Abstract: Corporate social responsibility (CSR) leads to some effects to companies, such as reputation, insurance and moral capital. These effects performed when companies experienced adverse events. The objective of this paper is based on this view. Author researched the influence of CSR on stock returns when the listed companies experienced adverse events. The empirical results showed that the influence of corporate social performance on economic performance was not a direct effect. The implementation of CSR, would lead to companies moral capital.

Abstract: Based on meta index theory, this paper proposes an indicator system and a synthetic assessment model, which is used to assess the regional sustainable development on county level for Qingyang. And then, the paper respectively analyzes the characters of temporal and spatial evolvement on the subregional sustainable development in Qingyang from 1990 to 2008. The outcome shows that the integrated sustainability as a whole increased gradually from 1990 to 2008, where the driving force is due to the rapid growing of the economy and society along with the cost of abundant resources consumption and ecosystem degradation. At present, the integrated sustainability in some counties began to decrease.

Abstract: Logistics center city planning is a part of logistics system planning; it plays an important role in the development of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone. This paper plans for the logistics center city of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone with the growth pole theory and gray cluster model in order to acquire accurate result. Finally, basing the result of planning, this article analyzes logistics radiation region and the main varieties of logistics center city.

Abstract: During the recycle process of malysite in sludge under the synergistic effect of acidification and ultrasonic, the features of malysite, the principles and steps of design calculations for sludge malysite are introduced on the basis of the previous experimental data. According to the function, the design process can be classified into pretreatment unit, coagulation treatment unit, malysite recovery unit, sedimentation and filtration unit. Design calculations are conducted in the light of the requirements on design flow, cycle time, influent water quality, material and experimental data. Design calculations and selections as well as device construction are accomplished based on the design criterion of water treatment. Ultimately, the parameters of each treatment unit responding to the design process are obtained through the experimental validation by means of the constructed experimental device.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore the writing behaviors of Internet literature in Chinese environment, aiming to understand the basic personal characters, writing motivations and behaviors of Internet writers. Through both qualitative and quantitative researches, the study found a high consistency of personal characters within Internet writers. As the writing motivations of them, the statement that “writing is just the purpose itself” is the most popular. Meanwhile, most of Internet writers like to interact with other writers or readers. With the interaction, they revise their own writing topics and styles, which proves the Internet writing behaviors are not one-way communications, but part of a social exchanging processes.

Abstract: The primary purpose of this research is to explore the structure of organizational cultural identification. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used to build and validate the factors framework of cultural identification in organizations. Through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, the four dimensions structure of organizational cultural identification was confirmed, and the Organizational Cultural Identification Scale (OCIS) was constructed.

Abstract: The scheme of adaptive polarization control with dithering particle swarm optimization (DPSO) algorithm is introduced in optical fiber communication system. The DPSO algorithm has the merits of rapid convergence to the global optimum, without being trapped in local sub-optima, and good robustness to noise. The performance of the DPSO of adaptive control algorithm is carried out theoretically and experimentally. It is demonstrated that fast changes of SOP can be successfully tracked using the scheme adaptive polarization control.

Abstract: Nowadays, video media data is already facilitates generation, transmission, storage and circulation on the global scale. Video data is geometrically fast as the rate of growth, the video data processing and analysis have lagged behind the pace of development in the growth of data, resulting in large amounts of data is wasted. Therefore, it becomes an urgent need for efficient retrieval of video data content. In this paper, firstly, starting from the color feature, the color space of digital mapping and semantic color space conversion technology is proposed according to the problem of Semantic concepts for video does not match with the perceived characteristics. And then we realize the mapping from the low-level features to high-level semantic. Finally, semantic rules of uncertainty reasoning based on cloud model established to complete video content retrieval.

Abstract: The sol-gel method was made use of to prepare TiO2 thin films and Ni2+ doped TiO2 thin films. The static contact angle measurement was employed to estimate the wettability of prepared films, and the crystalline phase and surface morphology were characterized by XRD and AFM, respectively. The film’s photo-catalytic property was tested according to degradation of methyl orange solution. The results indicate that 1.0% molar ratio of Ni2+ and TiO2 makes hydrophilicity and photo-induced hydrophilicity of the doped thin film increasing, however, at the same time its photo-catalytic property decreases slightly. It is suggested that the mechanism of photo-induced hydrophilicity of TiO2 thin film is different from the one of photo-catalytic oxidation decomposition property.

Abstract: In this paper, based on glowworm swarm (GS) and artificial fish swarm (AFS) with differential evolution (DE) optimization algorithm, a new hybrid artificial glowworm swarm optimization (HGSO) algorithm is proposed. We use HGSO to solve engineering optimization design problem. The results show that the HGSO has faster convergence, higher precision and is more effective for solving constrained engineering optimization problem.
