Abstract: Gears are widely used in many engineering fields such as mining machinery, aerospace, transportation and petrochemical and are common and important parts for engineering, but for some gears it is still tedious to build the 3D models and assess their reliability. It is important for a gear to do reliability assessment, especially for some gear that under complex load conditions. In order to improve the reliability and stabilization, a gear assessment method is introduced and an example is given, and the example shows that do reliability assessment is useful and effective.

Abstract: To achieve the purpose of machining process design base on 3D models,it is proposed a procedure modeling method with allowance figure in this paper. At first, the parameterized modeling process of 3D machining procedure model is presented, and the modeling method with allowance figure is described in detail. Then, the Petri model mapped to the modeling process of 3D machining procedure is created and illustrated. At last, through an instance, it declares that technologist can use this method to create a group of 3D machining procedure parameterized models that contain the inter-part correlations.

Abstract: The principle of kernel methods combined with data description were analyzed and the organic combined model of particle swarm algorithm(PSO) and genetic algorithm(GA) was put forward firstly, then the kernel clustering algorithm under the organic combined model of the GA and the PSO was put forward. Finally, according to the customers’ data of certain electric power company, this kernel clustering algorithm was applied to classify the electricity customers into three groups: the first group includes 3 customers, 5 and 7 customers for the second group and the third group respectively. The result shows that the samples can be classified and the center of mass can be obtained using the data description based on kernel methods. But the clustering region is different when the of kernel method gets the different value. This makes the clustering process to be complex, also spends the longer time. While kernel method’s clustering algorithm organically combined with the PSO and GA can get the same result in the shorter time and the calculation is simpler

Abstract: A functionally graded material is optimized for thermal buckling. The buckling problem is formulated where temperature-dependence constituents’ properties are included. Then the Colonial Competitive Algorithm (CCA) is used for optimization of critical thermal buckling load with variation thickness. The results CCA optimization is compared with third order shear deformation theory and another optimum method based on Genetic Algorithm (GA).

Abstract: In various business unit of recruitment enrollment,how to quantization admitted as compliance with a post requirement of applicants, as well as possible personnel employed skills and potential, to create greater efficiency, is faced with various business unit in front of an important issue. Therefore, a thinking method and mathematical model of recruitment admission scheme is put forward using a concrete example, hoping for dealing with such practical problems help and enlightenment.

Abstract: The research 3d environment of Free Flight is discussed, the substance of the conflict detection and resolution in 3d Free Flight based on genetic algorithms is studied, and a mathematical model is constructed in the paper. The emulation results of applications show that the genetic algorithms is suitable and positive to detect and resolute the conflict in 3d Free Flight. The flight courses of aircrafts, which are as close as possible to the theoretical direct flight course of the least-fuel-consumption, can be generated by genetic algorithms.

Abstract: The collimator tube could be used to simulate the target of aerocraft at the test for a type of aerocraft control system, according to the general requirement of system test, this paper designs an optical system of collimator tube which can simulate the aerocraft target, and validate the quality of imaging.

Abstract: Time management is an important component of HLA while Time Advance Mechanism is RTI (Run-Time infrastructure)’s critical technology in implementing time management. One of Time Advance Mechanism is Conservative Time Advance Mechanism. The based premise of Conservative Time Advance Mechanism is that physics system can settle for Realizability and Predictability. But Equipment Maintenance Federate can’t predict the next event time in Maintenance Support Simulation because of infection from other federate. So maintenance support simulation results in deadliness error of RTI. The paper proposes a Federate TimeList method for improves Conservative Event-driven Time Advance Mechanism in HLA. In the end, an example of the maintenance support simulation is particular researched. It is shows that this strategy satisfies the maintenance support simulation effectively.

Abstract: The different sequences of the coupled tasks set lead to different development cycles, so optimizing sequences is a key for reconstructing complex product development process. As there are overall iterations stemming from activities’ coupling in complex product design process, this paper first proves two propositions of ordering coupled tasks by stochastic process theory: 1) more shorter the development cycle of a coupled activities subset is , more shorter the development cycle of the entire coupled activities set is. 2) If the execution sequence of the coupled activities set is changed, the development cycle of the coupled tasks set will also change. When execution order of two activities is converted into partial order of two elements, this paper presents a sequence optimization algorithm based on qualitative and quantitative partial order (SOQQ) from these two propositions. Simulation has been used to confirm SOQQ algorithm’ validity and high efficiency.

Abstract: The configuration and the work principle of the flow press hydraulic servo-valve was introduced in this paper, based on this and electromagnetic basic theory, the mechanics analysis of every main parts of the flow press hydraulic servo-valve and the liquid basic theory especially the flow continuity equation, the mathematic model of the flow press sever-valve was built, during the process of building the model, the author took into account the load moment brought by the pair of spray nozzles flow force and the load moment brought by the force couples back pole and the fundamental equation of the force moment motor. On the other hand, the author analyzed the influence of the nonlinear factor to system performance, and the nonlinear factor was valve port overlap length disaccord caused by machining error. The mathematic model of the electro-hydraulic force control system controlled by the flow press servo-valve with valve port error was built. The results of simulation and experiment showed that valve port error badly influenced the system performance, and that valve port error was the main reason of the pressure higher than the supply pressure, which is one of the two cylinder cavities. The simulation curve and the experiment curve were accord compared by system simulation and experiment results, so we can know that the mathematic model of the flow press sever-valve and of the electro-hydraulic force control system controlled by the flow press servo-valve is correct.
