Abstract: Iron and steel industry is the pillar industry, and blast furnace smelting is an important part of it. Through analysis of parameters that affect the stability of blast furnace conditions, we can determine which fault condition to happen and promptly take appropriate measures to eliminate. Thereby we can effectively reduce economic losses. For the blast furnace process has features such as nonlinear, large time-delay and strong coupling, we take use of fuzzy neural network to have furnace fault identified, in order that it can be shown at the stage of fault premonition. To do that, we can reduce or avoid the accidence.

Abstract: We describe an effective method for calibrating cameras by using planar calibration patterns. The calibration pattern control points are localized by Harris detector incorporating the gradient histogram. The accuracy of the calibration control points location consequently improves the accuracy of the camera calibration. Additionally, optimization computation is carried out for increasing the accuracy of camera calibration results. Experiments using real images verified the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method.

Abstract: Supply chain emergencies (SCE) are a kind of emergencies in the operation of supply chain, with the features of sudden-breaking, wide-impacting, serious-effecting and etc. In order to find out the inner regulation of SCE, this paper, using the method of statistical analysis, sums up the connotation of SCE and puts forward the characteristics system of SCE on the basis of the collected 243 (from the year of 1988 to 2009) SCE cases,. The characteristics system of SCE is composed of fundamental attributes, general characteristics, main characteristics, secondary characteristics and corrective measures. As the characteristics system of SCE is concluded from a lot of actual SCE cases, the conclusion is very representative.

Abstract: With the rapid development of mobile technology, the mobile phones has gradually become an indispensable part in everybody’s life, and it is replacing the computer’s position step by step. The iPhone is a smart phone made of Apple Company, which opens a new era of software for mobile devices. At the same time, iOS(iPhone’s operating system) has become one of most competitive mobile communications operating systems. The Apple’s protection for security makes the iPhone owners hardly control their phone through the root (highest authority). It is so difficult to manage the information effetely with iPhone, such as contacts’ information or SMS. The paper introduced two approaches to get the contacts’ information in iPhone and restore them with vCard. At last, we managed the output file on MAC.

Abstract: Having been applied in oral cavity rehabilitation for more than one century, soft denture liner still can not meet clinical requirements now. This article puts forward a review on the research achievements of its physical and chemical properties (including bond strength between soft liner and denture base, soft liners’ elasticity, water sorption and solubility), factors influencing microbes’ adherence, prevention and cure measurements, and recent major tasks in this field and so on.

Abstract: In this paper we provide a information delay protocol using quantum entangled states. By sharing EPR(Einstain-Rosen-Podolsky) pairs one person can give the other person some information which cannot be read until he or she lets the latter do. The principles of quantum mechanics guarantee that the protocol is unconditionally secure. When the one decides to let the other get the information, he or she need only to send some dictates through a public classical channel. So the protocol is easier to carry out and more robust in practice.

Abstract: To deepen the existing research, this paper analyzes the intellectual property formal conflicts in knowledge transferring among enterprises in EC environment. Then it researches intellectual property conflicts evaluation in knowledge transferring in EC environment, raises hypothesis of related questions and notation hypothesis, and accomplishes the evaluation research on intellectual property conflicts in knowledge transferring among enterprises in EC environment by AHM and Bayesian. Finally it gives the future research orientations.

Abstract: This paper studies the problem of computing market share in competitive service supply chains characterized by service congestion phenomena. Heterogenous customers choose services based on the utility maximization principle taking congestion into account. We use customer choice theory and infinite dimensional variational inequality to model the customer behavior and estimate service product’s market share. An extended Frank and Wolfe algorithm for solving this market share problem and a numerical example is given. The results shows that that service providers with poor service quality can also win some market share due to customers’ aversion to congestion.

Abstract: Multi-type vehicle open vehicle routing problem is logistics optimization indispensable part. Hybrid genetic algorithm is used to optimize the solution. Firstly, use sequence of real numbers coding so as to simplify the problem; Construct the targeted initial solution to improve the feasibility; adopt some arithmetic crossover operator to enhance whole search ability of the chromosome. Secondly, Boltzmann simulated annealing mechanism for control genetic algorithm crossover and mutation operations improve the convergence speed and search efficiency. Finally, comparing to standard genetic algorithm, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and good quality.

Abstract: It is always hard to draw on the experience of completed projects to predict engineering cost, and the nonlinear characteristic of the influence factors of engineering cost increases the difficulty of prediction. Less efforts and higher accuracy are the objects pursued by related researchers. In this paper, the Cost Significant theorem is applied to simplify computing and the chaotic neural network is used to improve accuracy. The prediction model is rooted from the nonlinear dynamic chaotic system theory and two techniques employed are phase space reconstruction and chaotic neural network construction. The experiment results indicate that the model is suitable for estimating short-term engineering investment and the prediction accuracy is improved.
