Abstract: This paper is a study of the application of integrated intelligent computation to solve the problems of error compensation for high-precision a NC machining system. The primary focus is on the development of integrated intelligent computation approach to get an error compensation system which is a dynamic feedback neural network embedded in a NC machine tool. Optimization of error measurement points of a NC machine tool is realized by way of application of error variable attribute reduction on rough set theory. A principal component analysis is used for data compression and feature extraction to reduce the input dimension of a dynamic feedback neural network and reduce training time of the network. Taking advantage of ant colony algorithm on training of a dynamic feedback neural network does the global search so that network can converge to get a global optimum. Positioning error caused in thermal deformation compensation capabilities were tested using industry standard equipment and procedures. The results obtained shows that this approach can effectively improve compensation precision and real time of error compensation on machine tools.

Abstract: In this paper, we present DrawLight, a physically interactive and immersive lighting system aimed at young children, ages two to six, to help them learn colors and immerse themselves into their imaginary colorful environment by creating correspondent ambient lighting through their former paintings and colorful objects combination. As the same time as children are drawing colorful pictures, playing with colorful objects, or hanging painting somewhere inside the space, specially designed ambient lights will change to the correspond color mode. DrawLight invites children to explore the transformation from concrete colorful painting and physical objects into abstract ambient lighting, which gives children an immersive impression about the color effect. Abstract: Drive system of wheel motor is getting more and more attention by automobile manufacturers and researchers. In this paper, a novel drive system of electric vehicle with two degrees of freedom is given, with active wheel driven by two motors, which can work freely under three modes of single motor low speed, double motor high speed and regenerative braking. Furthermore, theoretical analysis based on mechanical dynamics is implemented for all these modes. Detailedly, on an experiment and design platform of a mini electric vehicle, comprehensively considering and balancing structure dimension of testing prototype and expected performance requirements, design of overall structure of the active wheel is accomplished.

Abstract: A dynamic model of the single vertical centrifugal pump was established to avoid seismic disadvantageous direction towards the direction of continually occurring earthquake during the designing and the installing. Finite element method was used to analyse the single vertical centrifugal pump and educe the first 20 natural frequencies and vibration shapes. Response spectrum method was adopted to do earthquake analysis. Response spectrum was inputted from different directions for getting different displacements and loads. According to the results, model’s direction of 45°~75° should be located at the direction of continually occurring earthquake to avoid the maximum vibration.

Abstract: The paper aims at the analysis of machine spindle runout characteristics and designs of a laser displacement sensor in non-contact spindle runout measurement system. To ensure accuracy, we designed the laser displacement sensor calibration device, and the test calibration experiment was carried out by using laser displacement sensor. Experimental results showed that the test methods met the accuracy requirements of test system.

Abstract: This article made an empirical analysis by utilizing data from 1990 to 2009 in China,The co-integration test indicated that there existed a long equilibrium relationship between public investment to agricultural research and development and agricultural growth during long period. Pulse response function showed that impact of agricultural growth to public investment to agricultural research and development presented certain negative responses during short period; positive responses during long period, and presented an accelerating trend. Variance decomposition to agricultural growth also showed that effect of public investment to agricultural research and development was not distinct during short period, but the positive effect of research and development would be highlighted over time, and there was a significant influence on agricultural growth.

Abstract: a proper printing pressure is a basic condition for realizing offset printing and is also quality guarantee of printed products. The printing pressure should be adjusted on time according to different thickness of paper and requirements. At present, the printing pressure is mainly tested statically and pre-commissioned by experiences, so it can not reflect size of the real printing pressure and no dynamic commissioning can be carried out. In this paper, the hoho-spectrum analysis method was adopted to analyze the vibration displacement signals of cylinders, so as to obtain central displacement of two cylinders and distance and to indirectly obtain pressure between the two cylinders. The test results showed that the method could test the printing pressure effectively and dynamically.

Abstract: This article discusses the influence factors of bilingual teaching effect by bilingual teaching practice of the Advanced Manufacturing Technology, and proposes solutions. Practice shows that the reform of teaching idea is the prerequisite for the effective bilingual teaching, and PBL teaching model is the effect ways to improve the effects of bilingual teaching.

Abstract: The information fusion of production、process and capacity is the key problem to coordinate and integrate enterprise manufacturing resource. For the feature of enterprise manufacturing resource, this article proposed the data management method of steel enterprise manufacturing resource which is based on the BOMR model, this method made the relational structure of "production-process-capacity" as the core, constructed data model and relationship matrix according to different stages of production. According to the result of application in enterprise, this method overcame the asymmetric information when traditional BOM、BOC used separately, provided data integrating framework for the management of steel enterprise resource.

Abstract: In this paper, an optimization technique for turning metal matrix composites (MMCs) is proposed using the Taguchi method with multiple performance characteristics. The orthogonal array, multi-response signal to noise (S/N) ratio and analysis of variance (ANOVA) are employed to study the performance characteristics. The cutting parameters (cutting velocity and feed) and cutting time are optimized with consideration of multiple performance characteristics including tool wear, surface roughness and the power required to perform the machining operation. The results showed that cutting time was the dominant variable on multiple cutting performance characteristics. Confirmation tests of the optimal levels with the initial cutting parameters are carried out in order to illustrate the effectiveness of this method in turning metal matrix composite.
