Abstract: It is no doubt that the spotlight of all sectors of today’s society has been focusing on the energy and environment conservation as well as the low carbon living. Such ideas are not only guidance to social development, but also a great influence to every aspect of people’s life. As a basic mode of space guide, the way-finding system is closely bound up with the livelihood of people. Moreover, there is no substitute for its function. This paper is trying to illustrate the influences which resulted in the object-oriented design system and to elaborate the innovations in the setup mode under the low-carbon social background.

Abstract: Ecological civilization is the only way for the development of human civilization, and also something required for human overall development and our national interests. Ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics includes five aspects: understanding ecology, managing ecology, constructing ecology, advocating ecology and tasting ecology. It’s characteristic of Chinese ecological civilization to protect environment while developing. To carry out the ecological civilization construction effectively in China, we must try hard to strengthen the ecologically ruling construction of the party and the government, reinforce the ecological civilization education and grasp the key points and actively mobilize the public.

Abstract: A sensitive determination method for pethidine based on capillary electrophoresis-electrochemiluminescence detection was described. Analysis conditions affecting separation and detection were discussed and optimized in detail. The mixture solution of 5 mmol/L Ru(bpy)32+ and 50 mmol/L phosphate buffer at pH 7.46 were added to the detection reservoir. End-column detection of pethidine was performed. Sensitive electrochemiluminescence detection was obtained at applied voltage of 1.20 V. A baseline separation of pethidine was achieved using a phosphate running buffer at pH 7.46 by electrokinetic injection for 10 s at 10 kV. A detection limit of 5.0×10-8 M (S/N=3) was achieved.

Abstract: Recently, scientists discovered that relaxor-based ferroelectric single crystals, such as (1-x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 -xPbTiO3 (PMN-xPT, or PMNT) single crystals, exhibit extra-high pyroelectric responses. They are promising candidates for optical power detectors in broad bandwidth at ultraviolet, visible and infrared wavelength. To fabricate high performance infrared detectors with relaxor-based single crystals, the related readout circuit was investigated to increase signal-to-noise ratio, and 8×1 CMOS readout circuit is fabricated to gain very weak current, which provides a solution for uncooled large focal plane arrays devices based on relaxor-based single crystals.

Abstract: Considering reinforced concrete lining often using in underground diversion tunnels as permeable media and combining concrete smeared cracking model, equivalent continuum porous saturated hydro-mechanical coupling model of lining is established based on generalized Biot’s theory. Reinforcement in concrete structures is typically provided by means of rebars which are embedded in the concrete. Then the model is applied to analyze lining structures of Jinping diversion tunnels during excavation and operation processes in which high external and internal water pressure would play a dominant role in affecting the behavior of lining respectively. Coupling research are carried out to analyze some important factors that would influence the hydro-mechanical behavior of lining and surrounding rock mass such as decreased orders of hydraulic conductivity magnitude of grouting zone, internal water pressure acting as body force and existing cracks in the lining, and the results shows that grouting zone of good quality and sufficient measurement for preventing the cracks from initiation and coalescence in the lining are important for the construction and operation of the diversion tunnels.

Abstract: Microcredit has been developing rapidly these years and already become one of the ways of financial services as poverty reduction activities in developing countries. As an important supplement to rural finance, microcredit for the peasants has been gradually developed and improved in China as well as other developing countries. In Shaanxi Province, which is one of the first batches of pilot provinces, microcredit also achieved sufficient development. However, in recent years, microcredit companies are facing the challenge of developing sustainably. Based on this background, the paper is to explore the sustainable development model of microcredit companies, and a new model has been proposed to solve the existing problems of its sustainability and innovation.

Abstract: Over the past decades, the concept of sustainable development has been accepted by international community due to the serious environmental problems. However, the debates surrounding the legal status of sustainable development are continuing all the time. Apparently, sustainable development should be seen as a binding principle of international customary law and its broad policy goal, found in certain international treaties has specific meanings in the text of international laws.

Abstract: Community participation is considered to be an effective approach to realize sustainability in tourism, but in our country we pay less attention to it. We analyze the necessity on community participation in Manchu ethnic tourism, give some suggestions on it, and use the model to show the interactive relations between these suggestions and community participation.

Abstract: In this paper, the effect of surfactant to the infiltration and the change of saturated hydraulic conductivity was studied by GUELPH PERMEAMETER. We investigated effects on soil infiltration by three representative surfactants. The results show that the existing of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS), cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide bromide (CTAB) and polyxyethylene fatty alcohol (AEO9) would decrease soil saturated hydraulic conductivity.

Abstract: With the increasing development of biomass energy industry in both the world and China, it is significant to research on the contract design about biomass energy raw materials. In this paper, a two-stage supply chain under the returns policy contract mechanism is established firstly. It concerns the rife model of “base + famers” in China, which is based on economics and game theory. Secondly, the optimum order quantity of the leading part, base, is taken into major consideration so as to achieve the coordination of the supply chain, under the condition of different risk preference. Finally, a numerical analysis is provided to help conclude an optimal coordination strategy and ensure the effectiveness of the strategy.
