Abstract: Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was extracted by ethanol and distilled water as solvent, the antimicrobial activities of the extracted active components (flavonoids) were tested on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, yeast and Aspergillus niger. The results showed that the best extraction method was extracted twice by 60% ethanol at 80°C, firstly with solid to liquid ratio 1:10 for 1 h, and then extracted with solid to liquid ratio 1:8 for 1 h. The recovery of the extracts reached 8.72% after acid precipitation. The extracts were dried at 60°C to ambient pressure. The antibacterial activities of different concentrations of extracts of Scutellaria were tested on Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Enterobacter aerogenes, the minimum inhibitory concentrations were 10 mg/mL, 10 mg/mL and 10 mg/mL.

Abstract: Network security situational awareness process collects security data from system log and security tools, extracts values of situational indicators and fuses these indicators values into security situation value. The security situational value reflects the all-side security situation of cyberspace. The selection and fusion of indicators become critical to precision of situation value. In the paper, an approach will be introduced to select indicators based on a hierarchical framework of network security situational awareness. These indicators will be fused into situation value depended on formulas that are deduced in accordance with the hierarchical framework.

Abstract: Comparative experiment of 3 medium sand columns was executed to research the influence of water content on natural attenuation of diesel fuels contaminated vadose zone. The results showed that: The lower the water content, the stronger capacity of retarding diesel fuels was. After a diesel fuels spill, the average concentration of TPH were 57.7 g•kg-1, 47.55 g•kg-1 and 31.95 g•kg-1 in medium sand with different water content (0.66 %, 8.00 % and 15.22 %). Besides, the TPH found 90 days after the natural attenuation degradated by 38 % and 44.62 % 4 of the initial contaminant load of the medium sand with water content 0.66 % and 8.00 %. Additionally, the higher the water content, the larger the microbial activity of sand was. Biodegradation was the important mechanism for natural attenuation of diesel fuels.

Abstract: In a wastewater treatment plant, there are some problems that the impellers of submersible mixers were damaged with abrasion and the impellers’ spare parts must be imported. To solve this problem and realize domestic manufacture, based on reverse engineering theory, utilizing three coordinates measuring machine and applications of Surface and Pro/E, then the Pro/E software was used to develop the impeller solid model. The gained impeller model accords with the physical one with high accuracy. By using this model, the manufacture of its mould and research on abrasion-resistant performance as well as the implementation of domestic manufacture of its parts are completed. The new impeller has been employed in this plant and passed field running experiment. The results indicate that its mixing and propelling performance is excellent and abrasion does not happen in more than three months. It has prominent economic and social benefit.

Abstract: Seeing the important strategic position of the Northeast Old Industrial Base the paper establishes an evaluation indicator system of low-carbon on environment optimization mechanism firstly. On this basis, with the gray relative entropy method the paper evaluates the environmental optimization effect of the Northeast Old Industrial Base in 2002-2007. Eventually the paper draws a scientific and precise entropy change series of low-carbon system with the gray relational entropy model, and as to the Northeast Old Industrial Base the results means that environmental optimization of low-carbon system in the Northeast region is in a cyclical and orderly change path.

Abstract: Piezoelectric actuator is being widely used in vibration suppression and micro positioning applications for fast response, nanometer resolution, no backlash, no friction and bigger driving force. However, its inherent hysteresis characteristics between the input voltage and output displacement limit its control accuracy. An efficient way to eliminate this limitation is to model and control this hysteresis. In order solve the problem, the characteristic of piezoelectric actuator was introduced, and its static hysteresis was studied by experiment. A Preisach model was put forward to describe the hysteresis nonlinearity; a model feedforword controller was used to quicken system response. Control experiment results indicate that the proposed model and control method has good performance for precision control

Abstract: One of the effective method of improving diamond tool life on rulling large diffraction gratings is developing precise double-cone edged on line edge transfering tool.But traditional died weight or manual lapping technique couldn't meet the precision requirement of on line edge transfering tool.So preliminary studied rigid lapping of diamond grating ruling tool.Choosing traditional BC6063 shaping machine and made a series of alteration on it, achieved the automation of lapping process of diamond grating ruling tool. Through lapping grating ruling tool and AFM measurement find that the surface roughness of tool is 1.51nm,the radius of tool edge is 160nm, edge quality is good enough,this verified the feasibility of rigid lapping of diamond grating ruling tool and lay the foundation for developing precision lapping machine.

Abstract: To preview of the final appearance of tufted carpet, this paper devises a solution to simulate the color appearance of tufted carpet. The simulation adopts color blocks to represent a single loop pile in carpet surface, through resizing color block size to simulate the extrusion between loop piles. The solution starts from traversing the control pattern to get the pile height level information. Base on the current and surrounded loop piles height level to infer the size and start point of color block for current loop pile. According to patterns’ information to generate the color appearance simulation for loop pile tufted carpet. Base on the proposed simulation, devise the frame work and control logic for simulation software, and developed the simulation software with C++. Simulation test is carried out, the result shows the method can effectively generate carpet color appearance simulation for tufted carpet comprising of multicolor yarns.

Abstract: An comparative experiment was done on the concrete beams and concrete beams with CFRP material under dynamic load to study seismic performance of the concrete beams with CFRP materials’ fracture distribution,mode of failure,hysteretic curves and so on. The research shows that the concrete beams with CFRP materials have a better seismic performace.
