Abstract: It constructs bank and credit guarantee institution cooperation risk-sharing model with expected utility and mathematical optimization method based on risk-sharing theory. It shows that risk-sharing ratio between credit guarantee institution and associated bank is rising with the increase of safety assets return and default repayment rate and the decrease of loan rate of credit guarantee rate, while, amplification of credit guarantee could form inflection with the change of default repayment rate and it is the default recovery rate, guarantee rate, realizable value rate of counter-guarantee measure and loan rate of credit guarantee products positive that effect to amplification of credit guarantee.

Abstract: This paper established a 500kV microcomputer protection model with EFT/B generator. The generator was built based on the mechanism of arc forming and distinguishing when cutting off the no-load transmission line. The according parameters were set by the arc estimating formula and test data. The simulations shows that the traditional disincentive measure is limited for high voltage line and the arithmetic is still sensitive to the disturbance and made the relay set false operation. A comprehensive measure is put forward and tested by the microcomputer protection arithmetic.

Abstract: In China, municipal solid waste (MSW) of low heating value and high water content are always burnt in their original forms. Based on the constituent of Shijiazhuang City’s MSW, nine typical constituent of wastes were blended as actual MSW. In this paper, MSW were chosen to carry out element analysis, industrial analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. Analysis combustion characteristics of MSW and the mixture of MSW and coal adopt WCT-2 High Temperature Computer Differential Thermal Balance. The kinetic parameters of MSW and the mixture of MSW and coal were obtained through the law of Arrhenius and the thermogravimentric curve. The final result indicates that ignition point and activation energy of MSW are obviously lower than those of the coal, and the ignition point of the mixture of MSW and coal are not high. It can be combusted completely below 850°C. And the combustion process of MSW or the mixture of MSW and coal can be separate into two stages, the first stage is water in the MSW evaporated, the second stage is combustion of combustible. There are four stage of weightlessness in the combustion of combustible, it shows that there are influence between each constituent of MSW. All this will offer help for incineration MSW of low-heating-valued.

Abstract: The practical air-cooling new-type dynamic phase diagram and nonequilirium lever rule of Ni 1 structural steel was established, and the relevant structure and chemical composition were analyzed, which can be used in practical production. The computer programs for drawing binary non-equilibrium phase diagram of Ni type structural steel have designed.

Abstract: Establish the uniform regression relation expression for these three parameters including composition of over ten kinds of common steels, composition tempering temperature and hardness (HRC) of steel, which can accurately calculate the relative values of these three parameters of over ten kinds of common steels within the discussed scope. Binary regression analysis can be expanded to any Tempering temperature and each kind of steel grade, and the work can be fulfilled with computer. Furthermore express other thermal treatment process parameters and its corresponding mechanical property of each kind of steel with the uniform mathematic relation, so that related uniform regression relation expression can be used into the actual production process, and this is what the author will complete further.

Abstract: Because the traditional teaching resources management systems are limitations on the description and acquisition of distributed heterogeneous knowledge, domain ontology knowledge base of teaching resources management has been built with the help of experts in the field. A new algorithm of concept similarity has been proposed for calculating the distance between the words, and the ontology has been searched by using Jena API. Finally, the model of system has been implemented. Although the ontology storage method and execution efficiency should be improved, the system has got the initial achievement for the research of ontology in teaching resources management domain.

Abstract: Transient faults are hard to be detected and located due to their unpredictable nature and short duration, and they are the dominant causations of system failures, which makes it necessary to consider transient fault-tolerant design in the development of modern safety-critical industrial system. In this paper an approach based on system theory is proposed to tolerate the transient faults in tunnel construction wireless monitoring and control systems (TCWMCS), in which the effects of transient faults are expressed by dysfunction of interactions among software applications. After analyzing the dysfunctional interactions of the system by the operational process model and educing the causes of dysfunction in the functional control diagram, a safety enhancement way was proposed for the designers, in which effictive safety constraints were set up to tolerate the transient faults. The experiment evaluation indicated that the effects of transient faults could be exposed by the causal factors of dysfunctional interactions and system safety could be enhanced by the enforcement of appropriate constraints.

Abstract: A novel method for detection the gear wear fault according to impulse response wavelet transform is presented. The continuous wavelet transform is widely recognized as an effective technique for rotating machine fault detection using vibration signal since it can be used to detect both stationary and transitory signals. This advantage makes it very suitable for the detection of singularity generated by localized damage in gearbox. In this study, the impulse response wavelet time-frequency joint representation is used to diagnose the gear wear fault. The experimental result shows that impulse response wavelet time-frequency joint representation is a sensitive indicator of the existence of damage in the gearbox.

Abstract: To provide referenced risk assessment model for implementing remanufacturing program in enterprise, a set of evaluating indicators was proposed according to the characteristics of the remanufacturing program’s life cycle, which includes acquisition, assessment, disassembly, reproducing and reprocessing phases; And Back Propagation neural network (BPNN) was applied to measure the risk of the remanufacturing system as evaluating method; In addition, the influence of the evaluating indicators on the output was calculated by the Relationship Function between the networked weights, so the key indicators can be found out. The risk assessment model is trained by five samples obtained from the Internet, and is verified by the case of one machining tools company.

Abstract: The existing edge detection algorithms with wavelet transform need to artificially set the threshold value and are lack of flexibility.To salve the limitations, in this paper, we propose a WT(wavelet transform)-based edge detection algorithm with adaptive threshold, which uses threshold value iteration method to achieve adaptive threshold setting. Comparison of experiment results for the CT image shows that the method which improve the clarity and continuity of the image edge can effectively distinguish edge and noise, and get more completely information of the edge. It has good application value in the fields of medical clinical diagnosis and image processing.
