Abstract: To realize CAM of impeller cast moulds, this paper developed an automatic 3D modeling system of impellers, based on hydraulic models and UG/Open technology. The system has functions of hydraulic model database correction, vane surfaces modeling, vane surfaces check, impeller solid modeling, and so on. It achieves design quality inspection and automatic solid modeling of centrifugal impeller as well as CAD/CAM integration of cast mould, with the design precision effectively improved and the product development cycle greatly shortened.

Abstract: According to the qualitative characterization of the morphological features of the wear debris, Feature vector mathematics model of wear debris are built,which are based on Foruier parameter refining methord.Then the advantages of fuzzy system and neural network are taken to establish a kind of improved fuzzy neural network (IFNN) models and algorithm.which is used to realize the automatic classification and recognition of wear debris. An improved learning algorithm with the modified fuzzy weight is proposed on the basis of the fuzzy neurons model for the max-min fuzzy operator. The amount of calculation for the improved FNN model is reduced greatly and the convergence velocity is improved. At last ,the experiment results show that the recognition method based on the IFNN is good at algorithm convergence speed and recognition accuracy.

Abstract: This paper presents a position sensorless operating method in WECS (Wind Energy Conversion System) based on PMSG (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator). A position sensorless operating method for direct-drive PMSG using sliding mode observer is proposed. With this method, position angles can be estimated only by measuring phase voltages and currents. By analyzing the cause of angle error, which increases when the PMSG is operating at high speed, a new dynamic angular compensation solution is developed. This method proves to be effective and necessary by experiments based on simulink.

Abstract: 2011 is at the beginning of the twelfth five-year plan (the twelfth five-year plan of national economy and society development in the People’s Republic of China), so it is necessary to review the situation of China’s construction industry and make its development trend forecast, which will be useful to guide China’s construction industry and the macro-economic control. According to the scale of fixed assets investment and the result of difference method, there is a proper evaluation of current China’s construction industry. The 4 billion investment plan had a huge impact on the China’s construction industry in the period of the eleventh five-year plan.This paper is to forecast the output and the added value of China’s construction industry in the period of the twelfth five-year plan by the use of time series analysis, based on the data from 2001 to 2010. The results show that China’s construction industry will get a rapid growth yet in the period of the twelfth five-year plan.

Abstract: Recent developments in wireless sensors, communication and information network technologies have created a new era of the internet of things (IoT). To achieve the real-time data capturing from shop-floor front lines and the seamless dual-way connectivity and interoperability among enterprise layer, workshop floor layer and machine layer, a framework of the internet of manufacturing things (IoMT) is presented, which provides a new paradigm by extending the IoT to manufacturing field. Under this IoMT framework, the key enabling technologies such as configuration of sensor networks, sensing and capturing of manufacturing data, data processing and applications services etc. are designed and analyzed. The proposed IoMT framework and its key technologies will facilitate the real-time information driven optimum control and the operation efficiency during manufacturing execution process management.

Abstract: With analyzing the features and factors of clothing distribution Vehicle Routing Problem(VRP), VRP mathematics model of clothing fashion is built.In order to solve the mathematics model reasonably,the premium-penalty ant colony algorithm(PPACA) is proposed.In the new algorithm,the function relationship of PPACA between pheromone factor and clothing fashion factor is researched.The better solutions ,which are found by ants ,based on the new function,are rewarded while the ordinary are punished.In order to counteract the polarization of pheromone values on all roads, the pheromone values of trails are limited to an interval [τmin,τmax] and volatile coefficient is set to a higher value.The results of experiment show the PPACA with fashion factor is better than the ACA without fashion factor to solve VRP mathematics model of fashion clothing.

Abstract: A multi-body vehicle dynamics model was established using ADAMS and a multilayer feed forward neural network of series parallel structure was built by Matlab in this study. The weights and threshold of neural networks which has built was optimizes by GA. This method was used in identifying multi-body vehicle dynamics model. The results show that the maximum error of identification is less than 0.05% and the network convergence rapidly. The designed genetic neural network could replace the vehicle semi-active suspension systems using in neural network adaptive control which can avoid the difficulty of establishing accurately mathematical model and the poor effective of traditional identification methods for the vehicle semi-active suspension.

Abstract: For the design and development problems about intelligent Manufacturing Execution System of tungsten powder processing, the difficulty in the manufacturing execution management is pointed out combining Tungsten powder process flow. Goal of the system is analyzed and its main function is designed. Collaboration as the core, integrated system architecture is established from three aspects of system function, time and space. The physical data model is designed by using PowerDesigner, the manufacturing execution system is developed based on JSP. Through practical enterprise application, it is proved that the system immensely enhance the manufacturing execution management level for the Tungsten powder processing enterprise.

Abstract: In order to have a correct strategy of function partitioning in product design, the function partitioning and the function granulating were discussed based on the studying on reasoning process of function optimal design. The rules of function partitioning were introduced. Further, a decoupling method in function partitioning was put forward, and a rule of granulating controlling was put forward. Then correctness inspecting of function partitioning was discussed by establishing a function structure of an internal-combustion engine. The results show that the function partitioning should comply with the abstract rule, independence rule and granulating controlling rule; Decoupling is possible by a correct strategy of function partitioning; The function need not be partitioned to the minimal units (the function units or basic functions), and when the partitioning is ended depends on the experiences and the knowledge of designers to a large extent.
