Abstract: An improved engineering model of silicon solar cell is proposed, which uses only four electrical parameters under standard test conditions provided by manufactures. Simulation and experimental results show that the model error was 6 percent below for various combinations of solar radiation and temperature and its accuracy is sufficient for most practical engineering cases.

Abstract: Traction load in electrified railway result in the power supply system contains a lot of negative sequence, harmonic and reactive current. It is necessary to analysis the compensation principle based on active compensation of electrified railway traction power supply system. According to the relation between primary winding and secondary winding of regular traction transformer, we deduced general voltage and general current transform formula, and then deduced completely and negative sequence compensation formulas. It also gives the method of reduce active compensation capacity.

Abstract: In this paper, a new advanced driver assistance system based on a camera and a laser is presented, the aim of which is not only to detect pedestrians before the moving vehicle but also to give the exact distance between the pedestrians and the moving vehicle. At the same time, the system gives drivers forewarning by an EasyARM development board. The proposed system is tested in various environments and traffic situations. The results show that the error between the measuring distance and the real distance is smaller than 0.5m, the accuracy of detecting pedestrian is more than 90%, and the detecting speed can be 20 frames per second; furthermore, the system can give the driver useful signals in time in order to avoid collision.

Abstract: A number of studies have shown that TiN film is correlated with corrosion resistance. In this study, we used a reactive direct current magnetron sputtering system to prepare TiN coating on Mg-Li alloys at low temperature. The intermediate TiN layer of thickness was about 1.6 μm from Ti target (99.99% purity). The structures of the resulting nanocatalysts were investigated, using X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD). The surface morphology of the coating was observed by Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). In the corrosive compare experiment the samples of Mg-Li alloys with and without titanium nitride film were put in solution with 5% NaCl respectively. We fund that the Mg-Li alloys with TiN coating has a lower rate of liberation of hydrogen, and the eroded surface morphology was examined by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), it prove that the TiN deposition on the surface of Mg-Li alloys has improved the corrosion resistance performance.

Abstract: A set of boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrodes were deposited on silicon substrates by direct current plasma chemical vapor deposition (DC-PCVD) system using different carbon source concentrations. The influence of carbon source concentration on characterization of BDD electrodes was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy and phenol degradation. It was found that BDD films with different carbon source concentrations were polycrystalline films with (111) dominant orientation. The films grew well when carbon source concentration was less than 2.5%, while graphite phase began to form when carbon source concentration was increased to 3%. Boron atoms were located at the substitutional site or interstitial sites in the crystalline lattice of diamond films, and didn’t damage the structure of diamond crystal. Within 4 h, 100 mg/L phenol solution in 80 ml could be oxidized by all the electrodes with removal efficiency higher than 90%.

Abstract: Radar EW system combat effectiveness evaluation is a essential link to Radar system Demonstration, mainly give service to selection, optimization and key factors analysis of Weapon equipment scheme. In this paper, we introduce the Bayesian network model into the area of Radar EW system combat effectiveness evaluation and put forward the concept of combat effectiveness evaluation model based on Bayesian network. The ability to express complex relationship, the ability to express the uncertainty of probability, and the reasoning functions. By learning from Expertise and Simulation data, excavating the hidden knowledge included in both of them, we can build the combat efficiency Analysis model, and then carry out efficient analysis.

Abstract: Grade is an important index for quantitative research, and graded rough set model is an important extended rough set model. This paper aims to study logical AND operation of grade approximation operators and its algorithms in graded rough set model. Based on logical AND requirement of grade index, logical AND operation of grade approximation operators is proposed and analyzed, and its essence and basic structure are obtained. Both conventional algorithm and microscopic algorithm are proposed and analyzed, and a conclusion is drawn that microscopic algorithm has more advantages in contrast to conventional algorithm. Finally, logical AND operation of grade approximation operators and its algorithms are illustrated by an example.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the establishment of pulsating magnetic field for the single-phase asynchronous motor. Put forward a theory of pulsating magnetic field. A discussion of the method is given by graphical analysis of the magnetic field and mathematical derivation of MMF. The analysis is included the magnetic field effect of the three phase asynchronous motor and the two phase AC servo motor. That is synthesized by single-phase pulsating magnetic field based on some way.

Abstract: In this paper, we focus on the price decisions of the wholesale price, the retail price and the collecting price for the closed-loop supply chain with and without competition. We obtain the optimal decisions based on two models: Model I without competition and Model II with competition. By the analysis of a numerical example, we find that the competition between the manufacturers in model II will affect their prices decisions and their profits; in model II, the two manufacturers would like to halve the market while the retailer hope to increase the difference of their market shares, and the two manufacturers would not like to increase the substitute ratio of their products while the retailer can benefit from that. So, from the manufacturers’ point of view, they should avoid the competition risk by choosing the independent retailers.

Abstract: With the help of FEA software ABAQUS, the seal structure of a leak-off pipe quick repairing joint was simulated and calculated. Different parameters influencing maximum contact stress and shearing stress of sealing face were taken into account. Essential sealing conditions of the leak-off pipe quick repairing joint were simplified, and the optimal structure of seal groove was obtained by orthogonal design. The results of FEA show that the structure could satisfy the sealing requirement of fluid pressure 1.4MPa.
