Abstract: Location accuracy of UAV which adopts DGPS location technique was studied. Introduced principle of DGPS technology, Built state and measurement formulizations of DGPS/INS mixed navigation system, and location accuracy of UAV which adopts DGPS/INS mixed navigation system was performed. Simulation results indicate adopting DGPS location technique can raise location accuracy notably and make the purpose of UAV point hitting really.

Abstract: The development of the Mobile Internet attracts the world’s attention, and how to evaluate the value of the Mobile Internet Services is one of the basic research issues. The existing evaluation systems for the value of the Mobile Internet Services mainly concerns the customers, however a promising service also need to realize the value of the operating companies, to make the “win-win” between the customers and the operating companies. This paper has established a comprehensive evaluation system based on both of the customers and the operating companies, and verified the application of this evaluation system by taking the example of the Personal Information Services of the Mobile Internet.

Abstract: 3G applications have developed rapidly in some countries. The experience of operating 3G core applications from some operators is worth learning. This paper summarized five main principles based on describing the core applications of typical 3G operators: 1. Provide personalized services: provide practical services to meet the needs of customers in all aspects, act as customers’ personal assistant; 2. Provide personalized and customized services, according to the needs of different customers: According to the different characteristics of different customers, customize personalized services; 3. Provide integrated services: connect mobile phones with other tools, develop converged services; 4. Innovate services continuously: Combine with the original advantages of the companies, innovate services continuously, seek for the development of differentiation; 5. Expand the cooperation among the industrial chain, attract and develop customers: make multilateral cooperation, provide a variety of services and promote mutual development of the industry.

Abstract: Singularity is a basic problem for parallel mechanism design because of its many negative influences on the mechanism performances. Traditionally, three kinds of singularities are suitable for analysis of the parallel mechanisms. By considering both the common and redundant actuation parallel mechanisms, general kinematic model is used to obtain input factor matrix and output factor matrix. Based on ranks of the two matrices, the singularity type becomes easy to judge. And the second kind of singularity can be reduced or eliminated by adding special redundant actuation sub-chains. A two-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism is provided to illustrate the method about how to create the needed redundant actuation sub-chains.

Abstract: A collection and distribution scheme of urban intelligent traffic information based on video events detection is presented in this paper. In this scheme, advanced technology of computer vision, digital image processing technology, database technology, communications technology, control technology, image sensor technology and system integration technology are integrated and applied in the transportation field effectively to achieve the collection and processing of various urban traffic information and the release of integrated information, thereby traffic jams and accidents are reduced effectively. Therefore, the scheme is of great significance to promote the rapid development of transportation business and speed up the informatization process of urban transportation. And in the paper, the bus information collection and release system is employed as an example to explain the application of the system.

Abstract: Although ultimate boundedness of several classes of neural networks with constant delays was studied by some researchers, the inherent randomness associated with signal transmission was not taken account into these networks. At present, few authors study ultimate boundedness of stochastic neural networks and no related papers are reported. In this paper, by using Lyapunov functional and linear matrix inequality, some sufficient conditions ensuring the ultimate boundedness of stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays are established. Our criteria are easily tested by Matlab LMI Toolbox. One example is given to demonstrate our criteria.

Abstract: To forecast power transformer fault, this paper proposed a integrated algorithm. Research found that discrete time series of power transformer dissolved gases concentration have 2 main types: the s type and the monotone increasing type. The gray verhulst model was chosen for forecasting the s type series, while the gray model predicted the monotone increasing type data. The two models combined a new integrated forecast model. The fault diagnosis method combines the improved three-ratio method and gray artificial immune algorithm, so it can diagnoses both single and multi power transformer faults, and give the fault location. Experiments show that the power transformer fault forecast algorithm is effective and reliable.

Abstract: An intelligent algorithm is proposed to extract the fascicular groups regional image from the nerve slice image. First, some pixels in the original image are selected arbitarily and their gray level comatrix with different neighbourhood scale are calculated in order to establish the texture feature matrix. Second, the rough k-means is employed to cluster all the arbitarily selected pixels. The arbitarily selected pixels which are located in fascicular groups area would be classified in the same cluster. Then, the convex hull of those pixels located in fascicular groups is calculated in order to extract the regional image. The experiments show that the new proposal not only can be quick and accurate to extract the fascicular groups regional image but is independent on modifying the parameter while processing other nerve slice images, which reflects the new algorithm has good adaptability.

Abstract: This paper give a LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) burning regeneration DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter), which the filter bodies of both the DPF were made of winded metal mesh, to fit for the high sulfur diesel. The DPF were re-designed and optimized according to a long time bus installation in-situ experiments. The LPG burning regeneration DPF could trap the most part of the particulate matter (PM) (85% at maximum) and did not have noticeable effect on engine performance. Development of performance external LPG heating regenerative devices can be completed within 20 minutes DPF regeneration. It is cheap, good durability, a high degree of confidence. Because they do not use the catalyst can be regenerated, so it can be used in high-sulfur diesel.

Abstract: It is studied that how to use profit sharing arrangement as an incentive mechanism to stimulate both parties of R&D outsourcing to reveal their private information and commit enough R&D resources or efforts. First, it is proved that the double-sided moral hazard in R&D outsourcing can not be totally prevented under traditional profit-sharing arrangement, namely, fixed, proportional or mixed profit-sharing arrangement. And a new mixed profit sharing arrangement is proposed, which is composed of a fixed transfer payment and allocation proportion, and proved to be able to prevent the double-sided moral hazard, and motivate both parties to reveal their private information and commit enough efforts.
