Abstract: The multitude of operations over IFS is barely studied empirically. At the other hand they are quite complex and their properties are studied just theoretically. The IFDW that was developed was used to demonstrate the application of some operations over IFSs. It could serve as a basis for implementation of other IFS operations and the data gathered – to explore empirically the validity of the theoretical concepts.

Abstract: Prediction of Lorenz Chaotic Time Series is a vital problem in nonlinear dynamics .Support vector machine (SVM) is a kind of novel machine learning methods based on statistical learning theory, which have been provided an efficient algorithm thought in prediction of Chaotic Time Series. This paper combined SVM with neural network which based on the similarity of structure between SVM and RBF Networks, using SVM to obtain the centers of RBF Networks, then to predict the Lorenz Chaotic Time Series. Simulation results show that the effect is better than other methods.

Abstract: For a second-order elliptic boundary value problem in three dimensions, we use an interpolation postprocessing technique to obtain recovered gradients of tri- linear elements over regular meshes. Further, superconvergence of these gradients are proved.

Abstract: Multicast routing technology with its advantage of saving bandwidth, has received a great deal interest in QoS of multimedia network. PIM-SM is currently the preferred intra-domain multicast routing protocol. Based on OPNET simulation environment, the models of Real-time and Non-real-time multimedia services are respectively established with PIM-SM in wire network and in wireless network. By comparing unicast routing with PIM-SM on delay, jitter and loss ratio, the results show the advantage of multicast routing on improving the different multimedia services.

Abstract: In this paper, we present an interactive search system of cartoon scène images. Using a set of automatically extracted, semantic cartoon scene images’ attributes (such as category, time and pureness), the user can find a desired cartoon scene image, such as “a pure sky at sunset”. The system is fully automatic and scalable. It computes all cartoon scene images’ attributes offline, and then provides an interactive online search engine. Furthermore, the system contains different kinds of retrieval interface designs which aimed at users. The results show that our system can improve the facility and efficiency greatly.

Abstract: This paper gives the design process of road simulator. Road simulator for car is an important way to demonstrate the capability and reliability. Hydraulic servo system is applied in this system to afford energy and movement. Kinematics design is done to obtain the stroke of cylinder. The simulation demonstrates the accuracy of this method.

Abstract: How to combine multi-modal features effectively is a difficult problem in news story correlation analysis, this paper puts forward a new two-stage fusion approach based on visual and textual features fusion to solve this problem. First we use a co-clustering method to get the clustering groups of similar stories with the visual and semantic information of news story. And then, on the base of the result of the first step, we use different weighted strategies to analyze the news story correlation in a further way, which aim at the different type of news story. The methods can get a better result of the news story correlation analysis by experiments.
