-objective GA is applied to implement ensemble feature selection process so as to generate a set of classifiers. When this GA stops, a set of base classifiers are generated. Here we use all the nondominated individuals in last generation to build an ensemble system and test the proposed ensemble method and the method that apply a classifier selection process to select proper classifiers from all the individuals in last generation. The experimental results show the proposed ensemble method is roubust and can lead to promising results.

Abstract: Segmenting meshes into natural regions is useful for patch-based mesh fitting. In this paper, we present a novel algorithm for segmenting meshes into characteristic patches and provide a corresponding geometric proxy for each patch. We extend the powerful optimization technique of variational shape approximation by allowing for several different primitives to represent the geometric proxy of a surface region. Our method has the particular advantage of robustness. As the principal curvatures of the surfaces become more equal, the returned results are become closer to the surfaces of geometry primitives, i.e. planes, cylinders, or cones, or rotating surface which are the most common patch types in the reverse engineering. The expected result that we recover surface structures more robustly and thus get better approximations, is validated and demonstrated on a number of examples.

Abstract: RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) technology has been widely used in many applications. In recent years, researchers have begun to study various RFID data management problems. Unfortunately, it is difficult for researchers to obtain massive raw RFID data because of hardware cost and limitations of lab environment. We have designed RFIDTango, a massive raw RFID data generator, to simulate real RFID application scenarios. In this paper, we present a system of RFIDTango and show how RFIDTango can simulate a RFID-enabled supermarket scenario effectively and efficiently.

Abstract: The goal of 2D irregular cutting-stock problems is to make the remaining materials reduce to a minimum in the cutting process, making the maximum utilization of raw materials. This paper proposed “Triangle rectangle method”. First, turn the irregular shapes of parts into the smallest triangle or quadrilateral, if it is a quadrilateral, turn the quadrilateral to the smallest triangle and turn the triangle to the smallest right triangle, then make the two same smallest right triangles coincide as a rectangular along the longest side of the envelope .At last, follow Rectangular envelope method, to find the best way of cutting. This method makes the utilization of raw materials greatly improved and increases the profits of the enterprise, thus improves the competitiveness of enterprises, having very important practical significance.
