Abstract: A new detecting platform has been designed and developed to improve the performance of suspended access platform’s hoists in the paper. The new platform consists of a mechanical and control piece. The core control system is designed based on S7-200PLC and VB6.0; Computer is a superior machine and S7-200PLC is an inferior machine in the system; VB6.0 is used in the superior machine as the development platform. Testing data will be saved into Excel2000 by using VB's OLE automation technology; and in the VB environment, using OPC standard drive will complete real-time data communication between superior and inferior, also complete data processing at the same time. Therefore, Man-machine interface and reliable control system can be built. The inferior computer can achieve running and testing process control of hoists and collect the data of tension, vibration and temperature of hoists. The practical application of the platform shows that the system can well reduce the time costs and improve test results’ inaccurate of existing detection methods. The detection efficiency is improved; the labor intensity of operators and the running costs of produces are reduced, greatly.

Abstract: This Product configuration is a key enabling technology for implementing mass customization production. In this paper, we present an approach for modeling product configuration problems using Petri Net, a well-defined formalism for describing complex discrete systems. In the presented approach, components within a configurable product are modeled as places of PN whereas structural relationships between components are represented as transitions of PN. Configuration rules such as inclusion and exclusion rules are also described through the elements of PN. By modeling product configuration as a PN, a configuration solution is a set of transitions leading from the initial state of PN to a final state of PN. Therefore, the configuration problem can be solved by analyzing corresponding PN representation.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to mask the bitter taste of dextromethorphan hydrobromide using a cationic ion exchange resin, Amberlite® IRP-69, to formulate oral disintegrating tablets (ODTs). The drug was loaded (resinate) were prepared in drug to resin ratio of 1:1 and 1:2. The resinate or physically mixed with the resin (physical mixture) was incorporated into ODTs by direct compression. The formula was developed to acquire the optimal formulations of taste masked ODTs, hardness and mouth feel and disintegration time. The ODTs were further evaluated for weight, friability, disintegration time, drug content, degree of bitter taste and drug release, respectively. The weight and friability of the tablet with resinate were not significantly different from those with physical mixture. The tablet with resinate had a lower tablet hardness due to drug loading might be reduced compressibility. The addition of Avicel®PH102 could be increased tablet hardness. Both ODTs with resinate and physical mixture provided a sustained pattern of drug release. However, only ODTs with resinate successfully masked bitter taste of the drug. In conclusion, the loaded drug in ion exchange resin as resinate could increase the palatability and acceptability of ODTs containing bitter drugs.

Abstract: With the rapid development of the robot and changing functions, there are most of the problems existing over barriers. Therefore, the rescue jumping robot comes. It uses mainly compression spring to produce elastic energy which effect on the ground. The jumping robot leaps better to solve the problem of turning over obstacle. The jumping robot is controlled by single-chip microcomputer to walk, jump, and detect and so on, which can realize remote wireless control and has broad application prospect.

Abstract: Conceptual design is the premise of the detail design and could fully embody the human’s creativity, so it has become the core step for the new product’s development. In order to improve the creativity of conceptual design, the re-creation process model for the intelligent conceptual design is presented in this paper based on function-behavior-structure model. This model expanded the problem’s solution space by degrading the space of behavior and granularity, and describing the behavior space using the more basic behavior. At last, an example is given to prove that it is easy to obtain the novel and creative design scheme applying the method presented in this paper.

Abstract: In order to solve the problems during the mountain orchard transportation, the 7YGS-45 type self-propelled duel-track orchard transport was developed. Since the optimization of operating parameters and structure parameters are difficult to be settled at the site of installation, so it’s necessary to construct the automatic control test platform. The Platform is mainly consists of rack section, automatic control part and testing part and other components, and can be used to analyze the changing index of wheel pair’s structural parameters of the driving mechanism, when under the different situations of loading capacity, pre-load, running-speed, and slope angle; spindle torque and rotating-speed of the driving mechanism; wear rate of driving wheel’s groove; and slipping rate of steel wire rope. The platform can also be used to test the overall performance’s parameters of other small track transports, and provide test conditions and theoretical analysis basis for optimization of the transport’s performance, which absolutely has application values.

Abstract: Bulldozer transmission and control of physical energy involved in a variety of forms, many parts of local parameters for the overall performance of mutual coupling, and it is difficult to quantify. To solve the bulldozer engineering machinery represents more conditions, more energy state, and difficult to quantification, this paper integrated chassis, ground mechanics, mechanical, hydraulic, hydraulic transmission and other theories, the use of mechanical ,electronic and hydraulic integration design space thought, a hydraulic transmission system model bulldozer is established. For the dynamic performance of the hydraulic drive bulldozer prototype test, testing and simulation complement each other, through the test results to verify the accuracy of models and simulation, through the simulation to make up for poor reproducibility of test defects. To achieve the applications of engineering in typical models, the performance analysis platform of hydraulic drive bulldozer has been developed.

Abstract: In this paper, based on virtual prototype Collaborative Development Platform for Hydraulic support, a new technology way to the design and study of the mining hydraulic support is provided.The function constitute of the platform which can support the whole multi-disciplinary collaborative development procedure of Hydraulic support are given. The Development of Hydraulic support based on virtual prototype Collaborative Development Platform is given, which includes the following key steps: Team member management modeling, Process management modeling and Co-simulation. The development of hydraulic support shows the effectiveness of the virtual prototype collaborative development for hydraulic support.

Abstract: As to the complexity data transmission and processing of web to print(W2P) system, The input and output of these data are analyzed and classified in this paper, based on the actual demand of ShangHai TongKun Digital Printing Enterprise, structure analysis method are used to construct the data model of W2P as a form of Data Flow Diagram(DFD), and then the single order’s business flow model are built with Uniform Model Language(UML). At last, both the two models are combined to illustrate the corresponding relationship in the data exchanges. This study is helpful to analyze data of W2P system and can decrease risk during software’s development.

Abstract: Now a days, high construction are growing up just as the bamboo shoots after rain.Earthquake,fire and other disasters are running into people's eyes because of group of deaths and wounds,it teaches people to pay more attention to self-help in an emergency,especially when they are at home in the air.My design can be used as automatic lift racks in peacetime,slow down device in an emergency.It can bring a resistance form against the movement which is caused by the gravity of people by compressing spring in it,lifting victims down to safe place slowly .
