Abstract: The article introduces HCCI technical characteristics, existing technical problems and characteristics of the hybrid electric vehicles, analyzes application feasibility and advantages of HCCI technology for hybrid electric vehicles and proposes that HCCI technology is an effective solution for the hybrid electric vehicles in increasing economy of internal-combustion engine oil and reducing emissions and further can realize batch production of products.

Abstract: In this paper, the design of a disturbance rejecting fuzzy controller (DRFC) is applied to the electric arc furnace electrode regulation system. In order to improve traditional PID which is slow response and vulnerable to disturbance, we introduce two model reference fuzzy adaptive control mechanism, one of which is designed to improve response speed and reduce the sine disturbance of the length of arc, and the other of which is designed to reduce the current coupling random disturbance. Simulation results showed that by using a DRFC can acquire better dynamic characteristics in the electric arc furnace electrode regulation system, and has stronger suppression capacity.

Abstract: The ventilation and air conditioning system in the public area of subway station is a complex system which possesses a problem by once setting parameters of PID is difficult to ensure excellent control effect. Therefore this paper proposed an algorithm to adopt parameter tuning that could adjust the PID parameters on real time to ensure good quality of control system. It combined fuzzy logic control with conventional PID control algorithm, with the help of fuzzy tuning of PID parameters on line to change the control effect. By simulation, fuzzy PID controller could get better in control effect, higher in control accuracy, stronger in robustness than before.

Abstract: In this paper, the concentration of sub-nanometer control of wood flour based on fuzzy PID control, how to increased the concentration of the targetd wood flour is Proposed. Obtained by analyzing, the traditional PID control can not solve the problem of wood flour concentration detection accuracy, to proposed fuzzy PID control method can improve the accuracy of wood flour concentration detection and the performance system stability. To establishment the matlab simulation, illustrates the fuzzy PID control system is more advantageous than the traditional PID control system, reducing the overshoot of system effectively, improving the response of system, shortening the adjustment time, strengthening the dynamic performance of the control system.

Abstract: To solve the problems of large flux linkage and torque ripple, difficulty to accurately control at very low speed in the conventional direct torque control (DTC) of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), the chattering free fast terminal sliding mode (FTSM) control is introduced into the PMSM DTC. The proposed control scheme not only preserves fast torque response merit, but also associates with the high robustness of terminal sliding mode. It can drive torque ripple to converge to the equilibrium point in finite time, reduce steady state error, has stronger robustness to motor parameter and disturbance,and it attenuates the chatter. This stability of system is proved by Lyapunov theorem in this paper. The simulation results are presented to the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.

Abstract: The main objective of this work is development of a type of status parameter testing system based on CAN bus for construction machinery. Various difficulties due to over-abundant parameters of testing and controlling, many different types of transducer, changes and anomalies in the operation temperature and harsh EMI environment are considered in the accomplishment. The design of intelligent field testing node is demonstrated in detail. The intelligent node consists of embedded microcontroller AT89C52, high-precision signal conditioning circuits, CAN interface module and other peripheral circuits. The intelligent node uses software auto-zero correction and full-scale correction as well as the method of second-degree parabola interpolation to deal with the non-linear characteristic of the measured data. Hence, it implements the high-precision detection and measurement. In addition, the intelligent connects to the host computer via CAN bus to form a distributed high-precision status parameters testing system. The hardware circuit of operation status parameters measurement and communication interface circuit are developed and described, and the software is also accomplished with C language and LabVIEW. The system has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, significant capability of real time processing, powerful anti-jamming performance and so forth. Meanwhile, the system has great application prospect.

Abstract: Conventional inverter drive has been unable to meet the growing power requirements for belt conveyor, according to this situation, this paper proposes the design of using long-range transmission of inverter drive parameter and controlling belt conveyor regardless of the explosion-proof. Based on transmission line theory, this paper established a model of driving line circuit for long-distance transmission, and did the simulating analysis on factors that affects the motor end voltage using MATLAB simulation software. According to the result, the control system for driving belt conveyor based on long-term transmission inverter can transmit the parameters exactly and run reliably, besides, the system can not only achieve energy saving, but also certificate safety and efficiency.

Abstract: Hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) is a good approach to solve the energy shortage and emission pollution issues and regenerative energy braking (REB) is one of its prime approaches for fuel saving. In this paper, a regenerative-electro-hydraulic braking system called dual mode braking system (DMBS), is proposed. The braking-by-wire technology is adopted for automatic electric control and cooperating with regenerative braking. This system can be easily converted to traditional hydraulic braking in case of fault occurs in the electro-hydraulic subsystem or some other reasons. The architecture is achieved with as less modification as possible of the original electro-hydraulic braking system. And the control strategy based on automobile braking regulations of the Economic Committee for Europe (ECE) is brought forward. Some simulations under given initial speeds and driving cycles are carried out to evaluate the effectiveness and REB efficiency. The simulating results indicate that the DMBS can work properly and can achieve a relative good performance on braking distance and regenerative energy.

Abstract: Yaw angle Error was excluded in normal ground Triangulation. But in aerial triangulation, Yaw angle error of Direction-Finding (DF) platform is one of important factors which affect location precision. The theoretical GDOP of aerial triangulation is introduced out which included the yaw angle error of DF platform, the general GDOP distributions of aerial triangulation was brought out by simulation. The results showed that yaw angle error of DF platform degenerate location precision of aerial triangulation.

Abstract: With climate change being growing concerns, the development of EV (Electric Vehicles) has taken on an accelerated pace. This paper is to forecast China’s EV stock from 2011 to 2050 based on the double species growth model. We elaborate two orbits according to two scenarios: with vehicle stock being 200 and 300 per thousand people at 2050. These orbits reveals that, China’s EVs development has a golden stage which will last 10 to 11 years; And before this booming stage, there is a slowly growth period which will last 7 to 8 years. Furthermore, under each scenario, the difference between EVs and ICEVs (Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles) stock at 2030 is 4.69% to 6.77%, which confirms that China’s ambitious EVs program may be realized if government sets strong policy supports on this new industry persistently.
