Abstract: Researchers and construction professionals have adopted lean manufacturing concepts and strategies in the development of lean construction principles. Much research is in progress to develop lean concepts and principles for better implementation. Sustainable development concepts present featuring social, ecological, cultural and environmental facets. There are some similarities in aspects of the principles of lean construction and sustainable construction. The theory of lean construction system plays a role in the process of achieving sustainable development objectives. This paper presents an analysis of the role of lean construction in the sustainable development, analyzes the sustainable construction task management, flow management and the value management under the lean construction system.

Abstract: The technology of visualization should be merged with semantic technology for abstracting and describing information from the processed DataStream, transaction data and high dimension data in the stock market. This paper proposed the ontology design in visual Stock Information System (VSIS) which combined domain information with function requirements. Firstly, use case diagram and ontology design principles of VSIS were given. Then, according to different information sources and learning theory, learning procedure, validation procedure and their interactions comprised the ontology learning cycle, whose result is VSIS top ontology pools. Next, the ontology in VSIS was defined, whose top ontology covered stock ontology, agent ontology, enquire ontology, visualization ontology, interface ontology, DB operation ontology and error processing ontology. Finally, the defined ontology was validated by Protégé.

Abstract: Software engineering is a critical step in obtaining high quality production. However, requirement specifications that written in natural language is inevitably has ambiguity. Modern driven architecture makes use of requirement model for the complement of requirement specification to eliminate such ambiguity. However, currently, the transformation from requirement specification into formal model only limited in syntax level, thus lack of correctness and precision. This paper proposed an approach in semantical level to process textual specifications of the requirements of unlimited natural language and their automatic mapping to the formal presentation.

Abstract: Trust problem of medical consumables supply chain has been increasingly a focus of people’s attention. Business competition based on reputation management becomes the new strategy for business development in medical consumables supply chain. The reputation relationships among entities are dynamic. The medical consumables supply reputation management involves many different elements: the collaboration among entities, collection of the information to assess the reputation, and the standards for reputation assessment. The design factors are found for consideration of medical consumables supply reputation evaluation and the reputation mechanism is designed on the basis of fuzzy clustering.

Abstract: Cd1−xZnxS thin films at low Zn content were prepared both by chemical bath deposition (CBD) and vacuum co-evaporation. The X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis were performed to determine the composition of the films, while the structural properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). As a probable window layer, the optical band gaps of Cd1−xZnxS thin films prepared by the dry and wet process were calculated. Finally, the surface morphologies of the thin films were survey by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM).

Abstract: Sb2Te3 thin films with thickness of 70, 100, 300, and 600nm were co-evaporated by vacuum evaporation. These films were annealed by 423K, 473K, 523K and 573K, respectively, in the protection of N2 ambient. After that, the film structures were investigated by XRD. Composition of the films was surveyed XRF and XPS. Stoichiometric Sb2Te3 thin films were prepared. Then the Sb2Te3 thin films were applied to CdTe thin film solar cells as back contact layer. The influence of Sb2Te3 thin films thickness on the performances of CdS/CdTe thin film solar cells were surveyed by light I-V characteristics and an efficiency of 12.27%, Voc=808.2mV, Jsc=25.1mA/cm2, FF= 0.6051 was obtained.

Abstract: In this paper, large scale wind turbine blade has been taken for example and two harmful conditions have been chosen as the study targets. Taking a 25 m long wind turbine blade, its solid model is built in CAE. Then take advantage of Computational Fluid Dynamics software-FLUENT to analyze and simulate wind pressure of blade surface acted by aerodynamic force. By means of the numerical method to make curve fitting to bring wind pressure to bear on each cross section of blade accurately, and import it into ANSYS to do further analytical work. It shows that the work should be the firm foundation for further analysis of the wind turbine blade.

Abstract: With the progress of low-power research on real-time systems, the estimation and analysis of energy consumption of real-time systems becomes a hot topic. Process Algebra is a formal method fit for analyzing the functional properties of real-time systems, but it can not analyze the energy consumption properties. This paper proposes a formal method support for modeling and analyzing energy consumption of real-time software. Resource Timed Communicating Sequential Process (RTCSP) is proposed in this paper can handle it efficiently by extending resource information on Timed Communicating Sequential Process (TCSP). In this paper, the power consumption of instructions in real-time systems is mapped into the resource of RTCSP, the energy consumption of real-time software can be modeled and optimized by using RTCSP, the optimal path algorithm is proposed to calculate the minimum energy consumption reachability path of real-time systems. This formal method improves the accuracy and efficiency of energy calculation, the calculation results can be used to quantitatively analyze and optimize the energy consumption of real-time systems.

Abstract: Video segmentation and keyframe extraction are the basis of Content-based Video Retrieval (CBVR), in which keyframe selection plays the central role in CBVR. In this paper, as the initialization of keyframe extraction, we proposed an improved approach of key-frame extraction for video summarization. In our approach, videos were firstly segmented into shots according to video content, by our improved histogram-based method, with the use of histogram intersection and nonuniform partitioning and weighting. Then, within each shot, keyframes were determined with the calculation of image entropy as a reflection of the quantity of image information in HSV color space of every frame. Our simulation results in section 4 prove that extracted key frames with our method are compact and faithful to the original video.
