Abstract: To research for application of thermodiode in energy storage solar water heater, experimental research on heat transfer of thermodiode using myristic acid as heat storage material was made, starting characteristics of thermodiode using acetone and R134a was compared. Especially for working fluid of R134a, influence of thermodiode on heat storage process of myristic acid was tested for under different working conditions such as thermodiode’s positions, liquid charge ratios, etc. Test result shows, thermodiode charged with R134a was quicker in start-up than the case of myristic acid; with liquid charge ratio of 80% , heat transfer coefficient was the highest; with an inclination angle η=30°C of thermodiode plane to horizontal plane, an inclination angle α=10°C of heating-evaporating section to horizontal line, 25W power input and a liquid charge ratio of 80%, average heat transfer coefficient was 113 W/(m2·K).

Abstract: This paper proposes a new data stream outlier detection algorithm SODRNN based on reverse nearest neighbors. We deal with the sliding window model, where outlier queries are performed in order to detect anomalies in the current window. The update of insertion or deletion only needs one scan of the current window, which improves efficiency. The capability of queries at arbitrary time on the whole current window is achieved by Query Manager Procedure, which can capture the phenomenon of concept drift of data stream in time. Results of experiments conducted on both synthetic and real data sets show that SODRNN algorithm is both effective and efficient.

Abstract: Textile industry is China's traditional leading industries and pillar industries. Total economic output of Textile industry occupy a pivotal position in all large-scale industries, and is the pillar industry in Jiangsu province's industrial economy, and makes an important contribution for the province's economic development and employment. This article discusses existing problems and countermeasures to address these issues of textile export in the Jiangsu Province. At present, Textile Industry is undergoing a critical period of structural adjustment and industrial upgrading. The textile export industry of Jiangsu Province would continue to grow and develop in the increasingly open a mature socialist economy with Chinese characteristics and a closely intertwined world economy.

Abstract: Image segmentation is one of the fundamental problems in image processing and computer vision. Studies of high quality image segmentation methods have always gained a lot of attention in the field of image processing. However,so far the problem of image segmentation has not been well solved yet. Conventional methods cannot divide the images exactly because too much objectivity has been used. For complex objects, this paper proposed an efficient image segmentation algorithm based wavelet transform. This article presents the result of wavelet image segmentation and watershed algorithm image segmentation. The experimental result indicates that, the algorithm based on wavelet transform has fast convergence and good noise immunity.

Abstract: With the development of small and medium enterprises in the importance of the economic activity, the financing of small and medium enterprises also would be more paid attention. It will be the key to the survival of SMEs in Jiangsu Province that how to look for opportunities in the crisis and effectively solve the problem of financing in order to create better opportunities for themselves. This paper describes that there are many development constrains of SMEs in Jiangsu Province at the current market economy. According to survey, this paper puts forward the relevant proposals for the direction for future efforts of the government of Jiangsu Province. The SMEs in Jiangsu Province can synthesize various effective methods so as to ride out the financing difficulties, and gradually expand the company's strength.

Abstract: Formal methods (FM) are mathematically based techniques that provide a rigorous basis for software development: the application of FMs makes it possible to achieve provable correctness and reliability in the various steps of system design and implementation. Generally, Formal methods need the support of formal description technique (FDT). Because the FDL has strict syntax and semantics. It is the realization of the abstract to the concrete, strictly, can be symbolic execution, unambiguous. E-LOTOS formal description is an important technology. This paper describes the design and the implement of the editor that support syntax highlighting of E-LOTOS. The editor is implemented using java Swing and JFlex.

Abstract: The mobile agent research has become a hot topic. It is an agent’s fundamental functionality to effectively exchange information with others. In a Mobile Agent System (MAS), the location transparency is critical for inter-agent communications. This paper presented a location-transparent communication model by describing the process of agent migration, inter-agent communication and message delivery. To wrap up the discussion, the author suggested the direction of related future research work.

Abstract: Traditional law enforcement mode of industry and commerce bureau(ICB) mainly depends on manual operation, which affects the working efficiency. In this paper, an intelligent mobile law enforcement system based on Windows Mobile platform is designed according to the characteristics of ICB law enforcement such as mobility, sudden and emergency. The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) and Secure Socket Layer(SSL) authentication technology are used to identify the legitimacy of mobile devices in order to ensure the reliability and safety of the system, furthermore to ensure this system connects seamlessly to current ICB system. This system has been applied in a city, and achieved a good effect.

Abstract: In this paper, we proposed an X3D-based virtual good presentation method on mobile device among wireless network. In our method, we utilize the X3D technology to transmit the 3D model from the server to the mobile client in order to decrease the client’s storage. Besides, we propose an efficient interaction method for the 3D good model so that the mobile user can control these models freely. Based on these key technologies mentioned above, the framework of the system is elaborated in detail at the end of this paper.

Abstract: A kind of Remote Intellectualized System in Water Quality Analyzing is designed, using Menlow and Moblin as its embedded platform and operating system, respectively. The combination of mobile monitoring module and biological monitoring module gives the system a whole cover in monitoring water area. Moreover, the system is armed with such functions as obstacle detection, GPS positioning and automatic control ship ,it even not only can transport the information which are written and stored into the memory-chip to the distant computer, but also alarm when it finds data exceeds the National Standard. Scientific decision can also be made and given by this system in order to help our Environment Supervision Department take effective measures as soon as possible. The system has many advantages like high reliability, ease of installation and low cost characteristics, and even good application value.
