Abstract: The Vehicular Ad-hoc NETwork (VANET) requires a suitable routing protocol to accommodate its special characteristics (e.g., high mobility, short-lived links, and fast-changing topology). There are many routing algorithms which are developed for transmitting information more quickly and cost-effective. In this paper, we propose a routing protocol which relies on Defer-Time Control Function (DTCF) to reduce the hop count, the transmission delay, and the probability of collisions during transmission. We provide an extensive analysis of DTCFs and choose the power-law model for routing protocol optimization. The function can be adjusted dynamically according to the distribution of the neighboring nodes (vehicles) of each hop. We also propose a mechanism to prevent the selected next-hop leaves the transmission range.

Abstract: To study the dynamic performance and control strategy of a kind of high speed precision positioning XY table with a new kind of decoupling mechanism, the electromechanical co-simulation model with three closed-loop control system using proportional–integral–derivative controller (PID controller) is constructed. By use of finite element analysis (FEA) and co-simulation method, the preloaded spring as the key component in the decoupling mechanism is optimized. The matching law of the spring stiffness and preload is presented. The decoupling mechanism influence on the dynamic performance of the XY table during the movement is fully discussed. Based on the electromechanical model, a three closed-loop control scheme with disturbance observer and feed-forward controller is proposed. Co-simulation results demonstrate the validity of the control strategy.

Abstract: The paper discusses a TS fuzzy model identification method for an industrial drum-type boiler plant using the fuzzy clustering approach. The fuzzy model is constructed from a set of input-output data that covers a wide operating range of the plant. Then this paper studies the application of GPC algorithm in drum level control system Based on the T-S fuzzy model, simulates the control effect of the controller in the MATLAB environment, and analyze the performance of the control system.

Abstract: The railway container freight yard logistic system is a typical discrete event dynamic system (DEDS) and has the feature of high randomness, low flexibility, uncertainty of operation time and high coordination demand of facilities. Object-oriented petri net (OPN) inherits the petri net (PN) advantages for efficiently describing the asynchronism, concurrency, distributivity, parallel DEDS and overcomes the disadvantages when faces complex discrete element dynamic system. We choose object-oriented petri net to model and analyze China railway container freight yard logistic system and get the object OPN model and communication relation net.

Abstract: Analyze and study the deformation and damage of asphalt pavement which is under the combined action of seepage and vehicle payload by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Through the study and analysis of the deformation and damage of the asphalt pavement in the three cases of seepage, vehicle payload, and the combined action of seepage and vehicle payload, the study shows: the damage of the asphalt pavement emerges mainly under the vehicle payload, but after the seepage, the damage under the combined action of seepage and vehicle payload will be more serious.

Abstract: In this research, three necessary relations are cross-analyzed by eighteen customers’ needs (WHATs) and nineteen corporate i-technological measures (HOWs) through the use of the application of the House of Quality (HOQ) model of the Quality Function Development (QFD) and a comparison of the Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) for discussing the contemporary commerce environment. The evaluation that contributed the most is the comprehensive methodology and associated 7-steps measurement of the HOQ model of the QFD are applied in order to avoid research arbitrariness, for evaluation comparability and linguistic vagueness, which are the pellucid measured characteristics of the HOQ models of the QFD regarding the features of complicated theoretical concepts, data-collecting processes and computed procedures. Specifically, the application of the quantitative entropy methods, similar measure and the TOPSIS are utilized in this study to minimize the indistinctness of the linguistic exactitude and to decreasing the subjective concepts of the five selected customers. According to the measured consequences in this study, it is very apparent that enterprises have to develop a creative i-technological marketing strategy to create an effective and efficient i-technological interface in order to achieve the customers’ desires consisted of sale customization in product concentrated subjective and sale advertisement, sale promotion and sale employees in promotion considered session. Eventually, some suggestions for managers and researchers are inductively formed to further develop the best innovative (i-technological) marketing strategy for enterprises in a thriving cyber commerce environment.

Abstract: Beginning in the 21st century, e-business enterprises need to take vigorous tactics in facing greater challenges in a booming cyber commerce era. In today’s e-business environment, innovative interface technologies change with each passing day, customers’ (users’) satisfaction are more and more discerning, and market demands can fluctuate unpredictably. While facing constant changes in the lower-profit and high customer-service cyber commerce environment, it is important to know how to break through the current Information Technology (IT) industrial situation, maintain the enterprises’ owned advantage and continuously make a profit under a booming transition. In this research, nineteen sub-criteria are categorized into five factors (criteria) by the measurement of factor analysis. Three basic types of innovative business websites (portals, cyber commerce and social community) in an e-business environment are then evaluated by nineteen assessable criteria of five characteristics of innovation interface technology through the use of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) approach. The specific feature of the ANP model is to establish a pairwise comparative matrix and furthermore, to calculate the priority vector weights (eigenvector) of each assessable characteristic, criteria and sub-criteria. The factor analysis can utilize more measure matrix to benefit the deviation of ANP approach due to less data from expert’s opinions. Additionally, in the content, the analytical hierarchical relations are definitely expressed in four levels among each characteristic of innovative interface technology (IIT), criterion and sub-criteria. Moreover, based on the empirical analysis, the enterprises are able to choose the best potential business website with highest economic value added (EVA) through this research in order to maximize financial profits and benefits from an innovative perspective. Finally, some suggestions for managers and researchers are inductively formed to further determine the best development of innovative interface technologies in a thriving cyber commerce environment.

Abstract: Some local motion models of artificial animals and a method momentarily continuously to switch the models are given. A society behaviour system of artificial fishes based on the way and method is exploited, which can exhibit life behaviours and intelligence of animals. How momentarily continuously to switch the motion models of animated agents in the system is better settled. The system can illimitably generalizedly circularly run and has good man-computer interaction. Moreover the appearance, motion and behaviour of the animals in the system are lifelike and convinced. There are not bad visions such as ‘mutation’, ‘suddenly disappearring’, ‘jumpiness’of animated agents.

Abstract: New matter element system AND\OR models of product conceptual design are respectively constructed based on the matter element system theory, which are convenient for computer representation. Rich relevant extension reasoning for product conceptual design is proposed. This paper argues that the matter element system AND\OR net model of production conceptual design not only has the ability to represent the object-oriented knowledge representation method but also has a relatively high ability to represent the process of conceptual design and innovative design. It is expected that the ICAD systems developed based on these models and reasoning can support product conceptual design.

Abstract: Traditional image matching methods are not proper for the situation of the angle rotation. Aiming at this problem, This paper proposes an round image matching method based on log-polar transform. Log-polar image transform can convert the rotation changes in Descartes coordinate to shift changes in log-polar coordinate, which had such trait as invariance to rotation. Results show that this algorithm based on log-polar transform can match the images with rotation changes, Compared with existing algorithms, the new algorithm not only had higher matching rate and stronger adaptability, but also can effectively solve matching problem under the circumstance of brightness changes, contrast changes or noise interferences.
