Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the management and benchmarking methodology at the small and medium enterprise level jointed to industrial cluster. As emerged from this literature review, there has been almost nothing done in this context, however, the currency of benchmarking models for individual SMEs needs an innovative transformation to adhere to the dynamics of the business environment. As well, it has observed that benchmarking methodologies should focus on analyzing forward looking, predictive and future performance comparisons rather than static ones. This study finds that entering into cooperative relations with other SMEs and related partner institutions, SMEs will overcome their size limitations as well as improving their productivity, innovativeness and overall. Hence to compete successfully in the domestic and global markets, SMEs need an appropriate benchmarking model suitable for their new improved environment within clusters.

Abstract: This paper reviews the concept of customer value and its development at home and aboard. As there are still problems in our country’s housing industry development, it will be limitation to study housing value using customer value theory. The author argues that the view angle should be changed to research housing value, and raise the concept of housing common value. The author also analyzes components of residence common value.

Abstract: In this paper, an attempt has been made to apply an efficient technique, in order to solve the uncertainty of multi-objective optimization, in the field of sewage treatment plant. The traditional grey relational analysis has been extended to deal with the multi-objective optimization problems. The difficulty of traditional grey relational analysis exists in calculation of the multiple indicators and ignorance of the relationship among evaluating indicators. But there is no specific guideline for assigning these indicator weights. In this context, the present study aims to apply the entropy measurement technique in order to determine the weights of evaluating indicators, which avoids the subjectivity in the process of estimating the weights. The proposed method involves four steps, including 1) original data processing, 2) grey relational coefficients calculation, 3) indicator weight calculation, and 4) grey relation grade calculations. The previously mentioned method has been applied to optimize schemes of a sewage treatment plant. The paper demonstrates a detailed methodology of the proposed technique as well as its effectiveness and applicability.

Abstract: Under the background of economic globalization and industrial division coordination, the trend of manufacturing and logistics joint development increasingly apparent. First and foremost, this paper applied system dynamics model for qualitative analysis of the relationship between logistics and manufacturing, and believe that the key to joint development lies in "aspects of logistics outsourcing". Then, this paper analyzed logistics outsourcing decision—making in manufacturing by game theory.

Abstract: The logical relationship of manufacturing and logistics industry joint development is analyzed using system dynamics approach. Factors that affect Manufacturing Logistics Outsourcing were summarized as economic factors, technical factors, risk factors and external factors. Principal-Agent Model is established to analyze the decision-making process of logistics outsourcing in manufacturers and logistics companies.

Abstract: The crystallization kinetics of glass-ceramics containing rare-earth tailings have been determined using non-isothermal DSC. The kinetic parameters for as-quenched and nucleated samples are reported and discussed.The results showed that glass-ceramics with optimal bending strength about 200MPa can be obtained under the condition of nucleating at 730°C for 2h.

Abstract: The ideal parameters of steel Cr12mov was found under the effect of impulse electric field. Through the corresponding experiments of the new technology, the better ball body of the steel Cr12mov organization had been obtained, while the steel Cr12mov annealing temperature had been reduced, the holding time shortened, the hardness lowed 60 HBS comparable to ordinary annealed. The steel Cr12mov machining performance was better improved.

Abstract: Coating TiO2 thin film with the thickness of 50 nm and the planar size of 6×6 mm2 onto a dual band meander-planar patch radiator being printed on a FR4 substrate (relative permittivity εr= 4.4) by the size of 0.4×7×33.5mm3 is demonstrated in this report. The system is for the application of 2.4/5.2 GHz WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) dual-band operation. Experimentally, the radiation gain was increased about 30% when part of the radiator governing the lower band coated with TiO2 thin film. It is thus revealed the TiO2 thin film can be a functional device to tune the radiation gain for the patch radiator.

Abstract: Transparent and conductive ITO thin films were prepared on quartz glasses by the sol-gel dip-coating method and treated by ultraviolet irradiation, with 4W (254nm), 15W (254nm), 15W (365nm) and 500W (365nm) respectively. The experimental results suggest that UV irradiation could enlarge the size of crystalline and improve the conductive property of ITO thin films significantly. The relative reduction in sheet resistance rose, resulting from increase in power and irradiating time, as well as decrease in wavelength of UV irradiation. In addition, for those samples which were treated by UV irradiation and placed at room temperature for 20 days, the internal action could cause the conductivity to rise, and decrease the minimum sheet resistance to 41.378Ω/m2.

Abstract: In the telemetry system of aviation, the reliability and stability of the power supply equipment directly influences the performance of the system. Based on XC2S100 and MAX153, this paper designs a reliability and stability power supply and voltage remote real-time monitor platform ,at the same time ,because of the power supply equipment only working continued which is a waste for the telemetry system, this paper put forward a the optimization schemes.
