Abstract: In the realm of supply chain, this paper indicates that the costs of supply chain, as well as the bullwhip effect, decrease through building up a model to compare the cost and profit of supply chain before and after using RFID. In addition, profit of supply chain increases at the same time.

Abstract: Traveling wave ultrasonic motor (TWUSM) is driven by friction force between stator and rotor, so friction coefficient is an important parameter of contact interface. In fact, there have mutual influence and restriction in various parameters of contact interface. For a comprehensive study on friction coefficient, the interaction between friction coefficient and other parameters should be considered. Base on a new contact model with visco-elastic stator contact layer of TWUSM,coupling effects of two parameters on motor output characteristics were simulated with MATLAB. According to the simulation results, a design principle of friction coefficient was present. A kind of Ekonol composite friction material (EK2) was developed under the guidance of this principle. Comparing with other common friction material of TWUSM, it was proved that motor with EK2 can get better running stability, higher output torque and longer lifetime. Therefore, EK2 is a good friction material which can satisfy the actual running needs of TWUSM.

Abstract: In order to improve the competitive advantage of auto industry in Jilin, this paper, based on the view of factors of influencing auto industrial cluster, studies the regional conditions and advantages by comparing the analysis, and sets up a networking model of present development base and forming mechanism and then puts forward the necessity of auto industry clustering in Jilin. Finally, some suggestions are provided, which can be the directions for auto industry in Jilin.

Abstract: As the country's rapid economic growth, the contradiction between people and the environment are more and more prominent, and the way which can make economic growth at the cost of the environment is not scientific. This article introduces that there is much industrial surplus heat in the dynamic wind pump house of QRRS (Qiqihar Railway Rolling Stock Co., Ltd) which is directly discharged without any treating, which produces unnecessary energy wasting and economic losses. But now there is the solution—making use of surplus heat generated from air compressor cooling water in dynamic wind pump house to heat bathing water (the water from molding line, furnace transformer and tap-water) with water source heat pump, which can achieve the goal of Energy Conservation & Emission Reduction.

Abstract: Surface reconstruction and NURBS surface generation based on 3D surface mesh partitioning are more essential today. In this paper, we present a new method of automatic partitioning complex surface meshes into the bounded regions with four corner points (quadrilateral regions) based on using control points (notches) for NURBS surface generation. The procedure of this method consists of 4 major steps: (1) the 3D polygons mapping into 2D polygons; (2) convex decomposition of the polygons in the 2D space; (3) subdivision of each polygons into quadrilateral regions; (4) mapping the received 2D regions onto the 3D original surface mesh. Main contribution in this paper is automatic partitioning of the 3D segmented parts of complex surfaces into quadrilateral regions based on combination of segmentation, mapping, and subdivision techniques. Automatic partitioning allows us to create not rectangular but quadrilateral regions without using any user-dependent parameters for further NURBS surface generation.

Abstract: The method of machining deep hole on Ni-base alloy which can tolerant high temperature by pulse electrochemical machining has been proposed in this paper. Five technical parameters are discussed on the effect of mass removal rate of machining process. Establish a dynamic math model, and analyze the effect of process parameters on the mass material removal rate of deep small holes. Machining accuracy of deep small holes was analyzed.

Abstract: Basing on the traditional tri-axial test on large-scale samples, the strength characteristics of municipal solid waste have been studied. The municipal solid waste is divided into three parts: incompressible solid waste material, reinforced material that is difficult to be biodegraded and the material that is easy to be biodegraded. The proportions of these three parts are 35%, 15% and 50%, respectively. Laboratory test has been performed for different initial void ratios, different proportion of ingredients and different confining pressures. The testing results show that the initial void ratio is the main factor that influences the strength of the municipal solid waste. Besides, the principle effective stress increases with the axial strain in a hardening increasing trend, even though the total axial strain has reached 40%. The principle effective stress also increases with the confining pressure that applied on the testing sample. Furthermore, the principle effective stress decreases with the increasing of the initial void ratio.

Abstract: The H2/ H robust control problem is formulated as a Stackelberg differential game where the leader minimizes an H2 criterion while the follower deals with the H constraint. For a closed-loop information structure in the game, the necessary conditions for the existence of a solution are derived for the infinite horizon case. In the end, the simulation of a numerical example is presented.

Abstract: A strategy based on rough set (RS) and artificial neural network (ANN) is developed to detect and diagnose sensor drifting faults. The reduced information is used to develop classification rules and train the neural network to infer appropriate parameters. The differences between measured thermodynamic states and predicted states obtained from models for normal performance (residuals) are used as performance indices for sensor fault detection and diagnosis. Simultaneous temperature sensor drifting faults of the supply chilled water (SCW) and return chilled water (RCW) can be diagnosis successfully.

Abstract: The AC corrosion behavior of 16Mn steel under cathodic protection is investigated by the experiments carried out in labortary. The weight loss test showed that the corrosion rate of 16Mn steel sample under different alteranting voltage interference is influenced greatly by the applied cathodic protection level.
