Abstract: In this paper, the positive and negative effects of oxide fixed charge on the breakdown characteristic of lateral SiC super junction devices are studied. Simulation results show that in the super junction devices with oxide layer, the negative (or positive) fixed charge on the SiO2/SiC interface act as a like p-pillar (or n-pillar) and enhance the depletion of n-pillar (or p-pillar), which result in a charge compensation and improvement of the breakdown characteristics of the devices. At the same time, a phenomenon of electric field crowding can be caused by the fixed charge and result in a decreasing of the breakdown voltage, this negative effect can be suppressed sufficiently by a field plate.

Abstract: Firstly, 3-DOF parallel robots were classified into different types from the view of moving form. A new method of analyzing the singularity of 3-DOF parallel robots was introduced, which is based on translational Jacobian matrix and rotational Jacobian matrix. The singularity of parallel robots with pure translational form and pure rotational form was introduced summarily. Secondly, the process of solving the plane-symmetry 3-RPS parallel robot with combined moving forms was focused on, through which translational Jacobian matrix and rotational Jacobian matrix were adopted. Finally, the solving results were compared with the axis-symmetry 3-RPS parallel robot, which showed more general singularity can be solved through the new method.

Abstract: Fixed-abrasive diamond wire saw is widely used for slicing semiconductor materials. In this paper, a novel manufacturing method is studied by using polyethylene wire to replace the traditional metallic core wire. A new coating device of ultraviolet-curing for rapidly making diamond wire saw is developed. In terms of tensile strength experiments’ results, a high strength polyethylene multi-strand wire is finally selected as the core wire of the fixed-abrasive wire saws. Experimental results show that the high tensile strength of polyethylene multi-strand wire can satisfy the technical requirements of fixed-abrasive wire saws.

Abstract: The performance of arc welding power source is an important factor that affecting the use safe and welding quality, so a special equipment for the factory testing is required. The test equipment for arc welding power supply is master-slave structure, and includes hardware and software system. Hardware system complete data acquisition and information display, controlled by embedded micro-controller. The software system complete a graphical user interface programs and collection procedures, developed in the embedded Linux environment. The device enables the automated testing of the welding power source, such as loading, data transmission, reflecting a good man-machine interactivity. The system will be applied to the factory inspection of welding power source, to assess its the quality and performance through tested parameters.

Abstract: In this paper, we firstly introduce the limitation and deficiency of L1-norm and L2-norm in deblurring and denoising and the merit of quasi-robust function. Then, we propose a new blind deblurring model using multiple color images. Finally, we give some simulations and the results show the effect of our new model for color degraded images. To see how well our algorithm compared against the non-blind deblurring model.

Abstract: This paper puts forward the method of establishing the accurate 3D model of involute gear and imports the model to MSC.Patran to mesh the grid. The stress distribution is simulated by applying the MSC.Marc to solve the nonlinear contact problem. It is a quick and accurate method to analyze the gear contact strength.

Abstract: According to the new profiling characteristic of carbide pinion cutter with convex curved rake face, the verifying experiment for principle of processing method is done on the four axis vertical processing center. According to the experiment result, special machining equipment of convex curved rake face of pinion cutter is designed and developed, position of each axis and motion relationship is ascertained, tool path position of CNC machining is solved, path fitting of grinding wheel machining is done, machining experiment of pinion cutter with convex curved rake face is done by using the developed processing machine, The experiment result shows that the designed machining method and developed machine are proper for machining requirements, changed tendency curve of surface roughness is obtained, the range of cutting parameters is ascertained for getting better surface roughness.

Abstract: Design Element Concept of die casting process was explored. Direct Differentiation Method (DDM) was employed to calculate the Design Element Sensitivities of die casting process. The mathematical formulation of the DDM method was derived. The results obtained from the DDM method was compared with Finite Difference Method (FDM) and the results showed closed agreement.

Abstract: The dedicated wheel dresser was used for the aspheric surface curve grinding device Nanosyhs-300. The dresser can deal with diamond wheel of the cast iron binding agent for electric spark reshaping and on-line electrolysis repairing sharp. Discharge parameter on the reshaping accuracy and efficiency was studied in the reshaping processing. Therefore, a group of discharge parameters for emery wheel dressing were obtained.

Abstract: Aiming at solving scheduling problem of flexible manufacturing system, this paper puts forward a FMS scheduling problem where single AGV with two buffers system is to be considered. Such an AGV with two buffers system was replaced with double-buffer AGV system in the next content. To solve FMS scheduling problem with double-buffer AGV system, a mathematical model which integrated double-buffer AGV and jobs was designed. And an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to sequence processing of jobs and the moving path of double-buffer AGV. The experiments made in simulation FMS production line laboratory realized scheduling integration of jobs and AGV, meanwhile, experiments gained processing sequence of jobs on each machine and moving path of AGV. Contrasting results of double-buffer and no-buffer AGV system verified double-buffer AGV system has higher feasibility and effectiveness.
