Abstract: In this article, a new algorithm for rain-flow counting method in computer program is introduced. In the whole counting process, this algorithm entirely follows the principle of graphic method of rain-flow counting method, and so it can embodies the mechanical basis of extracting load cycle in rain-flow counting method; during the processing of counting, the information of every load cycle can be accurately recorded, such as starting and ending time, the time of peak or valley, the value of starting point and peak (or valley), mean value and amplitude. Besides, the counting result is in full accordance with the result from graphic method. Compared to four peak-valley method, this algorithm has shorter execution time and higher efficiency.

Abstract: With the applications of GIS technology, 3D modeling, programming, database technology and network communication technology, combining with Visual C ++6.0 and OpenGL, a real-time three-dimensional digital platform of GIS-based safety monitoring was designed. In the platform, a GIS-based mine simulation model and database framework were built; an overall data integration structure of the three-dimensional digital platform was designed; the GIS-based safety monitoring platform model and platform architecture were designed too. The platform has been designed and implemented in some one mining area in Shandong province and the application works well. This platform’s design and implementation, one of the most typical and successful cases in digital mine construction, provides viable ideas and methods for the construction of the real-time and three-dimensional digital safety monitoring building.

Abstract: The uniform design method is used to arrange experiment of dispersion polymerization of styrene, butyl acrylate and acryl acid. The stepwise regression technique is adopted to analyze the results. The mathematical models are built by regression equations between the microsphere conversion rate, the size and its distribution. There are many influencing factors, such as, 3 monomer concentrations, stabilizer concentration, initiator concentration, ratio of alcohol and water, temperature established, and their reliabilities evaluated. Although the predicted values from regression equation different from the observed values (relative divergences less than 10%),the regression equation can be used for designing particles and mechanism research. All above researches can be used for optimizing dispersion polymerization reaction conditions.

Operating for our DEA analysis model using math software LINGO8.0, we obtained the DEA relative efficiency value of every DMU including scale efficiency and technology efficiency.We consider reducing environmental pollution under the premise of ensuring economic development must to adjust their energy consumption structure.

Abstract: Augmented reality (AR) strengthens the elements of a live direct or indirect view of a physical, real-world environment with sound or graphics. It can be applied in virtual dressing for online shopping, and provide a good solution for online product display. This paper presents a virtual dressing system framework including features capture, tracking and location, register and augmented display. It also designs a layer based application system and implements a prototype of virtual dressing system for glasses online shopping. The system can provide a brand new user experience than before.

Abstract: Entropy, principle of entropy increase and correlative entropy of industrial groups were expatiated. Based on the Prigogine formula and perspective of entropy change, it depicted the situation of innovation in the industrial groups, discussed characters of entropy change in different stages of industrial group, and indicated that survival of industrial group depends on negative entropy, evolution power of industrial group competition has its root in surplus of negative entropy, and key headspring for innovative advantage of industrial group bases on knowledge collaboration by inputting negative entropy.

Abstract: This paper derives related-industry from input-output method, and is the first to apply the result into the study of the externality effect of within-industry agglomeration and related-industry co-agglomeration. As a main form of externality, localization economy can be resolved into within-industry agglomeration and related-industry co- agglomeration, this paper used Input-Output method and principle component analysis to identify related-industry. This paper finds the empirical evidence of within-industry agglomeration and related-industry co-agglomeration, within-industry agglomeration is the main source for labor-intensive industries, and related-industry co-agglomeration is the main source for capital-intensive and high-tech industry industries. This paper also finds that productivity will vary in an "inverted U" shape with the increase of within-industry agglomeration and related-industry co-agglomeration degree. These findings are beneficial for Government to make decisions of industry transfer.

Abstract: At present, fracturing is one of the most important stimulation measures during polymer flooding process, but the selection of well is mainly given by qualitative analysis. Deep researches are needed to provide optimal design based on the quantitative analysis. In this paper, combined with statistical analysis method and static data, using cluster analysis method to classify single wells into groups. Using single dependent variable multi-factor variance analysis method to realize the individual design of single well program of polymer flooding in Sub-layers. The results of this paper will provide technical supports for the quantitative analysis influenced by multiple factors, and also offer references to further enhanced oil recovery of Sub-layers in Sazhong development area.

Abstract: Combining with static information of injection wells and using effective thickness, number of layers greater than 1 meter and ratio of 3 to 4 connected thickness greater than 1 meter as evaluation index, this paper use cluster analysis method to category injection wells of west and east blocks in north first and second row of Sazhong development area in Daqing oilfield. Then, with evaluation of accumulated increased oil per unit thickness, using single dependent variable two-factor variance analysis method to optimize injection rate and injection concentration of injection well groups which have been classified into different types.
