Abstract: Starting with ethnic minority traditional sports culture and its characteristics, this paper analyzes the attributes of ethnic minority traditional sports culture as being latent, inheritable, shareable, differential, adaptable and developable from the angle of the cultural resources theory. Based on the analysis, this paper explores the modes of ethnic minority traditional sports cultural resources development including the exhibition and performance mode, the concentration and extraction mode, the ethnic sports tourism mode and the traditional sports cultural industry mode.

Abstract: In This paper, the miscellaneous tree low-quality forest and Oak low-quality forest in the Greater Hinggan Mountains region were transformed inductively by planting Siberian Korean pine, Mongolica, and Larch, respectively. With the method of using different bandwidth and gap area, the soil nutrient characteristics were changed. The results indicated that the pH of soil increased slightly by different ways of induced transformation, but the variance was not significant (P﹤0.05). After reforming the induced soil organic matter content was balanced, while the basic content of hydrolysable nitrogen increased, and the availiable phosphorus decreased. Soil rapidly-available potassium content in Oak coppice was reduced but raised in the region of secondary performed miscellaneous wood. The variation coefficient of Siberia Korean pine was the largest with different soil pH value of various bandwidth and soil nutrient content (except for availiable phosphorus). Content of soil organic matter and hydrolysis nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content are significantly positive correlated. At the same time, clear-cutting bandwidth and soil organic matter and hydrolysis nitrogen content are significantly negative correlated. During the transformation of forest gap in the sunny and shady slope, smaller area of forest gap owed the larger soil nutrient content. Generally, soil nutrient content in sunny slope is higher than the shady one.

Abstract: The extracts from leaves of Jatropha curcas were obtained with water, methanol, ethanol, acetone and ethyl acetate by impregnation method, and the flavone content of extracts was analyzed by UV spectrometry. Then the activity of plant growth was tested respectively on mung beans and water spinach through observing the seed germination and seedling root growth. The results showed that the extracts could promote plants to grow well at lower concentration (<50μg•mL-1), but inhibit at higher concentration, and the effect was best under the 40~50 μg•mL-1. Besides, water spinach was more sensitive than mung bean to the concentration.

Abstract: This paper estimates the eco-efficiency of farming activity at a provincial scale in China based on Data Envelopment Analysis model. The results show that provinces in central area presented relatively lower eco-efficiency, the western provinces are higher eco-efficient, while provinces in eastern provinces are low or high eco-efficiency. It also indicates that provinces with higher crop production usually have lower eco-efficiency, which proves that Chinese crop production deeply depends on resource input.

Abstract: Since the evaluation index system of sustainable development for farmland shelterbelt is a compound system with network and multi-index, it is difficult to evaluate effectively by common methods. In this paper, a set of evaluation index system of sustainable development for farmland shelterbelt network based on ANP method is established, and the evaluation index system is quantified with SD software. The method can improve the evaluating system of previous studies on the sustainable development of farmland shelterbelt, and make the evaluation results have more directive significance for farmland shelterbelt management.

Abstract: In this paper interruptible load management model via incentive compatibility is researched. Simulated the interruptible load capacity and disruption of economic compensation of the interruptible load management with using MATLAB and compare the cost of interruptible load management and construction of standby units, find that interruptible load management can reduce the cost of electricity companies. But it should be noted that when the interrupt the load is too large, the implementation of interruptible load management will increase the operating costs of the utilities.

Abstract: Hefei is in a period of rapid development of new industrialization, but there is no quantitative study on where the new industrialization level is. Therefore, this article designs a set of evaluation index system of new industrialization, and uses principal component analysis to calculate the new Industrialization level in Hefei. The result shows that Hefei has been in the medium-term of the intermediate stage of new industrialization.

Abstract: The PID control is a popularly control method that used in control systems, which is still adopted in many practical application processes.This paper is based on the oringinal navigation aircraft longitudinal channels model,and discusses the setting of navigation autopilot longitudinal channels model in the PID controller parameters, using General Aviation Aircraft Longitudinal channels of PID control parameters optimization based on Genetic Algorithm.In contrast with the simulink7.1 simulation results of the longitudinal channel model, base on the thought of genetic algorithm and use MATLAB language program to get the parameters of the controller, adjusting the parameters to achieve the optimization of PID control parameters. The result of SIMULINK simulation: The PID controller which is designed by using the genetic algorithm is more adaptability, flexibility, and can guarantee the system control effect.

Abstract: A fuzzy logic controller is presented for a four-phase isolated signalized intersection on normal and abnormal conditions. It controls the traffic light timings to ensure smooth flow of traffic with minimal delay, according to the real-time traffic flow information detected by the vehicle detector. A new controller is proposed, in which the fuzzy membership functions are optimized by neural network and the control rules are optimized by genetic algorithm. Results show that the traditional fuzzy controller achieves good control effect and the performance of the controller optimized is better than the traditional one on both normal and abnormal conditions.

Abstract: Our major objective is to discuss the development of and understand how the policies have be implemented .The analysis of rural financial support based on surveys of hundreds of farmers in China.Some of the major problems in Chinese rural financial support are the phenomena of replacement, selective, cheating. Hence, if policy makers want minimize the impacts, there needs to be an effort to minimize the effect on these households either by enhancing policy makers from the knowledge and mental qualities, or by sounding policy implementation process system, or by improving communication and coordination mechanism for policy implementation, or by optimizing the environment for policy implementation.
