Abstract: The paper gets the calculational method of check size in theory by discussing the effect factors of forming woven plaids. It realizes a calcuiation and design system of plaid by computer aided design. Meanwhile, by combining with the typical Tianzige and Jiugongge, the paper discusses the change regularity of check shaping parameters as a result of the change in check size and fabric density, and realizes a autogeneration system of the new check parameters.

Abstract: According to the “diamond model”, the paper establishes an evaluation system and case analysis for the international competitiveness of China’s textile and clothing industries based on rough set. It indicates that China’s textile and clothing industries still have strong international competitiveness. However, core factors affecting international competitiveness such as technological innovation with disadvantage competitively made it decreased gradually.

Abstract: Through designing the weave of skirt waist and body, using textile CAD digital design technology and electronic jacquard weaving technology, woven semi-molding female skirt fabric is researched and developed. Developed product not only makes the skirt waist and body have different styles, but also makes skirt be produced without complex cutting. Sewing process is simple, process flow is short, raw material is wasted less and appearance is good.

Abstract: This article discusses the impact of fabric structure on the heather effect of fabric woven by warp and weft with different colors. The yarns with different Lightness(L), Chroma(C) and hue angle (h) are respectively used as warp and weft, and a series of eight satin weaves are attained by strengthening weave points with interval-by-point approach, and taken as test samples. L1, C1 and h1 of each sample are measured by Optoelectronic integration color measurement instrument, and make a comparison with the theoretical values of L0, C0 and h0, which are calculated by two-color mixing principle of CIE standard Chromaticity. The result shows that: the relationship between fabric color and the percentage of color threads is in accordance with Glassman principle. However, the improvement in Lightness is slightly, the decrease in Chroma is significantly, and the change in hue angle is negligible. The more severe the degree of thread flexion is, the more obvious impact on heather effect.

Abstract: The advantages of the bag house are expounded in this paper. The some technical parameters of the filter bag are introduced. The weaving plan of three-dimensional angle-interlock tubular fabric is designed. The key points of weave production are explained. Use of angle-interlock tubular structure can weave seamless and thick the filter bag, and improve the filter efficiency of woven fabric. The development of seamless filter bag save sewing process, and improve the production efficiency, and save cost. The seamless filter bag with three-dimensional angle-interlock structure can be widely used to a lot of areas of flue gas filter. It will play a positive role to protect the environment.

Abstract: The article discusses the impact of composition elements of fabric on explicit/implicit effect of woven texture, which aims to form basic ideas of designing fabric appearance effect. Based on analyzing the composition of fabric texture, the author highlights the effect of fabric composition elements, such as materials, weave and density, on the clarity of fabric texture, The result shows that the weave grain will be clearer when the twists of warp and weft yarns are in the same direction. The weave grain will be less clarity as the increase of fabric voidage. The clarity of Jacquard fabric depends on the basic weave and yarn direction.

This thesis from the Spinning and Selection of raw materials, The teclmology of the high quality blended knitting yarn of flax fiber / bemberg fiber/bamboo charcoal fiber were manufactured by rotor spinning process, is diseussedin ,and through the comparison of different options for the optimization of process parameters the optimization of process parameters.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the anti-static performance of absorption and quick-drying knitted fabrics using in sportswear. Firstly, the parameters such as fiber component, fabric structure, thickness and density are obtained, and the anti-static performance of 11 kinds of knitted fabrics is tested using the static voltage. Secondly, the anti-static performance is explained by parameters based on improved regression and principal component analysis. According to the analysis, an explained and forecast model is build. This can be a guide to set the parameters during the multi-property knitted fabrics design and manufacture.

Abstract: Trial spinning was done at 11 blending ratios (of Outlast fiber/cotton), namely 0/100, 10/90, 20/80, 30/70, 40/60, 50/50, 60/40, 70/30, 80/20, 90/10 & 100/0. By test, analysis and calculation to the targets of breaking strength, moisture regain, fusion enthalpy, crystallization enthalpy, etc. and curve simulation to them with origin7.5, an unique objective function was set in the way of objective optimization. Then lingo9.0 was applied to determine the optimal blending ratio of Outlast fiber/cotton blending yarn and it was concluded that at about 60% of Outlast fiber content, the ratio is the best, i.e. the blending yarn has the best targets in general.
