Abstract: This paper mainly analyses and discusses the application and significance of the visual negative afterimage on the colour design of medical product based on the visual negative afterimage theory. The design for the colour of medical product based on the visual negative afterimage theory focuses more human orientation in aspect of the visual effect design. The paper also points out that the trend of future design is to organically combine the art, the therapy features and the humanity.The complementary colour equilibrium of the visual negative afterimage will play a more and more important role in the colour design of the medical product. In the modern medical environment, the colour of the medical product has a decisive effect on the information exchange between people and the space environment. Although the visual negative afterimage is common in our daily life, the colour is not taken into consideration in the colour design of the medical product, which will result in negative effects. The colour is a strong and extremely attractive expression tool. Therefore, when the colour is designed for the medical product, it should be applied reasonably. The application of colour must be based on the special function requirements and the use of different people, so as to show its special function and requirements, which not only avoids the negative influence caused by the visual negative afterimage, but also creates a more humanistic atmosphere for the medical environment.

Abstract: The dynamic characteristics of the grinding machines have an impact on its machining quality and cutting efficiency. In this paper, through the analysis of the structural features of the Large CNC gantry surface grinding machine, the finite element model of structure of the grinder was established on the base of the simplified machine structure, on which carried out its dynamics analysis, obtaining the modal parameters of the orders under different mode shapes. The effect on the dynamic characteristics of machine tools was analyzed under different mode shapes, then the weak link of the surface grinding machine was given, and then how to improve the structural design weakness of surface grinding machine was discussed, all of which provided theoretical basis for improvemental design for the structure of the large CNC gantry surface grinding machine.

Abstract: In order to alleviate the suffering of the patients with skull defects, this paper presents a detailed analysis of incremental sheet forming (ISF) method to shape skull prosthesis of titanium alloy meshed plate. In the study, we emphasized the following points: First, we designed and made skull model based on computed tomography image, and extracted the skull defect data using reverse engineering technology, then we reconstructed the surface of the prosthesis and designed it’s three dimentional model, finally, we adjusted tool path repeatedly and then imported the tool path into incremental sheet forming system to shape skull prosthesis. This paper provides a fast and accurate prosthesis manufacture method of titanium alloy meshed plate, which can improve the level of the skull repair technique.

Abstract: This paper presents an interpolation algorithm for non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) curves. A real-time look-ahead function is introduced to deal with the abrupt change of feedrate. In the proposed algorithm, feedrate can be adaptively adjusted according to the radius of curvature of curves. Dynamic characteristic of machine tools is considered while the feedrate is adjusted. The experimental results show that this algorithm significantly reduced the machining error brought about by the instantaneous acceleration fluctuations of machine tools.

Abstract: Considering the low productivity of fixed molded honeycomb mold, an efficient turning molded honeycomb mold is developed. Using TRIZ theory, a technical analysis of fixed molded honeycomb mold is conducted. Through the TRIZ innovation principles of the Spheroidality, combined with the characteristics of the mold, innovative design of the rotary molded honeycomb mold has been made. According on the Pro/MECHANICA analysis platform, by the finite element analysis method, the actual molded honeycomb mold forces, boundary conditions and imposed load are being researched in the view of the molded honeycomb mold for the actual operating conditions. The sensitivity analysis of mold parameters is conducted so as to optimize the structure parameters of mold. Shown by the practical application, the rotary molded mold can improve the productivity significantly.

Abstract: This paper obtained the inverse kinematics model through performing kinematic analysis of 6-DOF parallel kinematic machine (PKM) via the MATLAB software. On the basis of that, kinematics inverse module in EMC2(Enhanced Machine Controller) is recompiled and verified through CNC machining simulation, which set up an important foundation for later prototype construction and motor output control.

Abstract: It is difficult to measuring conical bore edge sizes (especially big-end)because of its special structure , so the paper put forward a measuring method and a measuring tool based on imaginary crossing point which measure by transforming the point-contact between foot rulers measuring plane and conical bore end plane into imaginary crossing point and installed digital display device . It can measure the conical bore edge sizes directly in field-working and read the value with digital display device directly and used convenience .Its structure is simple and has certain practical value.

Abstract: Tool-path airtime optimization problem during multi-contour processing in leather cutting is regarded as generalized traveling salesman problem. A hybrid intelligence algorithm is proposed. The improved genetic simulated annealing algorithm is applied to optimize cutting path selected arbitrarily firstly, and an optimal contour sequence is founded, then problem is changed into multi- segment map problem solved with dynamic programming algorithm. The algorithm's process and its various parameters are given simultaneously, and its performance is compared with simulated annealing and standard genetic algorithm alone. The results show that the algorithm is more effective.
