Abstract: Many types of marine carbonate reservoirs are discorvered in Tazhong Uplift, and the later alteration is obvious. The marine sources rock including the Cambrian-lower Ordovician and the mid-upper Ordovician provided a great deal of hydrocarbon for the hudrcarbon accumulation. The hydrocarbon filled into all kinds of reservoirs many times to form the different types of reservoirs in later Caledonian to early Hercynian epoch, later Hercynian to early Indo-Chinese epoch, later Yanshanian to Himalayan epoch. All these made the characteristics of hydrocarbon accumulation complex very much.

Abstract: High-impedance ground plane (HIGP) is applied in the design of rectangular waveguide end-slot phased array. The benefits of using such a HIGP are related to the suppression of surface waves because of its obvious frequency bandgap and, therefore, the scan blindness could be eliminated. Both of the bandgap curve of the HIGP structure and the scan properties of the phased arrays have been calculated. The elimination of scan blindness is obtained.

Abstract: When a circuit breaker cuts off a transformer’s different fault types, there will be different voltage recovery processes. Studying on these transient processes provides bases for the section of breaker and the extraction of fault feature. Based on theoretical analysis and simple calculation, this paper uses PSCAD/EMTDC software to model and emulates every fault system. The results show that when a transformer takes place two-phase grounding fault, the peak of recovery voltage between circuit breaker’s both ends is highest. A conclusion is drawn that when to choose a breaker, pay attention to the two-phase grounding fault.

Abstract: Based on the simulation of a low elastic modulus concrete cutoff wall, the effect of dam constitutive model, elastic modulus of cutoff wall, the height of dam on the stress and deformation of the cut off wall is analyzed systematically. A critical value of cutoff wall’s elastic modulus values is proposed, when the elastic modulus overruns the value, the stress of wall increases fast, while almost no change when the elastic modulus is lower than the value. By comparing the sensitivity of cut off wall’s stress and deformation to the change of wall’s elastic modulus and dam’s elastic modulus, the effect of reducing the wall’s elastic modulus on the stress and deformation of wall is proved to be better than the way of enhancing the dam’s elastic modulus. Meanwhile by comparing the results between 2-dimensional model and 3-dimensional model, 2-dimensional model is proved to be only suitable for the analysis of middle section of the dam, while 3-dimensional model is suitable for the whole section, including the edge part.

Abstract: Effect of solid solution under high pressure on the microstructures and mechanical properties of AM60B alloy has been investigated. The results show that solid solution under high pressure leads to refined crystal grains of α-Mg phase in the alloys after aging treatment. When the solid solution pressure is about 4GPa, the smallest grain size can be obtained, which is only 8.4% of the grain size when the solid solution is carried out under ambient pressure. Moreover, hardness and compressive strength of AM60B after aging treatment both increase remarkably when the solid solution is performed under high pressure. The superior compressive strength and plasticity can be achieved at 5GPa.

Abstract: Thermal expansion of the magnetic bearings in the process of precise grinding will lead to the posture drift of the grinding head, which can seriously affect the precision of the grinding. In this paper, the module of the relationship between temperature rise and the spindle posture is established, and the relationship between the controller’s five reference inputs and the spindle posture is ascertained. The controller’s five reference inputs are corrected according to the sample value of the temperatures in the system, so the inline adjustment of the grinding head posture and the automatic thermal expansion compensation of the system can be realized. Experiment proved that this algorithm could successfully compensate the thermal expansion of the AMB spindle.

Abstract: Supercapacitors can harvest and return energy to power grid as elevator generator is operated with generating mode. This paper investigates energy storage technology of supercapacitors and presents a charge control strategy employing energy control regulation applied to Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) circuit. Experimental results illustrate that this strategy can fully satisfy the requirement in terms of charging supercapacitors safely, reliably and promptly.

Abstract: The process of designing a dry-type air-cored reactor is one repeated way of computing and regulating the correlated parameters, and it is very complex and time-consuming. Therefore, Genetic Algorithm is introduced in this paper, for the purpose of reducing error between total inductive potential of coils and the terminal voltage, we set up the optimization model of an air-cored reactor, and the Improved Genetic Algorithm is adopted to make an optimal design for the air-cored reactor. The results show that designed accuracy can be greatly improved.

Abstract: In this paper, the finite element model of piezoelectric ceramics in line with the experiment results was established according to piezoelectric structure field and the coupling of the electric field, deformation of representative PZT piezoelectric ceramics under the voltage was analysed in using finite element analysis software ADINA according to establishing geometric model, defining boundary conditions and materials, Coupling calculation. Consistency between simulation results and experimental results is improved and lay the foundation for the realization of the piezoelectric ceramic shapes and vibration control.

Abstract: In order to obtain the loading characteristics of magnetic particle brake (MPB) in rotary system, the servo-motor controlling and testing experimental platform is used to research MPB loading characteristics. The key step is designing different experiments that include static loading experiment, step loading experiment, and tracking loading experiment. Based on the static experiment data, the MPB static property presents hysteresis which is described appropriately in the way of piecewise fitting. The response time in step experiment is longer in upward section than in downward section and it has no relation with the speed of MPB by lucubrating step experiment data. Phase difference is relevant to input current excitation frequency after analyzing tracking experiment data. The loading characteristic of MPB is closely relation to the MPB velocity which is proposed in rotary loading system. When the input current doesn’t change, the output torque increases along with the rotary speed increasing. Also, this paper provides reference materials for improving the loading precision, mathematics modeling, and hysteresis compensation.
