Abstract: The OpenGL programming is used to develop courseware in solid physics. Firstly, the OpenGL ‘s initialization and Release action at the end of program is a encapsulation of a GLScene control through the C++ Builder’s control development function and add it to the Compoment Palette. Then, according to requirements, some OpenGL function are packaged into a class. Finally, the designed face centre cubic lattice structure courseware is develped. The advantages are really 3d images can be got, the size, location and geometry exercise can be described strictly according to the given parameter or function, and can realize human-computer interaction, real-time describe.

Abstract: We design a small supermarket purchase-sell-stock management system. The system uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2003 as development tools, uses the object-oriented program design method, data model is housed in a class, which improves the data safety in operation; in addition, the system uses the multilayer structure design patterns, which has powerful advantage in module independence and code reuse. The system can satisfy daily job requirement for a small supermarket.

Abstract: This paper has discussed the optimization problem about how to minimize the waste by adjusting canning quantity in beverage automatic canning machine. Supposing the defective goods were discarded, I have taken the average canned loss of every bottle of the finished product as target function and established optimization model 1.Meanwhile, the convenient and fast solution is given. Then two more general mathematical models are given after the assumptions being changed. At last, I have provided the simple operation scheme for manufacturers which could reduce their losses.

Abstract: With the advent of the popular higher education era, some new problems have appeared in the teaching of college mathematic courses in colleges and universities. With considerations of the above problems, this paper will discuss some experience on how to improve the educational quality of college mathematic courses. Moreover, the methods of teaching by background knowledge, instructing learning methods, the visual teaching of abstract concepts and the stratified teaching method are put forward in order to improve the educational quality of college mathematics.

Abstract: Mathematics, being an important part of human culture, plays a significant role in both spiritual life and material life of people. Mathematical literacy is one of the most basic scientific literacies, which is of far-reaching importance to cultivate mathematical literacy of students in college mathematics education. This paper elaborates the contents of mathematical literacy, discusses the necessity of cultivating mathematical literacy of college students, and proposes effective approaches of improving the literacy of college students.

Abstract: Regional coordinated development trend with the subject of Tianjin and Beijing, as well as the mechanism reform with the orientation of “super ministries system” provide an opportunity for the educational cooperation development around Bohai sea district. Based on higher education development around Bohai sea district and the characteristics of its development, this paper scientifically confirmed the multi-subject system of higher education cooperation around Bohai sea district, constructing the operation system of cooperation subject from macro, moderate and micro levels. On the basis of these, this paper established the “quaternity” cooperation model.

Abstract: The analysis of present situation of university libraries in China shows that the literature resources and the readers are all diversified. The urge demand for the libraries includes fast and efficient services and group work. The university libraries are characterized as knowledge carriers, information servers and literature collectors. The libraries should be reformed to provide diversified resources, precise services and easy acquisition of literatures. The reform of university libraries should follow the way from library planning, resources construction to literature sharing. The construction of library houses, literature resources and librarian teams is analyzed. The reform will force the libraries to be specialized in providing literature services. The libraries will continue to function as a typical cultural area in university campus.

Abstract: Subjectivity education means that the teacher creates democratic, harmonious and loose teaching scenes through guiding and enlightening the students’ internal activity demands, and purposefully organizes and specifies all kinds of teaching activities in a planned way to cultivate the students to be the subject who can recognize and practice autonomously, actively and creatively. The subjectivity education applied in teaching sports technique class to some extent can stimulate students’ initiative and activity and improve their academic performance. In teaching sports technique class, should teacher implement subjectivity teaching strategy, enlighten and cultivate students’ subject consciousness, establish democratic and harmonious teaching scenes and carry out the teaching thought of subjective participation, respect for differences, cooperative learning and successful experience. This essay studies on the disadvantages in conventional teaching to enrich and develop sports teaching theories and methods.

Abstract: Computer aided instruction is an indispensable modern teaching method. How to make multimedia technology and traditional teaching methods complement each other to form an organic wholeness, and give full play to the advantages of multimedia technology is now a new research spot. In this paper, the characteristics of multimedia teaching method are analyzed in terms of advantages and disadvantages. Base on the bridge engineering course, the design method of multimedia courseware is introduced in terms of design basis, concept, teaching mode design, multimedia data embedding technology and so on. Problems deserving of attention in designing of the multimedia courseware such as the relationship between modern and traditional teaching method, matching of courseware and teaching points are also discussed in this paper.

Abstract: In sports teaching we should often encourage students to have the ability to accomplish an action, avoid by all means to criticize students in accused tones or discourage students the positive actions in learning , then the psychological quality of fears and timid come into being. But to that kind of clever in showing their enthusiasm for consciousness should be controlled, prevent over exercise or bring about harm accident, greatly cultivate the ability of resistance to frustration and the ability of consciousness in adjusting emotion, it is favorable for forming and mastering of correct skills and tactics.
