Abstract: The aim of scheduling is getting a production plan to guide the shop working. Scheduling has become a key part of realizing CIMS along with the modern production development. Thus it can be seen that the position of scheduling in manufacture is extraordinary important. So a practical method must be proposed for the real production environment. The gradual optimize scheduling is proposed to save this problem.

Abstract: In this article, the author makes a study on the etiology of accident buildings and summarizes the similarity of them in the loess region. Meanwhile, the underpinning technology and ground treatment method in Loess Region has been researched. Then recommend several strengthening methods of the underpinning which suit for similar accident buildings in Loess Region. Finally, the article points out that there as on able selection of the Underpinning reinforcement Scheme must consider the damage reasons and the feature of the building in loess region and the construction environment and the economic factors.

Abstract: A new cutting technology on the rotating part of the interior helical surface of screw pump stator is proposed aiming at the tough condition in manufacturing metallic screw pump stator. An equation on the parameters of interior helical surface is constructed in three segments. The contact equations of three helical surfaces were constructed based on the contact condition of the rotary surface of cutting tools and on the helical surface of work piece. This way, three contact paths were confirmed and external profile of cutting tools was calculated. The geometrical shape of cutting tools was confirmed by calculating, fitting and substituting the errors. Calculated results indicated that this method is feasible, laying a theoretical foundation for the cutting process of the interior helical surface of the metallic screw pump stator.

Abstract: The tap cutter is one of the key equipment for the pipeline maintenance and rush repair, which in intended to solve broken tooth due to continuous cutting and impact during tapping. Three kinds of tap cutter optimization schemes are put forward and the finite element design and cutting experiment are applied to study its cutting property. The results show that, the optimized tooth can improve the tapping effect, largely enhance the cutting property, which has reached the level of the most advanced TDW tap cutter; thus, it is of great importance on the efficiency improvement and cost saving of the domestic pipeline maintenance and rush repair.

Abstract: The scope of design optimization differs from one industry to another. In various situations, new part design is an instance of previously designed part i.e. it differs only in some dimension from the previous part. This can be due to change in functional parameters of the product, building part family or continual improvement in existing design etc. A hybrid approach for part geometry optimization of such parts is presented in this paper. It includes finding relationship between part geometric and functional parameters at assembly level. The designed part is simulated using finite element analysis (FEA) for validation and a set of feasible part geometry parameters along with their effect on objective function (functional parameters) are obtained through knowledge enabled design of experiments (DOE). The optimum solution is sought among them and validated through structural analysis of part / product. The process has been applied successfully in design optimization of electrode_holder in spot welding equipment for automotive industry.

Abstract: In order to test the micro-cutting force during the process of micro-fabrication, a precise sensor needs to be designed. This study, micro-cutting force sensor based on principle of precise resistance strain is designed, which is made of octagonal ring elastic element, makes it possible to measure the micro-cutting force in both a convenient and practical way. Experiments show that the sensor can not only detect micro-cutting force, but also provide a feasible experimental method for the mechanism study of micro-fabrication.

Abstract: Through the example of the electron gun deflection coil, this paper implements the structure modeling with ProE and makes the finite element analysis with ANSYS .The structure analysis is performed by the combination of the advantages of two softwares. The reasonableness of the design is verified. This method helps to optimize the structural design of the coil. The production of precision of the coil was improved, and coil size can effectively control and reduce material waste.

Abstract: Globalized market competition and the development of information technology have forced enterprises to adopt suitable products development models. It is a hot research topic and has a wide application prospect and practical value that how to do both to ensure internal product development in mass customization premise, but also to achieve inter-enterprise collaborative development network. In this paper, product modeling, collaborative product configuration method, the configuration process and the collaborative design of products were studied, collaborative product development system - CPDS collaborative product development system." Web-based was developed. In this article, the work form of collaborative product development system, configuration structures of CPDS, and function of composition were main studied, and the general idea of system implementation CPDS was given.

Abstract: Any adjustable speed drives uses an incremental shaft encoder or a sensor and an electronic circuit for rpm as well as velocity estimation. The usual method of counting pulses generated by encoder or sensor in a fixed period of time produces a high precision velocity or rpm estimation in the high speed range. Tachometer plays a vital role in measurement of rpm of any rotating device and it is essential for any control system especially in servomechanism. Most of the controllers employed in the industry to control industrial process use a tachometer which gives the provision of feedback in a control circuit. The purpose of the project was to develop a digital tachometer using low cost linear digital ICs those are readily available in the markets of Bangladesh. This tachometer can be easily used for both industrial and laboratory purposes where it should be able to measure rpm and provide a voltage proportional to the speed of the shaft of the rotating device. At the same time efforts have been taken to reduce the cost of the tachometer as much as possible.
