Abstract: In incremental sheet forming process, the bolster model usually applies guide pin to position. However, it is inefficient and rough due to the bolster model floating and fit tolerance between guide pin and aligning hole. This paper introduces a new method to position the bolster model. The image capture system captured the aligning holes images, and then processed it. The trajectory orientation system, which was based on machine vision, applied the least square principle to determine the parameters of aligning holes and obtain the coordinate system of bolster model. The camera calibration software, which was developed by Vision C++6.0, obtained the relationship between machine tool coordinate system and bolster model coordinate system. Then, CNC system transformed the machine coordinates offline, which enabled the forming trajectory coordinates to match bolster model coordinates automatically. Additionally, the forming process of automobile door is presented, which applied the new method, the result demonstrates that non-touch position method is more rapid and more accurate.

Abstract: Intermediate annealing to stainless steel can eliminate the residual stress, and improve plasticity and ductility effectively, but oxidation after different annealing processes has considerable difference. In this research, three annealing processes, low temperature annealing with ordinary heat treatment furnace, high temperature annealing with ordinary heat treatment furnace and high temperature bright annealing, were used to gain insight into the mechanics of intermediate annealing. Specimens of 304 austenitic stainless steel sheets were adopted in the intermediate annealing experiments which pre-deformation was 15%. The specimens’ surface microstructure were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the specimen oxidation, which happened in the annealing process, were also analyzed. The results show that bright annealing must be adopted in high temperature annealing.

Abstract: Current research on this chain doesn't focus not only on the overall environmental benefits of the chain by monetized quantitative analysis, but also on the environmental impact of the process. Research on the environmental effect of solar energy is just based on a single enterprise individual, rather than the whole industry chain. Paper describes and quantifies the impact of chain's operation on environment, does descriptive study on the developing trend of domestic solar energy and the environmental problems of it's chain, and analyses the environmental effect on the point of view of the environmental input and output of the China's solar PV industry chain.

Abstract: To further improve the performance of video object tracking and overcome the instability brought by using a single measurement source, a new particle filter algorithm was proposed which combined the color with contour information. The methord used color likelihood model to predict object, geometric active contour model to update the particle, and Stratified Re-sampling method to overcome the particle degradation. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is more robust than the traditional algorithm based on a single clue in occlusion, even though the color of the object is very similar to the background, it still tracks the target accurately.

Abstract: This article introduces an intelligent surveillance distributed system based on TMS320DM642. The system platform has many functions, such as OSD (on screen display), analog video output, digital video output, Hard Disk, Ethernet and so on. DM64. User can set the rules via the management software. The video input from analog cameras and IP cameras can be processed by DM642 according to the rules. If any event happens which acts against the rules, alarm will be given. The system provides immediate, accurate and intelligent services for users. In order to realize the complex image processing algorithms on DM642, we optimize the algorithms based on DSP and propose a series of rapid image processing algorithms. The design of the project puts the emphasis on the feasibility of distributed high-performance processing from both hardware and software aspects, which may be easily applied to other large scale or hard real-time intelligent information processing.

Studyed on the basic physical characteristic, like density, molecular weight, equilibrium water content, crosslink density and fixed charge density etc.discussed the effect mechanism and trends that ionic strength,pH value and electronic field to the swelling ratio of the hydrogels .

Abstract: The Ni54.75Mn13.25Fe7Ga25 (at.%) ferromagnetic shape memory thin film was deposited onto silicon substrates using radio-frequency magnetron sputtering. The martensitic transformation, crystallographic structure, microstructure and magnetic-field induced strain were investigated by means of Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and metal strain gauges. The results show that the martensite transformation temperature Ms is 296.6 K, the film with typical self-accommodated morphology is orthorhombic structure at room temperature. The field-induced strain of 52 ppm is obtained in this shape memory thin film.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a novel adaptive routing algorithm to solve the communication congestion problem for Network-on-Chip (NoC). The strategy competing for output ports in both X and Y directions is employed to utilize the output ports of the router sufficiently, and to reduce the transmission latency and improve the throughput. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is very effective in relieving the communication congestion, and a reduction in average latency by 45.7% and an improvement in throughput by 44.4% are achieved compared with the deterministic XY routing algorithm and the simple XY adaptive routing algorithm.

Abstract: This thesis is mainly focused on the geometric figure recognition. We provided many diverse shapes such as rectangle, ellipse, square, circle, parallelogram and other shapes. Based on different kinds of geometric shapes, a number of commonly used figure classification algorithm were designed to recognize all kinds of figures and a geometric figure painted on palette arbitrarily. The experimental results indicate that figure recognition algorithms can be well performed in an integrated graphical user interface.
