In order to resolve the liquidity problems of long-term bank loans of small hydropower projects and accelerate development of small hydropower construction. This paper analyses the characteristics of ABS financing mode, the superiority and feasibility of ABS mode applied in a small hydropower project. And the basic operational procedures and the basic pattern of ABS mode in small hydropower project were put forward.

Abstract: a self-consistent-charge density-functional tight-binding method was employed to study the electronic and atomic structures of full hydrogenation carbon nanotues (CNTs) which are relevant to hydrogen storage and device application. Intriguing trends of the geometrics, hydrogenation energy and energy gaps of full hydrogenation of carbon nanotubes as a function of the nanotubes diameter will also be described.

Abstract: Cooperative communications is a promising technology to improve the performance of wireless sensor networks. To ensure scalability sensor networks are often partitioned into clusters, each managed by a cluster head. most of the previous research focused on the optimal communication of sensors in one cluster, very little attention has been paid to the efficiency of cooperation among the clusters .In this paper, we consider cluster-to-cluster cooperative communications where cluster head node relay data packets to nearby cluster head nodes using cooperative communications, and propose two cooperative transmission scheme and analysis on the throughput and outage probability. Finally, we demonstrate the applicability of our results through numerical examples.

Abstract: Errors often occur in the assembling process because traditional two-dimensional process cards are lack of three-dimensional realistic in assembling site. Aimed at this problem, a visual assembly process planning system is proposed, which turns assembly process into assembly animation on the basis of three-dimensional model on the platform of 3DVIA Composer. This System combines assembly process planning with assembly simulation, and then realizes the assembly process related to three-dimensional process model and assembly animation and assembly process visualization in assembling site by the application programming interface provided by 3DVIA Composer. The system has been applied to some aircraft parts manufacturing enterprise, and then obviously shortens assembling time and guarantees assembling quality.

Abstract: Spectrum in the wind profile radar data processing, radar detection of low-level spectral data from the library there are usually clutter, intermittent clutter, clutter and atmospheric echoes magnetic mixed overlap situation. In order to effectively restrain and remove clutter and increase the wind profile radar detection range and accuracy, must be on the air back to the effective spectrum of the spectral moments estimation. Based on the wind profile radar Doppler echo power spectral analysis, maximum likelihood method based on estimated spectral data of radar echo spectrum method using MATLAB simulation analysis , compared with the conventional method of analysis to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm, also, try the algorithm is applied to the complexity of the weather with a strong interference case of precipitation particles; Data analysis showed that the actual detection, from the library in the lower spectrum moment estimation has been improved significantly.

Abstract: The enterprise of port logistics has its own traits such as very high specialty of assets, high uncertainty of internal and external environment and high frequency of transaction. Establishing the strategic alliance of port logistics is the necessary way to improve the competition of port logistic enterprise. The selection of the strategic partner of port logistics is the key to the supply chain. The unascertained evaluation is a simple and efficient mode to offer the method of rational evaluation for the enterprise of port logistics to select the strategic partner.

Abstract: The effects of Zr addition on the microstructure and magnetic properties of the sintered NdFeB magnets were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and BH magnetic tester. The XRD analysis showed that both the Zr-free and Zr-doped samples are composed of main amount of Tetragonal phase Nd2Fe14B (P42/mnm) and trace amount of Nd-rich phase, but adding Zr reduces significantly the values of pole density factor of (004), (006) and (008) crystal faces for the sintered Nd(Fe,Zr)B magnets estimated by Horta-formula. Accordingly, the coercivity of the sample with Zr addition is reduced from 2038 kA/m down to 1951 kA/m. The study of the Kronmüller-plot shows that the nucleation is the dominating mechanism for the magnetization reversal in these two kinds of magnets, and two microstructural parameters of αk and Neff are obtained also.

Abstract: To improve the corrosion property of magnesium alloys, Zr-based amorphous composite coatings have been fabricated on AZ91D magnesium alloy by laser cladding using mixed powders Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30/SiC. The microstructure of the coating was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The corrosion resistance of the coatings was tested in 3.5wt.% NaCl solution. The results show that the coatings mainly consist of amorphous and different crystalline phases. The coatings compared with AZ91D magnesium alloy exhibit good corrosion resistance because of the presence of the amorphous phase in the coatings.

Abstract: A kind of intelligent vehicle–road model based on look-ahead reference system is established. According to the state equation, a novel sliding mode variable structure control algorithm is proposed. The sliding function is defined using pole placement technology, while the trending motion is determined by exponential reaching law. Accordingly, the effect of poles and reaching law parameters to close loop control system is analyzed in depth in order to design a good performance automatic control system. Finally, the developed sliding mode controller is validated by simulation study. Simulation results show that the designed controller has good performance in road tracking scenario.

Abstract: The pollution accident caused by leak and discharge of the exploitation, smelting, use and transportation of oil, and oily wastewater discharge, wastewater irrigation, and volatilization of petroleum products, falling of product of incomplete combustion and so on can cause a series of problems of oil pollution. The damage, the removal methods of the oil pollution and the trends of technique development are introduced in this paper, and indicate that the high efficiency and low investment, resource and no secondary pollution will be the developing trend of oil removal technology in the future.
