Abstract: The choice of supplier is vital for corporations. There are many kinds of index to measure suppliers. Firstly, this paper establish a structure-model of evaluation index system for supplier according to reachability matrix of index factor division, and then select the best supplier of auto-tire industries by AHP and normalization method. This method can avoid the current single-evaluation index system of supplier which depends too much on qualitative defects, and measure suppliers comprehensively and scientifically.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the high efficient performance of a novel magnetic gear, which offers several advantages compared to mechanical gears in terms of reducing maintenance, improving reliability and inherent overload protection. The magnetic gear, based on step motor principle, was analyzed on transmission torque both statically and dynamically. With the static theoretical results verified by using Finite Element Analysis, we deduced a dynamic model and programmed to demonstrate the dynamic process. Dynamic characteristics were draw in the conclusion.

Abstract: Phase synchronization errors are practically inevitable, so in this paper the quantitative tool to asses the effect of antenna placement for localization performance with phased synchronization errors is provided. The lower bound of mean-square error (MSE) is set by the hybrid Cramer-Rao bound (HCRB) for the joint estimation of the target location and phase synchronization errors at the receivers. It is shown that HCRB follow up to a lower limit, determined by the synchronization error variance and the number of transmit and receive sensors. For uniform antenna distributing, symmetrical placement is optimal, and all forms give exactly the same performance. The localization performance of nonuniform arrays when the antennas are spread out as much as possible is a little better than symmetrical placement at high SNR. Simulation results verify the correctness of conclusions.

Abstract: In this paper, the effect of die chamfer shape on the die roll height was studied by fine blanking experiments for imaginary special automobile seat recliner gear. The three die inserts with different die chamfer shapes were machined, and fine blanking tool was manufactured. Using the fine blanking tool, three experiments were conducted on the 650 ton fine blanking press. Each die roll height was measured, analyzed and we found the tendency of die roll heights on imaginary special automobile seat recliner gear to increase with increasing die chamfer angle, with the horizontal distance of die chamfer being constant. This result can be used to minimize the die roll height of fine blanking gear parts when designing die chamfer of fine blanking tool.

Abstract: Aiming at increasing speed of analysis and understanding of image and improving identification accuracy and efficiency, a novel model matching method with imaged object feature is presented, by which the grey value of image information collected from vision sensor is utilized directly and the finished image recognized result is achieved without pre-processing, so it saves the time for identification. In model matching process, a dual populations GA (DPGA) method is used for searching the best matched object, in which one is the global population served for detecting the possible area existing the optimal position, the other is the local population served for searching in the possible area for the optimal position carefully and quickly. The effectiveness of the method has been verified using real image of workpiece with rectangular feature.

Abstract: It is very difficult to solve brushless DC motor(BLDCM) overshooting and short time oscillation during keeping speed of BLDCM.In view of shortages of normal PID controller, Modified Fuzzy Neural Network adjusting PID parameters and its Algorithm are researched. The MFNN’s computation and convergence rates are better than FNN adjusting PID parameters. At last, mathematical expression of MFNN adjusting PID parameters is given. With Matlab sumulation, conclusion is the MFNN adjusting PID parameters is better in BLDCM speed control system robustness and real-time to solve interference of the system than PID controller and FNN adjusting PID parameters. It is fleasible to take the MFNN adjusting PID parameters in BLDCM speed control system.

Abstract: The duplicate address detection (DAD) has been a time-costly and a bottleneck in IP address configuration. The dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) was proposed and adopted to effectively assign unique address to a host. However, DHCP is not suitable for networks with a large number of nodes, and address renumbering under DHCP would be much more complicated than that under stateless auto-configuration. In vehicular networks, moving vehicles get connected to the Internet through the access point set up by the road. The handoff operation is supposed to happen frequently due to the fast moving of vehicles. Therefore, the performance of handoff becomes one of the most important issues to maintain seamlessly connection to the Internet in vehicular environment. In this paper, we propose a multi-hop group assisted handoff algorithm to effectively reduce handoff latency for avoiding the impact of time-consuming from IP configuration operation.

Abstract: Increasing organizational dependence on the IS has led to a corresponding increase in the impact of information systems security (ISS) abuses. In this paper, we propose a multi-target synthetic assessment approach for ISS risk based on neural network. Firstly, an assessment system of ISS risk is established. Secondly, a trained neural network can endue the assessment approach with expert assessment knowledge in the way of joint weight, through its learning and adapting capability. Finally, the approach is capable to simulate expert assessment method by verifying the data of ISS risk assessment.

Abstract: One machine sequencing situation is introduced and cooperative games theory is used to allocate cost savings when agents cooperate and gain some cost savings. One machine games is proved to be balanced and have a nonempty core. A new cost allocation, the proportion gain allocation approach, is proposed and proved to give a core allocation for one sequencing games. The results in examples show that the proportion gain allocation approach are fair and reasonable for one machine games.
