Abstract: FASH160KE profiling machine manufactured in Germany is imported by our company in the late 1970s. The electrical element of this equipment is seriously ageing. What is worse, there have no substitution for AC drive, which will cause speed could not be regulated. Besides, the function of hydraulic pressure copying is beyond repair. Abstract: To improve the retrieval rate of contourlet transform retrieval system and reduce the redundancy of contourlet which cost two much time in building feature vector database, a new wavelet-contourlet transform retrieval system was proposed. Six different features, including mean, standard deviation, absolute mean energy, L2 energy, skewness and kurotis contributions to retrieval rates were examined. Based on the single feature ability in retrieval system, a new contourlet retrieval system was proposed. The feature vectors were constructed by cascading the absolute mean energy and kurtosis of each sub-band contourlet coefficients and the similarity measure used here is Canberra distance. Experimental results on 109 brodatz texture images show that using the features cascaded by absolute mean and kurtosis can lead to a higher retrieval rate than several contourlet transform retrieval systems which utilize the combination feature of standard deviation and absolute mean energy most commonly used today under same dimension of feature vectors.

Abstract: The part’s surface quality of NC machining is influenced by the chord error greatly. The confined chord error algorithm for machining complex parametric surface is proposed for controlling the chord error. The arc length error is utilized to control the chord error of the interpolated point indirectly. The arc length error of interpolated point is computed by trapezia expressions, the coordinate and the first order derivative of interpolated point is computed by the interpolation algorithm. The computed error of confined chord error algorithm is discussed and the simulation indicate that the destined precision of the chord error can be satisfied by this algorithm.

Abstract: Based on working flow and control demand for figuration machine of the grinding material, a work process sketch map is drawn. According to the logic design method and step of electrical control circuitry, a logic relation chart can be finished. Considering basic logic adaptable condition of relay expression, operation component work zone must be arranged reasonably and operation component logic expression must be expressed clearly and then the operation component logic expression can be ultimately converted into equivalent electrical control circuit diagram so as to realize control requirements.

Abstract: According to the multivariate, strong coupling and nonlinearity of the DC motor speed control system, and the traditional PID control is difficult to achieve the higher speed performance. Combining the clonal selection algorithm (CSA) with the traditional PID control, a kind of intelligent PID control system was designed. The controller realizes the real-time and online adjustment of PID parameters, thus, the dynamic and static performance and robustness of the DC motor control system was improved. The simulation experiment was processed based on MATLAB environment. Simulation results show that this intelligent PID controller achieves better performance than the traditional PID controller.

Abstract: This article that based on the communication technology of 2.4G global free frequency range adopts technical route which can stabilize and reliable work in high—intensity magnetic field and other disturb spot acquisition of signal technology. The technical route is that collecting the spot signal and making the wireless communication, then restoring the signal to logging. The modern information communication in oil log will come true through this process. This technology not only overcome many malpractice which exist in the wired communication but also allow the logging cabin far from well site, which both reduce the cost of logging and improve the work efficiency

Abstract: In this paper, Aim at the lower degree of automation in forced fitting procedure between spindle blade and whorl in spinning machine, an automatic forced fitting production line is successfully designed. Based on PLC, the fully-automation control system to the production line is developed through analyzing the overall design scheme of the production line and the rapport between each workstation. Moreover, the remote monitoring system of forced-fitting production line has been implemented with the combination of powerful WinCC software with PLC technology.

Abstract: A slider position servo control system of the double toggle mechanical press is presented in this paper. The controlled mechanical object is described, and the velocity controller and position controller are designed. A claw pole transverse flux machine is used as the servo motor in the control system for its high torque and low speed characteristics. The results of the slider’s motion curves are obtained, which show that the control system effectively achieves the flexible manufacturing of the press.

Abstract: This paper details the implementation of a robust PID fin control system designed by using close-loop gain shaping algorithm (CGSA) to stabilize the roll motion of a training ship “YUKUN”. Firstly, the effect of different representation of linear and nonlinear damping and restoring moment on the roll response is investigated. The solutions of different roll response equations are solved with the fourth order Runge-Kutta method. In the following, the design process of robust PID controller using CGSA is described and the controller designed has concise structure and strong robustness. The typical cases of ship operations are worked out and a roll reduction of 80%-85% is achieved in various simulation conditions.
