Abstract: The model of the spindle was made while the related characteristics and parameters were analysising,and then it was inducted in ANSYS finite element analysis software. Through carrying the constraint on the finite element model, the spindle was completed to realize the finite element analysis. At last, the model was inducted in MATLAB to establish the optimal model, through the mathematical model ,it was realised to complete optimization analysis.

Abstract: Both Low-alloy Coupled Steels and Cold rolling belt rib steel bars are cold finishing steel bars. In project practice, Anchor ability of Low-alloy Coupled Steels Concrete will higher than cold rolling belt rib steel bars. So, more economical steel bars and cement contents. Through comparative trial about on concretes component of Low-alloy coupled steels and cold rolling belt rib steel bars in this article. Summarizes that anchor ability of Low-alloy coupled steels are depending transverse steel, well, steel bars and concretes has the better joint work ability.

Abstract: This paper introduces the application method of a measuring system for visual judgment ability of drivers in real three-dimension space (3D) based on the visual attention theory. The measuring system can simulate the traffic environment and driving conditions, and is made up of five parts, signal display system, data recording system, traffic environment simulation system, experimental seat and computer control system. It can control the peripheral environment illuminance and the appearance of stimulus at the target locations, and change the colour of stimulus. The paper demonstrated that the measuring system can be used to examine the reaction time and judgment response of drivers in real three-dimension space during driving, and show that the response ability training for visual attention of drivers can improve the vision judgment ability.

Abstract: The main objective of this study was to evaluate and optimize the chemical oxidation process to be implemented at a power plant in Penghu County, Taiwan through laboratory and pilot-scale experiments were used to evaluate and optimize the chemical oxidation process at a power plant in Penghu County, Taiwan. Prior to pilot test, bench-scale tests were performed in the laboratory and analytical results indicated that persulfate oxidation achieved 90% removal of fuel oil while Fenton-like oxidation achieved only 41% removal of fuel oil within three days of testing period. Persulfate oxidation coupled with Fenton-like reaction was then used in a pilot test to treat the contaminated soil onsite. The Fenton-like reaction served the first stage of oxidation which formed hydroxyl radicals to break down fuel oil. The excess heat and ferrous ions resulted from such oxidation process would then activate persulfate oxidation which, in turn, produced sulfate radicals for continual brake-down of fuel oil. Result of soil pilot test indicated that the concentration of fuel oil was reduced to below the regulated standard in less than a week. Because the treated soil was originated from the local basaltic basement rock, it is rich in heavy metals, by nature. As such, the heavy metals as nickel and chromium were detected in leachate collected from the treatment cells, at concentrations exceeding the Taiwan Contaminant Control Standard and would have posed secondary contamination to the ambient environment if in-situ soil persulfate oxidation was implemented. Therefore, the result of this case study provides an alert that implementation of in-situ persulfate oxidation for soil and groundwater treatment could pose a threat of secondary contamination of heavy metals to the ambient environment.

Abstract: The basic principles of systematical thinking with an eye to its application take optimization as the primary objective. Based on the principle of integrity of the system as the most significant and essential feature, study style construction is considered to be system engineering. And in connection with the principle of relevance for the system, study style construction is characterized by and reflected in the whole process of education instead of a kind of temporary, periodic and partial work. All aspects of work are involved in colleges and universities, which are in need of active coordination, participation and support of all parts. Therefore, total study style construction should be advocated. According to the principle of hierarchy for the system, we also need to attach importance to the personality development of students while emphasizing comprehensive quality of all-round development.

Abstract: It is clear that urban river eco-security model may provide an alternative choice of urban river Engineering Construction decision and correspond to the direction of sustainable city. Our goal is to provide a framework to conceptualize the impacts of various urban river eco-security development strategies over a time scale of several decades, while taking into account interactions and feedback loops between various criteria to the fullest extent allowed by available data and theory. Flooding is serious natural disaster, but there is a lack of integrated strategy on urban river ecosystem management in Taiwan. This study aims to construct a integrated index formwork by function and goal of eco-security of urban river. The other purposes of this research are apply the System Dynamics to understand the trend on forecast modeling. Formulate a system dynamics model to simulate the trend of Tamsui River Eco-Security. This research , construction of five subsystems, “discharge security” ,” purification security”, “water security”, “habitat security” and “biosecurity”. The error value between simulation and real situation are few to prove the model is effective .The study results indicate that the eco-security for Danshui River is going to biomass raising, drainage raising, habitat increasing and pollution reducing. The cogitation has integrated by system dynamic model which coming together to form precaution, water use, conservation and ecological restoration to keep the sustainability of urban nature resources by the research.

Abstract: Propagation characteristics of elastic waves in 2D phononic crystal consisting of parallel cylinders embedded periodically in a homogeneous host medium are investigated. The multiple scattering method and the Bloch theorem are used to derive the dispersive equation. The dispersive curves and the band gaps between them are evaluated numerically in the reduced Brillouin zone. The graded interphase between the cylinders and the host are considered. The influences of the graded interphase with different gradient profiles are discussed based on the numerical results.

Abstract: This paper according to the cases of HuNan ZiJiang coal mining and JiNing coal mining group to analysis the consequences of coal mining workers’ unsafe behaviors, getting the main characteristics of accident which caused by Coal Mining Workers’ Unsafe Behaviors including: dead and injured is more, the economic loss is huge and the society effects is bad, and more further step to analysis the occurrence mechanism which caused by coal mining workers’ unsafe behaviors, at last we find that we should use intervention technology to intervene the coal mining workers’ unsafe behaviors to prevent from causing of the coal mining accident.

Abstract: A fluorescent optical fiber measuring system used to measure the concentration of the mineral oil in water is put forward in this paper according to the mechanism that the mineral oil in watercan emit fluorescence when excited by ultraviolet light. The pulse xenon lamp is used as excitation light source, while the linear CCD is adopted as the fluorescent signal of photoelectric detection components instead of the traditional photomultiplier tube in the system, combining with the optical fiber sensor technology and weak signal detection technology. It also equipped with the data acquisition card to realize data receiving and A/D conversion, using micro computer to store and display the data. This in turn realizes the accurate measurement of the concentration of mineral oil in water. The fluorescence optical fiber measuring system that used to measure the concentration of the mineral oil in water has the characteristics of simply structure, high sensitivity, wide linear range, probe passive and so on. The experimental result shows that this method is completely feasible.

Abstract: There is no specification on the disaster prevention of and relief from a semi­airtight underground ventilation equipment room. Based on the study of construction fire prevention at home and abroad, this paper carries on the analysis of personnel evacuation from an underground ventilation equipment room. It firstly conducts researches on the basic maxims, framework and procedure of disaster prevention, then sets the evaluation standards of safe evacuation and presents the major influential factors as well. Finally, this paper sets an evacuation model in the hope to reach the goal of safe disperse without any injury, i.e. RSET(x)
