Abstract: This paper is base on the 5 pilot Board‘s management data from 2002 to 2010 when the property right reform of state-owned forest were carried out, use the characteristic that the gray model can solve the uncertainty relation of various factors within the system to predict the ecological effects of reform in the period 2011 to 2015. Model prediction accuracy is better, the results show that: the ecological evaluation of the reform--new forest area and tending forest area will decrease while survival rate will increase significantly in the future.

Abstract: The relationship between increasing income of rural households and energy choice is explored. Previous studies have been equivocal because they ignored the consideration of out-migration, which is a distinctive characteristic of present China . This study provides additional insight by considering income structure and energy structure of rural households in western China. The research was conducted in Zhouzhi County in the jurisdiction of Xi’an city, Shaanxi Province, China. Through questionnaire survey, 1074 rural households’ detailed information about their livelihoods were obtained. After descriptive statistics analysis and econometrics model analysis, we provide evidence that migration income plays a important role when rural households choosing modern energy such as electricity or gas, which shows higher income housholds like to choose cleaner but expensive energy. We also find out-migration can reduce family firewood consumption, transforming the use of firewood to other cleaner forms of energy, which can keep the ecological environment sustainable development.

Abstract: Environmental management on brownfields is still a new field in China, and it is imperative to study and develop the related environmental management system to adapt to the present situations of our country due to rapid urbanization and redevelopment of brownfields in recent years. In order to ensure environmental conditions for "livable Chongqing" and "healthy Chongqing", suggestions for revising the present "Environmental management measures of contaminated sites in Chongqing" were proposed in this paper based on fully analyzing the status of urban soil pollution control and management in our country, understanding successful experiences of brownfield management in developed countries, and summarizing the shortcomings of environmental management on evacuated industrial sites in Chongqing.

Abstract: Sustainable development is an inevitable choice for China. However, some existing problems in China restrict the sustainable economic and social development. This article uses large amounts of data as evidence to demonstrate the present state of the problems of great public interest, such as shortage of resources, the widening gap between the rich and the poor, employment and medical problems, with the goal of deepening people's understanding and promoting resolution of these problems.

Abstract: Evaluation of the cost of the environmental degradation of water is one of the difficulties in the System of Environmental-Economic Accounting for Water. In this study, the concept of the cost of the environmental degradation of water was analyzed for the first time. Based on a discussion of evaluation methods related to environmental degradation of water at home and abroad, and the characteristics of the cost of the environmental degradation of water, a set of relatively complete and operational methods to evaluate the cost of the environmental degradation of water was proposed. The calculation results obtained using the Taihu Basin as an example showed that the cost of the environmental degradation of water based on the damage assessment method was four times greater than that based on the cost assessment method. These findings indicate that source control of pollutants provides environmental protection, while reducing the cost of the environmental degradation of water and avoiding economic losses.

Abstract: This study demonstrated how VIS-NIR spectroscopy can be used in the quantitative, noninvasive probing of soluble solids content (SSC) of mandarin orange. Total 197 mandarin oranges were divided into calibration set (133 samples) and prediction set (64 samples). Multiple scatter correction (MSC) was used to preprocess the collected visible and near infrared (Vis-NIR) spectra (350-1800nm) of mandarin orange. Partial least square (PLS), interval partial least square (IPLS) and synergy interval partial least square (SIPLS) methods were applied for constructing predictive models of SSC. Experimental results showed that the optimal SIPLS model obtained with 10 PLS components and the optimal combinations of intervals were number 5,7,8,9. The correlation coefficient (r) between the predicted and actual SSC was 0.9265 and 0.8577 for calibration and prediction set, respectively. The root mean square error of calibration (RMSEC) and prediction (RMSEP) set was 0.4890 and 0.7113, respectively. In conclusion, the combination of Vis-NIR spectroscopy and SIPLS methods can be used to provide a technique of noninvasive, convenient and rapid analysis for SSC in fruit.

Abstract: Organisations are increasingly leveraging improved decision making processes during the establishment of project teams. Beyond the obvious advantages of accessing qualified, cost-effective project staff, the issues of sustainability and governance are addressed when the virtual teaming approach is used. Projects can proceed without people needing to travel to a co-located work-place, thus saving time, effort and expense while creating less environmental pollution. But there is a governance problem; running virtual projects, particularly complex projects involve a greater degree of difficulty than managing co-located projects. What is needed are effective, practical methods for managing virtual projects. This paper introduces a new Reference Model of Organisational Behavior (RMOB) for the Leadership of Complex Virtual Teams which is arguably an effective way to meet the challenges of virtual teaming. This paper also discusses the new issue of sustainable leadership with mention of the proposed Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Management indicators that point towards sustainable governance.

Abstract: In order to protect enviroment and save energy consciously. China began to levy taxes for enviromental conservation. At present, there exists two ways to levy tax, one depends on the pollution degree of each enterprise in the chain, the other mostly lies on the profit. Both ways are of one-sidedness and lack of fair because they do not make scientific analysis to the whole industry chain. For enterprises in the energy industry chain, this paper think the best way is to pay taxes cooperatively. It can ensure seamless joint of chains and obtain resonable profit assignment.Based on game theory, this article established a model of tax assignment for enviromental conservation by means of Shapley value method.Furthermore, the paper gave out an example to prove the validity of the model. Finally, the paper put forward a modified method based on venture .
