Abstract: Based on applying nonlinear simulation with 3D FEM and elastic and plastic damage model of concrete, considering contact property between steel spiral case and peripheral reinforced concrete, calculating the stress levels of reinforced concrete and steel liner computed between directly-embedded spiral case (scheme I) and keeping constant internal pressure spiral case (scheme II), as well as examining the reinforced concrete crack and damage produced by water pressure, the result clearly indicated that scheme II was more excellent than scheme I in high head hydropower station on having the best performance of steel, limiting crack of the concrete, reducing the damage region and decreasing damage index of the concrete.

Abstract: This article analyzes how the choice of governance model affects income ratio of between the capital and labor groups and future development in a society. Governance models might be divided into anarchy, regulatory government, centralized government and elected government. The income ratios of between the capital and labor groups and social sustainable developments in four governance models are shown by a basic model. Both anarchy and regulatory government would be unsustainable early or late, centralized government would be uncertain in sustainable development, while elected government would be durative because of equality. Therefore, a governance model should be designed as elected government or centralized government in a society, and if centralized government is chosen, it is necessary to keep it sustainable for us.

Abstract: The ability to provide high data rate is a key measure in modern communications system. MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) has emerged as an technique that increases the data rates in 3G systems. In this paper, MIMO signal design based on adaptive modulation and the precoding technology is studied.A scheme for adaptive modulation based on eigenvalues is developed and a precoding matrix will be used at the transmitter according to singular value decomposition. We present a second-time allocation algorithm, rather than traditional waterfilling power allocation. This algorithm together with substream selection, precoding technology and adaptive modulation is the proposed signal design of Horizontal Bell Lab Layed Space and Time (H-BLAST)in MIMOsystem. The scheme is to make the best of constrained power resources based on given QoS.

Abstract: The paper studied the quality features that are crucial to the success of HAEs websites. Firstly, the paper took a comprehensive review of literature. Secondly, focusing on user-friendliness, we identified 44 quality features, which were quantitatively measured by the questionnaire developed by us. Thirdly, data were collected from 260 subjects. Exploratory factor analysis resulted in the identification of six dimensions, which are customer service, product information and search, transaction, sale support, outlets information, accessibility. Finally, we discussed the implication and limitations of the findings and pointed out future research direction.

Abstract: Firms segment customers into different classes to which they offer the same product in order to fulfill their demands better. An inventory model of sales system is developed, where customers are classified based on the volume they purchase and penalties levied for delays. The global optimal solution is proved and obtained theoretically and numerically. It is shown that seller should improve the service level of certain class of customer, decrease the order quality, and shorten the length of order cycle when the shortage cost of this class is increased, and seller should keep service level, shorten the length of order cycle, and increase the order quality when the demand of any class of customer is increased.

Abstract: Nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HAP) surface-grafting poly(L-lactide) (g-HAP) was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of L-lactide (L-LA) using stannous octoate as initiator and n-HAP as co-initiator under microwave irradiation. An optimal reaction condition was obtained as follows: temperature of 140 °C, irradiation time of 45 min and microwave power of 50 W. The products were characterized by FTIR, TGA, x-ray scattering and particle size analysis. Results showed that the feeding ratio of nn-HAPnL-LA had a significant influence on the grafting percentage of g-HAP. With increasing the nn-HAP:nL-LA feeding ratio from 1:50 to 1:400, the grafting percentage of g-HAP increased correspondingly from 14.91% to 35.88%. The g-HAP particles showed a smaller size than that of pristine n-HAP, suggesting that the grafted poly(L-lactide) segment facilitated to prevent the g-HAP particles from aggregating.

Abstract: This paper give a definition of edge matrix and cycle coloring with complete graph , and also a construction of the theorem for n Hamilton. Clarify the basic ideas of 2-factorizations with complete graph, and proof the theorem of 2-factorization. After that, we show the whole process of the complete graphs 2-factorization for K10 and K17, when it is that n=5 and n=8. We obtain the edge matrix of the K17 and edge sets for 8 Hamilton. Finally, it can be test and verify the construction of theorem with n Hamilton, and theorem of 2-factorizations is a simple and feasible effectiveness method.

Abstract: For a first-order lag process with dead-time models (FOPDT) under step load disturbances, optimal parameters of proportional and integral (PI) controller are obtained through numerical optimization based on minimizing the integrated time and absolute error (ITAE), or maximizing the integral gain. The optimizations are under constrains of sensitivity functions. Then, the tuning formulas for PI controllers are adjusted according to parameters from numerical fittings of optimized values within a large scope of the ratio of the inertia time to the dead-time of processes. Finally, the process information is acquired from closed-loop tests of a two-channel relay and the process is approximately modeled with a FOPDT model in order to achieve parameter auto-tuning of controllers. The approach proposed is proved to be effective according to simulation results.

Abstract: There are many accidents in Dairy industry in recent years; the number of these incidents is related to corporate social responsibility, which also affected the company's performance. This paper analyzes the status of enterprise performance evaluation based on social responsibility, and then we start from the several aspects of social responsibility to build a performance evaluation index system, and base on Analytic Hierarchy Process, the paper constructs a performance evaluation model, and use it to evaluate the degree of each index influences on the dairy Enterprise.

Abstract: With the development of economy, the companies are expanding their new regional markets. In the early stage of expanding new regional markets, the companies are likely to build overseas offices whose performances play an important role in the development of the companies. Based on DEA, the paper discusses the performance evaluation of companies’ overseas offices. We design and construct the evaluation index system of performance of the offices. Finally, we analyze the DEA effectiveness of “A” company overseas offices.
