Abstract: The limitations in complexities and extensibilities of current scheduling policies based on combined input and cross-point queuing switch (CICQ) are first analyzed. To overcome the deficiencies in supporting fair and QOS scheduling, we propose a fair and simple high-performance multicast scheduling algorithm for Combined Input Crosspoint Queued Switches, which is called multicast Fair Service and Group Smoothed Round Robin (mFGSR). The complexity of the algorithm is only O(1). mFGSR groups and schedules flows according to the weight of flows, thus it has good fairness and can adapt to the need of real-time performance. Theorotical analysis and simulation results show that mFGSR exhibits good delay, throughput and anti-burst performance.

Abstract: The purposes of this study were to develop a novel material which was infused nanotechnology into electronics subjects to vocational high school students’with no background in nanotechnology. And then to investigate the cognitive load of them, after they learnedthenovel curriculum pattern. The researchers began todevelop a novel electricsmaterial which is consisted of four chapters includedseven sectionsby experts of electronics, nanotechnology and vocational education. Theexperimentswere conducted by using PPT pedagogy to teach the nanotechnology infused into electronicscourse between twodepartments ofvocational high schools. After four months and four times in one month experimental teaching, cognitive load scale questionnaireand K of KAP scale questionnairewere examined. Finally, the applications of this materialare illustrated that the performances of K scores weresignificant differencebetween electronic engineering department and information engineering department.

Abstract: There are much research into Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Semantic Web over the past few years and intelligent behaviour such as learning, analysing, problem solving, planning and abstracting is displayed by modern computer systems. Automatically acquiring domain-knowledge for planning, as it is the case for Machine Learning in general, strongly depends on the training material. In planning, there is a novel ways to search knowledge when solving problems. This Paper presents a new heuristic for carrying out searches of training material, where metadata and the knowledge build into them are captured and fully scalable. These insfrastructure use AI Planning and Ontology technologies, allowing to construct learning rules dynamically based on the general Domain independent Planner even from disjoint learning objects, and meeting the learner’s profile, preferences needs and abilitity. We provide an efficient topology construction and maintenance algorithm, and show how our scheme can be made even more efficient by using a globally known ontology to determine the organization of nodes in the graph topology, allowing for efficient concept-based search.

Abstract: The internal structure of diatomite has nanometer-level micropore and fine adsorptivity, but internal porosities of crude diatomite were blocked by impurities which should be removed. The characteristics of original and scrubbed diatomite were compared by SEM,TEM,specific surface area analyzer and FT-IR. The test results indicated that the SiO2 content of scrubbed diatomite increased from 80.61% to 89.56%, specific surface area increased from 7.96 m2/g to 14.39 m2/g and the external activity improved, and the adsorption of performance of scrubbed diatomite was better than that of original diatomite.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of web-based collaborative learning with automobile electrical system diagnosis and repair on starting the system, charging system and ignition system. Literature review and experimental design were utilized to analyze the learning effects of automobile electrical system diagnosis and repair cognitive, psychomotor and affective and the measurement of collaborative learning effects scales after experimental teaching. The expected effects of this study, is to find out about the digital materials of the web-based automobile electrical system diagnosis and repair are used and explored in teaching methods of collaborative learning through experimental teaching for students from automobile department in vocational schools. Proceeding the learning effects of automobile electrical system diagnosis and repair cognitive, psychomotor and affective and the measurement of collaborative learning effects scales after experimental teaching. Hopefully, the results and suggestions can be a reference of planning practical digital materials instruction in automobile electrical system diagnosis and repair in vocational high schools.

Abstract: Distributed Wireless Communication System(DWCS) is a new communication system, which adapts to the future communication. In this system, antenna selection scheme plays a significant role in the communication quality which will influence the communication system performances. In this paper, the antenna selection method of DWCS is presented, and then makes detailed theoretical analysis. By selecting the number of antenna and dynamic formation of virtual cells, and then performance analysis results are in good agreement with simulation results, which verifies the validity of the method. The simulation shows that the antenna selection method of DWCS with dynamic virtual cells is better than the antenna selection method without dynamic virtual cells.

Abstract: A numerical model for spiral case of hydropower station is built. The contact is considered and the sensitivity analysis for different reinforcement ratio is analyzed. The impact of different ratios on structure is studied. The stress and mechanical characteristics of steel bar is analyzed. The contact status is taken. The rational reinforcement ratio range, the process and evolution regularity of concrete cracks from microcosmic aspect to macroscopic aspect are obtained.

Abstract: Image classification is a kind of image data mining method to classify different targets based on different features reflected in image information. The paper designed a kind of image classification system based on feature selection, which utilize feature selection and feature weight to optimize the features and obtain features that can reflect essential of classification, so as to improve image classification accuracy. Meanwhile, the paper gave material implementation method of main modules of image classification system. Image classification experiment based on the system proves effectiveness of the designed system.

Abstract: A public watermark detection scheme using verifiable secret sharing is proposed. It removes the expensive zero-knowledge interactive proofs and replaces the traditional trusted third party with a group of proxies. Moreover, the scheme is secure against sensitivity attacks and very efficient in terms of computation cost, the number of rounds and bandwidth required in the communications.

Abstract: In this paper, a spherical fragment penetrating to square honeycomb sandwich plate and solid plate which has the same mass as sandwich plate are simulated by LS-DYNA code. The fragment impacts plates at normal incidence and oblique incidence with 30º impact angle at the velocity of 300m/s, 350m/s, 380m/s, 400m/s, 450m/s and 500m/s separately. And the damage pattern of sandwich plate, the acceleration of fragment and the energy absorption of sandwich plate are acquired. For sandwich plate, the acceleration of fragment is less than that of solid plate and the internal energy absorbed is larger that that of solid plate. The result can be used to design new active fragment to improve the damage effect to sandwich plate.
