Abstract: Along with the rapid developments of both wireless and mobility technology, as the cellular phones are with extraordinary processing speed and abundant functions, there are creations of various innovative applications of Ubiquitous Computing. In order to improve the traditional product settlement which easily lead to a long waiting line for product checkouts in front of the cash registers of supermarkets for the POS system and one dimension product labeling which is resulted the erasion or identified difficulty, we introduce the QR-Code technique as product information management technology and adopt the locating of GPS as auxiliary marketing tool to help track each customer’s shopping paths and personal preference. We utilize of QR-Code Encoding and Decoding functions of the cellular phone, recording quickly of to-buy list inside of cellular phone product purchasing list, as well as offering functions such as product information instant check-up, price comparing and record on file without being limited by time and location, in order to let the consumers be able to enjoy the benefits of instant information with access at any time through mobility network. This is however to make savings on the time for many consumers waiting in line for product to be scanned, and through both on-line price comparing module and customized advertisement functions in the system, to provide the consumers with access at any time on the comparison of product prices.

Abstract: Analyzed the sediment-transport process in the Lower Yellow river, the concept and normal calculating method for sediment-transport water volume are proposed. Based on field data of sediment and water volume in the Lower Yellow River from 1950 to 2000, the sediment-transport water volume and unit sediment-transport water volume in LYR are calculated. Furthermore, BP model is set up to calculate the high efficient sediment-transport water volume in the Lower Yellow River. Compared the results of BP model with normal calculating method, BP model is confirmed for calculating the high efficient sediment-transport water volume in the Lower Yellow river.

Abstract: The acceleration of urbanization and global warming are making urban rain-flood disaster more ordinary and more serious recently. Summing up the characters of urban rain-floods, the mechanism of urban rain-flood disasters is analyzed. More ever, the main countermeasures to prevent urban rain-flood disasters are stated. Finally, the optimal method to utilize urban rain-flood comprehensively is put forward with the aid of artificial neural network.

Abstract: Analyzed the variation reasons and its influence factors of the Lower Yellow River (LYR), the characteristics of typical water environment abnormal variation caused by human activities and the natural influence factors are put forward. The concept of environmental abnormal variation has been proposed. Further more, the reparation methods for the environment abnormal variation in the Lower Yellow River are stated.

Abstract: Although the GM(1,1) model has been successfully adopted in various fields and has been demonstrated promising prospect. But the form of the GM(1,1) model is single and obviously is not suitable for all data with different character. In order to increase the adaptive capability some different forms of the grey model is needed to be established. The paper adopts combinatorial form instead of const in the right part of the grey equation which we call it GSM(1) model. GSM(1) model is one variable index serials function which contains more information in the equation and can find more complicated law between data. On the condition of the original data multiplying the time interval the paper introduces difference quotient into the equation and establishes the unequal GSM(1) model. The examples prove GSM(1) is an effective form to improve the accuracy of the grey model. It provides a new way for the grey system application.
