Abstract: Neural network learning algorithms are widely used in medical diagnosis, bioinformatics, intrusion detection, homeland security and other fields. The common of these applications is that all of them need to extract patterns and predict trends from a large number of complex data. In these applications, how to protect the privacy of sensitive data and personal information from disclosure is an important issue. At present, the vast majority of existing neural network learning algorithms did not consider how to protect the data privacy in the process of learning. So this paper proposes two privacy-preserving back-propagation neural network protocols applied to horizontally partitioned data and vertically partitioned data separately. The two protocols are suitable for multiple participants in a distributed environment. The results of experiments show the difference of the test error rate between the proposed two protocols and the respective non-privacy preserving versions.

Abstract: The introduction of land finance and foreign direct investment (FDI) lead to competition among provincial local governments in the background of fiscal decentralization. This paper analyzes the provincial data from 1999 to 2008 by a spatial econometric model. The main contents include the relationship between FDI policies in different provinces and the path dependence between FDI selection and land grant. The results showed that the FDI policies are significantly influenced by the similar policies of the surrounding provinces: the policy formulation and implementation is a complementary strategy between the studied province and surrounding provinces in the current year, and an alternative strategy in a lag. Land grant price significantly influent the entry of real estate. There is an obvious path dependence when FDI choose investment region. In this paper, these issues are analyzed with the actual situation in China.

Abstract: The development of farmer cooperatives in China which was an important form that led farmers to get rich and improve the competitiveness of China's agriculture has been lag behind, in 2007, Law of Chinese Farmer Cooperatives promoted the development of cooperatives in certain extent,, but compared to a new generation of cooperatives developed in North America 1970s, whether performance or the ability of service for members were far behind. Through report the successful experience of the development of new generation cooperatives in North America and sum up the useful enlightenment which could improve the development of farmer cooperatives in China, we should promote the development of farmer cooperatives in China better and faster by specific measures implementation.

Abstract: This paper selects the world's major soybean producing countries, the United States, Brazil, Argentina, China. From cultivation area, total output, yield per unit, import and export trade of the four main soybean producing countries, making a comparative study of the international competitiveness of soybean country, to reach the comparative advantages of various countries, then come to put forward countermeasure suggestion to the further development of China's soybean industry.

Abstract: In this paper agricultural technology innovation resources and their allocation efficiency was defined, according to the characteristics of the stage of agricultural technology innovation process, an evaluation index system of the output and conversion efficiency of agricultural technology innovation is set up. Using a two-stage DEA (data envelopment analysis) model, the allocation efficiency of agricultural technology innovation resources upon the continuous 17 years in China are analyzed and evaluated. Then the reason of the inefficient allocation of agricultural technology innovation resources is found out, and a corresponding improvement suggestion was proposed.

Abstract: Based on the series research database statistics from Chinese Statistics Yearbook, data of rural population annual personal average disposable income and various consumer spending statistics( years from 1994 to 2009), established a single equation econometric model, estimated china rural population personal income and consumption function model by least square method, then analyze and compare and optimize it, that may estimate rural population disposable income according to this model, it has application value.

Abstract: Trading failure is the main reason for a dispute of C2C e-commerce. So predict the behavior of transactions can assist buyers and sellers negotiated transactions, helps to reduce transaction disputes. Separate the success and failure purchase record, then establish decision-making model through the C5.0 decision tree and RFM(Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model on consumer purchase behavior data, quantify the importance of the decision variables, the demonstration experiment shows the prediction accuracy is more than 80%.

Abstract: Because of the gradually increasing gap between supply and demand of oil and more attention paid to the environment, the pace of Electric Vehicle investment is gradually increasing, and the problem of investment risk comes into focus. This paper studies the Investment Risk of widespread manufactory of Electric Vehicles, which is in Problem C of ICM (The Interdisciplinary Contest in Modeling) in 2011. In order to give a rough estimate, we establish an investment risk model, using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Evaluation to evaluate the investment risk. Finally, we will provide reasonable opinions to vehicle manufacturers.

Abstract: Micro mechanical airflow level posture sensor, combined with micro mechanical skill and air pendulum, the volume is small, the structure is compact, the craft is simple and uniformity of sensitive component is good. But it can be only sensitive to tilt posture around the specific sensitive axle. In order to realize the omni-directional survey, this article utilizes the MEMS tilt-sensitive component to withdraw omni-directional and carries on sensitivity compensation of omni-directional signal. The results show that: resolution is better than 0.1 °; nonlinear is small than 1.2%; range of angle measurement is from 0 °to360 °, realizing survey of omni-directional level measurement.
