Abstract: The East Lake of Wuhan, as a famous scenic area, has been seriously polluted with the influences of human activity. This paper sets up 7 monitoring points (D1~D7) along the East Lake according to the characteristics of point and non-point source pollution, to investigate and evaluate the current situation of water quality on the basis of fuzzy evaluation method. In which, the evaluation factors used for calculation of weight factors are different for lake water collected from different monitoring points. Results showed that the water quality of D3 is at Grade I and that of the other 6 monitoring points are all worse than Grade V. It was deduced that the D3 water was purified by aquatic plant of water lilies, while D1, D2, D4~D7 water were seriously polluted by the wastewater from household, hotels and restaurants, which was without any treatments and discharged into the East Lake directly. In addition, the pollutants from running vehicles on the bank of East Lake possibly went into this lake in the rain or snow weather and brought the lake water pollution. Therefore, some measures of controlling the direct discharge of wastewater from pollution sources, planting aquatic plants in the lake area and separating the lake from roads by a parkway, should be taken to protect the East Lake water environment and improve its water quality.

Water Environmental Management for Wetland Restoration for Tianjin National Natural Reserve in China
Abstract: Wetlands are distributed between terrestrial ecosystem and aquatic ecosystems with unique hydrology, soil, vegetation and biological characteristics of ecosystems. This kind of ecosystem is one of the most diverse ecosystem and important habitats. However, degradation and loss of wetlands increased with highly human disturbance. Thus, wetland restoration becomes the world’s concern and focus. Water resource management is a key step for wetland restoration. The goal of this study is to calculate the water requirement for Tianjin National Natural Reserve, and to put forward countermeasures for wetland sustainable management. It is hoped that the research will serve as a reference to study environmental management and to analyze different policy alternatives with an integrated, systemic approach.

Abstract: Take the project of campus sewage ecological treatment and reuse in Shenyang University for example, this paper expounds on the design of the combined process of intensified pretreatment with biological contact oxidation (BCO) process and ecological treatment with subsurface wastewater infiltration system (SWIS). The operation performance showed that the project worked stable and the pollutants were removed effectively. The effluent quality achieved the designed goals and met the national standards of GB/T 18918-2002 and GB 18921-2002 of China. The project has set up a kind of typical technological model for small-scale decentralized wastewater treatment and reuse.

Abstract: Coal process wastewater that discharged from coal conversion processes usually contains volatile phenol in high concentration. As a natural mineral, diatomite demonstrates its excellent adsorption performance especially in organic pollutants removal. Diatomite was used for phenol removal in cokingwastewater by adsorption and the effect of diatomite dosage, contact time, salinity, intitial pH conditon and reaction temperature were investigated. It was observed that the removal rate of phenol increased with an increase in the diatomite dosage and contact time. The solution salinity could inhibit the phenol adsorption onto diatomite slightly by cometitive adsorption. Alkaline conditions were especially favorable for phenol removal. The increased reaction temperature could improve phenol adsorption to a large extent as well.

Abstract: Levels of toxic elements in fish from fishing ground using geothermal water in Guanzhong Basin, China were investigated. Six elements including elements cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), copper (Cu), fluorine (F), lead (Pb) and chromium (Cr) in fish were emphatically assessed because they were limited by safety requirements for non-environmental pollution aquatic products (GB/T18407.4-2001). Element F, Cr,Cu,As,Cd and Pb concentrations in fish muscle were in the range of 4.3-18.2 mg/kg wet weight (ww), 0.21-1.53 mg/kg ww, 2.34-2.92 mg/kg ww, nd-0.08 mg/kg ww, 0.01-0.13 mg/kg ww and 0.05-1.99 mg/kg ww, respectively. Element F concentration in each fish muscle was higher than its tolerance limit (2.0 mg/kg ww). Element Cd concentration in Tilapia muscle from Beida fishing ground exceeded its limit value (0.1 mg/kg ww). Tilapia muscle from Tezhong and Beida fishing grounds and Ctenopharyngodon idella muscle from Heyang and Changda fishing ground contained more than the safe limit of Pb (0.5 mg/kg).The bioconcentration factor (BCF) of 6 elements for fish muscle of ctenopharyngodon idella from Heyang and Changda fishing grounds were calculated. The results suggested that using geothermal heat for fish breeding may lower BCF of F and Cr but enhance bioaccumulation of Cu, As, Cd and Pb in fish muscle, which may increase health risk.

Abstract: In Tangshan area, the secondary effluent of wastewater treatment plants was used for this study. Horizontal zeolite wetland was carried out treating it. Hydraulic loading rate was the parameters for analyzing the nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency of pollutants from the secondary effluent of wastewater treatment plant. Zeolite constructed wetlands showed different behaviors for nitrogen and phosphorus removals.Under the optimum hydraulic loading rate, the primary pollutions were removed to a large extent.

Abstract: In China, with a rapid development of urban and rural construction, the amount of building energy consumptions increases dramatically. Building energy consumptions nearly account for 20% of social total energy consumptions. If this situation is not improved timely, with a continuous increase of people's living standard as well as an extension of population, the contradiction between enormous energy demand and economic development must be strengthened in the future. Compared with other cities in China, work of energy efficiency of Beijing has been implemented more early. At present time, comparatively complete working system has been formed which includes: special administrations, well-developed regulations and rules, wide-spread energy efficiency technologies and sufficient funds. These factors provide good basis and guarantee for the implementing of building energy efficiency work.

Abstract: With the rise of green trade, developed countries and development cooperation between China and have to CDM to reduce and control excessive consumption of resources and environmental pollution problems. In this paper, the use of CDM in China to promote green trade development status of introduction, more comprehensive, in-depth analysis of the use of CDM to promote China's trade problems in the development of green and causes, and to make China the use of CDM to promote the development of effective countermeasures green trade.

Abstract: In the face of resource consuming rapidly and serious environmental pollution day by day caused by traditional economy, developing circulation economy has already become the request for development of era. Complying with the request for sustainable development, circulation economy is a kind of ecological economy in essence. This article takes Zhengzhou as an example .On the basis of analysing the intension of circulation economy, the article points out how to structure economic circulation city, and has spied and analysed the connection between circulation economy and sustainable development.

Abstract: The National Tourism Administration of the People's Republic of China has proposed to make effort to creating the "Intelligent Tourism" in ten years. Along with the continuous promotion of the "Intelligent Tourism" strategy, the service of tourist interpretation will generate new requirements: the tourist interpretation tends to be more intelligent; the contents of the tourist interpretation become more professional and more systemic; the functions of the tourist interpretation and the functions of the tourism marketing attain an integration further; the ways of the tourist interpretation get more diversified. The improvement of the ability in the service of tourist interpretation is one of the most important forms for the tourists to experience the "Intelligent Tourism". The ideas of realizing such an improvement on the service of the tourist interpretation need to be centered at tourists, lay a stress on experience, take advantage of the innovations of science and technology as means and target at the satisfaction of the tourists. In the mean time, it is necessary to develop the intelligent tourism interpretation system greatly and promote the traditional way of interpretation to be upgraded and transformed.
