Abstract: In this study, 21 indicators, which constitute an assessment framework of sustainable development, were drawn from the ecological, environment, society, and economic subsystem. The degree index of sustainable development (DI) was first put forward and was calculated by weighting the indicators. We assessed the DI of She County, Sun Village, and Tong-ling City in Anhui Provence. The result showed that the Tong-ling City characterized the highest sustainable development level. And Sun Village performed strongest sustainable development ability.

Abstract: This paper introduces the present situation of land use, industrial enterprises and transportation system in the Harbin west old industrial area and put forwards reconstruction strategies such as high-density development and use of land along the rail transit lines, reservation and utilization of industrial site resources, improvement of landscape ecological environment and construction of the rail transit system according to relevant theories.

Abstract: The special climate effects of waterbody have greater influence on the micro-climate of waterfront. Therefore, taking a typical block alongside Yangtze River as example, the researchers make the field measurement of micro-climate at fixed locations and analyze cooling effect of river wind. It aims to find out the micro-climate adjustment mechanism of Yangtze River, thus providing a guidance for urban planning and architecture design.

Abstract: The paper introduces fuzzy neural network into the selection of medical institutions in subway station emergency in view of some negatives of previous evaluation approaches. It also makes comprehensive analysis about affecting factors of subway station incident, and constructs the evaluation index system, and then proposes a new evaluation approach. This approach is a fuzzy neural network. The parameters accident factors, medical institutions' conditions and external environment are trained firstly.Then to construct a fuzzy neural network evaluation model and thereby derive the evaluating value of the selection of medical institutions in subway station emergency. Experimental results show that this method is effective, feasible and highly accurate.

Abstract: The key that firms constructing and maintaining the coordination relations in industrial clusters was the pursuit for profit. The pursuit dominated the evolving of industrial clusters networks structure. And it was featured in the dynamic evolving of its degree distribution. The industrial clusters networks degree distribution model was presented based on expected return factor by use of mean-field theory. Its evolving phase features were also studied by using simulation method. The main findings were as follows: (i) the model had the both properties of BA model and exponential distribution model and it was the extension of them. (ii)The industrial clusters networks degree distribution had scale-free property. The power exponent was influenced by the number of new added edges, proportion of complementary firms, expected return and its weight. Its value was larger than one. (iii)The degree distribution fluctuated regularly as the life cycle of industrial clusters. The main trend was getting more and more gentle. That was to say there would be more focal firms and not only first -come-first-rich and rich-get-richer. (iv)The exponent was larger in higher risk industrial clusters. (v)Complementary industrial clusters would more likely evolve to the central satellite type structure.

Abstract: The related issues of hazardous materials transportation in recent years are summarized and reviewed from the following aspects: hazardous materials transportation risk evaluation models, road routing models, the application of related technology, early warning for emergency response and joint action mechanism and platform construction, the research situation and development pattern of unified monitoring platform, etc. Analysis shows that it is essential to establish more in-depth and scientific quantitative models based on the attainment of more comprehensive and continuous data as well as the consideration of various constraints. It is a direction for future research to develop comprehensive application of technology and to establish HAZMAT transportation joint control platform in large area, and the leading and facilitating role of government should be paid more attention on joint control platform construction in large area.

Abstract: Beijing is a typical city of energy resources shortage and there exists the contradiction between energy supply and demand. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Beijing’s energy utilization, and then forecasts Beijing’s energy supply and demand from 2011 to 2015 based on four kinds of grey forecasting models, finds out that the equilibrium of Beijing’s energy supply and demand is fairly weak with higher external dependence and there is a large room for improving the proportion of quality energy and for developing and utilizing renewable energy. Finally, on the basis of the current situation of Beijing's energy utilization and the development trend in the next few years, some suggestions are proposed.

Abstract: Rapid urbanization, Integration of urban and rural areas has brought many negative effects for ecology, living environment and sustainable development, Land for Construction-oriented system of traditional urban planning theory has been far from meeting the increasingly urgent needs of the ecological environment, The system has given the limitations of living environment for improving the performance of the urban landscape ecology, therefore, we need new concept to guide urban ecological environment construction. The article analyses natural environment and space expansion on the basis of existing problems, the article propose specific space expansion method in order to provide reference for city development and active interaction.

Abstract: Emergy analysis provides a new way of thinking about the uniform evaluation of natural resource, human society and economy, and leads to some new analysis methods for industrial ecology system. Some existing related theories are summarized and analyzed. On the basis of them, this paper proposes some methods where emergy theory can be applied to analysis of industrial ecology system.
