Abstract: Based on the occurrence condition of coal seams and the geological condition on coal seam mining in Coal Mine Group Baijiazhuang, after pillar mining the 8th coal seam was well controlled, ascending mining the 6th coal seam, mining process was numerically simulated by FLAC3D,the variation law of displacements field on interlayer strata between the 6th coal seam and the 8th coal seam at different face advance were analyzed. Vertical displacement on rock strata increased gradually from below. A control stratum existed on rock strata and could play a control function for steady of strata movement, which provides a theory basis for further study on upward mining.

Abstract: The rapid development of network technology and the increasing maturity of e-commerce technology have integrated the financial accounting information system, originally a single closed system of value stream, into a unified enterprise information management system of logistics and value stream. This paper presents suggestions on how to construct the financial accounting information system: exploring new management mode and implementing management reform; standardizing business processes and establishing a standardized management system; addressing the interface issues between various operation systems to achieve resource sharing; building new financial software systems to achieve real-time reporting of accounting information; establishing financial accounting information management systems to improve the accuracy and reliability of accounting information.

Abstract: The competitive price model is applied in the analysis of spectrum sharing in cognitive radio networks. As the prices of shared spectrum are determined independently by primary users in practical application, to deal with the solution of equilibrium price without acknowledgement of current price strategies from other primary users, the iterative method is used to calculate price of the shared spectrum. In order to achieve better characteristics, an exponential iterative method for the competitive price based spectrum sharing model is proposed. It can achieve the desired spectrum price only with the prices strategies during last iteration. Simulation results show that the proposed exponential gradient iterative scheme can achieve the equilibrium price that maximizes the profits of primary users, and have better convergence performance than linear gradient iterative scheme.

Abstract: Motion detection is the first and important step in many computer vision applications. Gaussian mixture model is an effective way for moving objects detection, but there are some shortcomings of this model such as slow updating rate and false detection in complex background. In this paper, we proposed an improved Gaussian mixture model method. A matching distance is defined to compute the learning rate when updating the models, and we also use dual threshold to improve the matching mechanism. Experimental results show that this method can get a faster adaptation to background and better contour of the moving objects.

Abstract: Traditional web service resource hasn't the concept of state and exists many limitations in application. WS-Resource of WSRF solved this problem. This paper elaborated the principal standard protocol specifications in WSRF, analyzed WS-resources characteristics, gave the implementation steps of grid resource and service, and finally validated the superiority of WSRF resource model with an example.

Abstract: According to the Characteristics of the business model for SaaS, appropriate data layer solution need to be selected to the system development. Through an analysis of independent database, independent data structure and shared databases shared framework, and combining with actual application scope and scene, the selection strategy of SaaS data layer solution is given.

Abstract: This paper introduces the idea of fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm. In order to compare the control effects of traditional PID, fuzzy control and fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm, simulation was carried out .The results show that the fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller has the characteristics of fast response time, less overshoot and small steady-state error and has extremely high interference rejection capacity. The software of SCM (Single-Chip Microcomputer) realizes the algorithm. The controller is applied to electric heating furnace temperature control system and the practical application shows that the controller achieves a satisfied control effect.

Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the leakage and diffusion characteristics of natural gas. As results show, when the natural gas leaks from the pipeline, it jet into the atmosphere in the form of positively buoyant jets. As a result, a hazardous area can appear at an altitude of 150m from the ground. Furthermore, the natural gas has a low concentration near the ground, this means the natural gas is less harmful to human body. In addition, the wind should be considered in the transport of leaked natural gas.

Abstract: Green vegetation segmentation in color images is a fundamental issue for automated remote sensing and machine vision applications, plant ecological assessments, precision crop management, and weed control. A simple green vegetation feature extraction method (GVFE) is proposed in this paper to segment the green vegetation from their non-green backgrounds due to the fact that the green component content is always greater than that of the red and blue in RGB color space. The conventional based-auto-threshold method, ExG (Excess Green) was compared with GVFE, in which a green index ratio was defined to evaluate the performance of them. A digital color image set of single Canna flower taken in natural lighting were used to test them. Experimental results have showed that GVFE has superior performance over ExG+auto-threshold in term of stability, and is insensible to illuminant variations.

Abstract: This paper puts forwards a novel algorithm for laser beam measurement based on the enhancement of infrared image, which has strong noise background and low contrast. First, laser beam image were divided by “three order invariant moments” with the idea of statistical probability, and objects that need to be measured were extracted; Then, four mathematical models were established on the basis of “γ-correcting” algorithm, and an improved“(a, b, γ)-correction” algorithm which is based on PSO algorithm has been proposed by solving the mathematical models respectively. The PSO algorithm will be used in the process of the enhancement of laser beam.
