Abstract: Post processing is one of the key technologies of CNC programming. Nowadays, the wide application of new type CNC machines is limited by the matching problem between the CAM systems and the developing CNC machine systems. This paper based on XDK9070 CNC engraving machine, researched the file format of cutter location files generated from Pro/Toolmaker and the CNC program format of FAGOR system, expounded the method and process for post processing, designed a special post processing procedure for FAGOR CNC system based on Visual C++, verified the correctness and practicality of the post processing procedure by a example of product processing.

Abstract: Aimed at clutch magnetoelectric tachometric transducer, rotational speed signal processing had achieved good results in hardware circuit and software algorithm two aspects. Firstly in hardware aspect RC Low-Pass Filter’s parameters are optimized by frequency-domain analysis of actual rotational speed signal according to vehicle travel features. As a result, useful information is reserved and high-frequency noise is shielded effectively. Secondly in software aspect, through analyzing the clutch control system’s characteristics and speed data’s structure, explicit Euler formula is adopted to predict the data’s structure. Maximum likelihood estimate of Mathematical Statistic Analysis is used to raise the data’s utilization and enhance the data’s robustness in order to provide the effective and stable parameters for clutch control.

Abstract: The district collaborative design is an advanced design organization mode. The problem of definition and expression of correlation in collaborative design is aimed. The organization characteristics are analyzed based on district collaborative design space. The connection relationship acyclic graph which includes connection semantics is achieved and the relationship specialty and connection mode are explained. The algorithm is proposed to solve correlation for district collaborative design by use of correlation information model, and the correlation management model based on PDM is illustrated. Finally, a case study is conducted to prove these theory and method.

Abstract: The normalization method is utilized in this paper for gait planning of small humanoid robot, and hence generating the normalized trajectory curves for parameters such as three dimensional coordinates and rotation angle and achieving omni-directional legged locomotion of robot. The advantages of this method include less computational complexity of controller, on-line real-time planning of robot, and better stability in motion and flexibility in control. Test results demonstrate that the robot can walk stably towards all directions at the walking speed of 0.8km/h.

Abstract: Efficiency of vacuumizing is vital to process time with electron beam. The system principle of vacuum system was designed based on the analysis of system request. The workflow of vacuum system was established and its characteristic was introduced. The controlling theory and circuit of vacuum system was designed while vacuum device was made and its performance was tested. The vacuum system was acquired which was suitable to electronic beam.

Abstract: Mechanical products have been inevitably disassembled when they are regarded to be recycled or repaired. The disassembling procedure must be decided no matter what way is used to disassemble. The key is to decide the disassembly sequence for parts/components. In order to generate the disassembly sequence rapidly and correctly, similar thread binary tree and graph algorithm are used to establish the model of disassembly after analyzing the characteristics of Mechanical products. Firstly, generate the related matrix obtained from the 3D CAD assembly model; secondly, transform the undirected graph to the directed graph based on the practical constraints between parts/components; finally, search the restrictions among the directed graph and generate the efficient disassembly sequence. A prototype system of disassembly sequence planning based on UG was implemented which has the functions such as parts and assembly information extraction, definition constraints between components, disassembly sequence planning and etc. The centrifugal lubricating oil filter case study proves the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.

Abstract: In this paper, a dynamic yard allocation strategy of export containers is proposed based on a hybrid stack mode. Firstly, a 0-1 programming model is developed for the problem. Accordingly, the model’s objective function is subject to the minimization of the total re-shuffle containers which are buried beneath other containers but heavier. To resolve the NP-hard problem regarding the dynamic yard allocation model, a hybrid algorithm, which applies heuristic rules and genetic algorithm, is then employed. Subsequently, a case study is used for system illustration. Consequently, it could be found from computational results that this approach paves a venue for resolving the dynamic yard allocation problem of export containers.

Abstract: To solve the twin 40ft handing system for container terminal yard allocation, a rolling –horizon model of outbound container yard allocation planning is developed by the multi-objective planning method. Then a particle swarm algorithm is designed to obtain the optimum solution of the model. Finally, a numerical experiment shows that the proposed approach can solve the problem effectively.

Abstract: Movement of each executive mechanism of the automatic packaging machines is complicated. The packaging machine standard executive mechanism requests coordination between the movements each other and a strict machine operating cycle period is required. The paper assimilates conventional design knowledge about periodic diagram of the automaton and gives a very comprehensive analysis of the internal relation among periodic motions of executive mechanisms of automatic packaging machines, summarizes three periods: movement-period, coordination-period and integration-period. A new way began to form in the paper. Called as three-ply analytics, of which principle is conciseness, it easy to be popularized.

Abstract: The geological conditions of Tunnel are of complexity, variability and uncertainty,So it is a necessary guidance to accurately predict the specific type of adverse geological,the location and the size in front of the tunnel.This article take the Separate tunnel in Hebei province as the background, describes the basic working principles of the Ground Penetrating Radar System and the testing method in the tunnel geological prediction,uses the Ground Penetrating Radar needle to predict adverse geological disasters.and make specific explanation for the targeted radar images. The characteristics of Ground Penetrating Radar are that it does not affect the construction,it is nondestructive, fast and convenient, easy to operate.
