Abstract: We design a rapid positioning multi-axis and multi-blade saw machine in order to meet the processing needs of outer ply of engineered wood flooring and wood shutters in China. The machine uses two sets of saws against cutting in the cutting width, so its saw blade is thin, cutting loss is small and cut-turn percentage is high. Meanwhile, it has the feature of rapid positioning, convenient operation and high precision machining, which provides ideal processing equipment for China sheet production.

Abstract: Platform is one of the most important load-carrying parts of crawler cranes, one software system of crawler crane platform fatigue life reliability analysis is developed in the paper. It is based on the finite element analysis model by applying parametric design language APDL Using ANSYS Transient analysis, the rain-flow counting method has been adopted to deal with stress spectrum by the mean of combining related spare parts material P-S-N curves and adopting Miner linearity fatigue accumulation damage theory. It is developed under Visual Basic6.0 and Access 2007 database, it include five function modules: parametric finite element modeling, finite element analysis, optimization and fatigue life reliability analysis, it has important value to improve the design of crawler cranes.

Abstract: With reference to the current situation of experimental teaching of Digital Electronics Course, the thesis puts forward the proposal of Digital Circuit network Virtual Lab System, describes the method of setting up network virtual lab with the application of LabVIEW virtual instrument. The system provides the accessibility to lab anywhere via network which improves the Laboratory equipment Utilization greatly and lowers the laboratory cost accordingly.

Abstract: Due to the lack of realtime and accurate collection of status and position information of tools, the management of tools in a factory is always not efficient enough. In this paper, the architecture of RFID-enabled tool management system is proposed first, and a tool coding scheme based on EPCgloble is introduced later. RFID middleware for tool management with key features and its components are described afterwards. The system is developed on ASP.NET platform, and experiments show that the new tool management system improves the data collection and automation of tool management.

Abstract: To pick-up information from the image, the pretreatment towards the image is necessary. Based on the contrast from the traditional edge detection, the theory of wavelet transform is introduced and studied. Then the image is smoothed through wavelet transforming. Meanwhile, the edge information of the image is intensified using the transforming. This paper proposes a new mage fusion method based on wavelet transform. Across the computer simulation, it’s educed that the result of edge detection based on wavelet transform is much better than the traditional edge detection.

Abstract: Aircraft ammunitions inevitably suffer various faults during its storage, use and maintenance. The faults may result in disastrous consequences or make combat missions fail to meet related tactical and strategic requirements, so their diagnoses are significant for the safe and normal storage and use in combats. The diagnoses of the faults are complicated and difficult and always need the participation of experts who are small in quantity. Thus, this paper studies and develops the establishment of an aircraft ammunition fault diagnosis expert system knowledge base for the purposes of better collection, summarization and promotion of the precious experience of experts and a higher fault diagnosis level.

Abstract: Trust management is one of the key problems in the P2P systems and e-commerce. Before they have the transaction, people always want to know whether the other side of the transaction partners can be trusted and how much degree of their trustworthiness. This paper proposes a trustable approach based on fuzzy inference in P2P systems and gives a detail discussion of fuzzy inference. They can inference their trust against the trustworthiness of the rules and compute the trustworthiness of the conclusion. This approach is adapted to the P2P environment which the rule and the proof which may be showed as fuzzy, and the approach also have practical meaning for us to build an effective P2P system.

Abstract: The cavitation noise signals were collected separately for the cavitation nozzle and general nozzle at the target position and the nozzle exit in the condition of different standoff distance. The features of signal’s frequency spectrum and power spectrum were analyzed for different nozzles. Based on chaotic theory, phase space reconstruction was processed and the maximum Lyapunov exponent was calculated separately for each cavitation signal’s time series. Under the condition of this experiment, the difference between the general nozzle and cavitation nozzle was mostly marked at the target position while the standoff distance is 35 mm, which mainly displayed at the high frequency segment. The maximum Lyapunov exponent calculated appeared at standoff distance 35 mm. At the nozzle exit, the noise signal of cavitation nozzle is different from the general nozzle. The difference also displayed at the high frequency segment, and no changing with the standoff distance

Abstract: Safety operation of mechanical equipment groups is of great importance to production and human resources as well as environment. In order to ensure safe operation and improve intelligent level of early fault prediction for key mechanical equipment groups, this paper proposes fault prediction and health management based on the internet of things with structure of three layers to realize comprehensive perception, reliable transmission and intelligent processing of the fault information from the mechanical equipment groups. Two key technologies like condition monitoring and fault prediction are analyzed and application prospects of fault prediction and health management for mechanical equipment groups based on the internet of things are presented in this paper.

Abstract: Aluminum films with high reflectivity and low absorption in the visible wavelength region have been widely used in optical applications. In this investigation, aluminum films were deposited on the glass substrate at various temperatures by electron-beam vapor deposition. The reflectivity of the Al thin film was measured by a Perkin-Elmer Lambda spectrophotometer in the wavelength region of 450-680 nm. The effects of the temperature and humidity on the reflectivity of the Al film were examined. Experimental results show that the reflectivity of Al films is increasing with the increase of substrate temperature.
